If the part can be restored, then it is restored. For example, this applies to the elements of the main board and various kinds of loops. If the element is not recoverable, then it is replaced. Most often this applies to modules. For example, cameras, speakers, displays, touchscreens and microphones. Naturally, each position recommended for replacement is agreed with the client.
