You get yourself right away: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher and Access (Visio will not be).

Office 365 Preview does not have a limited run time anywhere. Also, to install it, you do not even need to have administrator rights on a working computer.
Method #2: Office Professional Plus 2013 release
This assumes you have a Live ID and have downloaded the installer from the TechNet site. Unlike the previous Method, this one will install the final Office Professional Plus 2013 release (version 15.0.4433.1506) for you. However, it will work for you from the moment of installation for 60 days. This time you will download the full installer (666 MB, OfficeProfessionalPlus_x86_en-us.img) which will allow you to choose which components to install.
Keep in mind the license limit - 60 days and keep in mind that you need to have administrator rights on your working computer to install. If you do not have these rights, then choose Method No. 1.
