Uzbek satellite channel. Satellite channels of the former Soviet republics

From NSS 12 at 57 degrees east at open form, 12 programs in Uzbek are broadcast free of charge. Programs are on the same frequency. Tuning parameters: 11588H, flow rate 16532, error correction 3/4.

Television is transmitted in MPEG4 compression format, viewing can be carried out on TVs that support the DVB-S2 format, or on satellite HD receivers. From the same satellite, Tajik television is available for viewing.

The antenna is installed in an easterly direction. The operating conditions of the system are an open horizon, no interference in the form of houses, trees. It can be both the wall of the house and the roof. When the installation is carried out on the roof, the cable is lowered along a low-voltage riser and brought into the apartment from the landing. An existing one can be used television network premises, in this case the cable is switched in the shield before entering the apartment. If the installation is carried out on the roof country house, then the wires can be pulled through ventilation shafts, embedded pipes left during construction.

The system for viewing Tajik channels is connected to both one and several TVs. Signal splitting is done using satellite splitters, since all programs are provided on the same frequency in the same polarization. Each TV has its own set-top box. But, if the TV has its own built-in satellite receiver(support DVB-S2 format), then the receiver is not used.

Every year the number of satellites and TV channels broadcasting from them is only increasing. The channels of the countries of the former USSR were no exception. In this publication, we will tell you from which satellites you can receive these channels and in what form.

Ukraine

Let's start, perhaps, with the fraternal (whoever says what they say) Ukraine. Satellite TV has always been popular in this country. Since the late 1990s, the majority Ukrainian channels settled on 2 satellites. Since then, their number has grown steadily. IN currently in free of charge you can receive over 80 channels in Ukrainian. They all broadcast from the same satellites belonging to the European space agency: Astra 4A, former Sirius, 4.9E and Amos 3/7, 4W.

In addition, there are two pay satellite TV operators in the country: Viasat Ukraina and XtraTV.

Plus, there are a couple of channels on satellites Express AM3 (103E), Express AT1 (56E), Intelsat 902 (62E), Galaxy 19 (97W) and Eutelsat 9B (9E), and one each on Yamal 401 (90E) and AzerSpace 1 /Africasat 1a (46E).

In general, in terms of quantity free channels Ukraine overtakes everything European countries except Germany.

Belarus

Next, let's talk about the channels of the Republic of Belarus. Here, the opposite is true: just as there were no satellite channels 10-20 years ago, they did not appear. Only a lone Belarus 24 broadcasts from several European satellites: ABS 2 (75E), Belintersat 1 (51.5E), Hot Bird 13B (13E) and Galaxy 19 (97W).

Belarusian brothers living outside their homeland or traveling abroad can only watch Russian, well, or Ukrainian, channels.

Moldova

Over the past few years, channels in the Moldovan language have not increased much. Only their names and satellites from which they are broadcast have changed. There are 3 in total:

  • Jurnal TV and RTR Moldova with Astra 4A (19E)
  • Publika TV with Thor 6 (0.8W)

There is a TVR Moldova channel on the Eutelsat 16A (16E) satellite, but this is not a Moldovan broadcaster, as you might think, but a channel of the Romanian public broadcaster TVR for the Romanian province with the same name Moldova. Moldovan public broadcaster TVM no longer broadcasts from satellites. Its satellite license was closed a few years ago, and broadcasting was transferred to the Internet.

All in all, not much...

Georgia

There have been many changes over the past decade. Georgian channels have completely left the Turkish satellite Türksat (42E), from which they have been broadcasting for more than 10 years. Their number has almost doubled! Now channels in Georgian are based on two satellites. Also, there is a paid operator Magtisat, on Astra 5B (31.5E).

Georgian channels channels from AzerSpace 1/Africasat 1a (46E) satellite:

  • Imedi TV
  • GDS TV w F

  • TV 25 Georgia
  • Saperavi TV

In general, the Georgians have something to see.

Armenia

For many years, channels in Armenian have been broadcasting from the Hot Bird 13 (13E) satellite. Long time there were only 4 of them, now there are 6. Some progress is evident.

  • Shant Music
  • Kentron TV International
  • Armenia 1 TV Satellite
  • Armenia TV Europe
  • Shant TV
  • Kentron TV

Another channel, Tameshk TV, can be received from Al Yah 1 (52.5E).

Azerbaijan

After this country launched its own satellite in early 2013, all Azerbaijani channels switched to it, and their number, albeit not many, nevertheless increased.

Channels in Azerbaijani from AzerSpace 1 (46E) satellite:

  • Az TV
  • Ictimai TV
  • Xəzər TV
  • Azad Azərbaycan (ATV)
  • Space TV
  • Leader TV
  • Dunya TV Azerbaijan
  • CBC Sport HD (Caspian Broadcasting Company Sport)

Rarely where else can you find Azerbaijani channels. Only one channel per Galaxy 19 (97W), Hot Bird 13C (13E) and ABS 2 (75E).

Turkmenistan

This republic also acquired its own satellite (the launch took place in 2015) and transferred all national channels to it. Previously, Turkmen channels broadcast in the C-band from Yamal (90E). There were 4 of them, and now there are 6, and, most likely, we should expect an increase in their number. TürkmenÄlem/MonacoSat is based at position 52E.

  • Altyn Asyr
  • Easy
  • Miras
  • Turkmenistan TV
  • Asgabat TV
  • Turkmenistan Sport

Tajikistan

Most recently, the channels of this state left the satellite ABS 2 (75E) and switched to NSS-12 (57E). At the same time, the conditions for their reception have not changed: Tajik channels are easily received in Moscow on a 90 cm antenna. In addition, broadcasting is carried out in parallel from the Al Yah 1 (52.5E) satellite.

  • TVT 1 Tajikistan
  • TV Safina
  • TV Bakhoriston
  • Jahonnamo
  • TV Sinamo

Uzbekistan

On the same satellite - NSS-12 (57E) - 12 channels from neighboring Uzbekistan have recently appeared.

For a long time only one broadcast from the satellite uzbek channel. So, the appearance of a whole package of channels in Uzbek can be considered a real breakthrough for the largest republic in terms of population of the former Soviet east.

  • O "zbekiston Telekanali
  • Yoshlar
  • Toshkent
  • Sport Uzbekistan (O "zbekiston)
  • Madaniyat va marifat
  • Dunyo Bo "ylab
  • bolajon
  • Mahalla
  • Cinematographer
  • Oilaviy
  • Uzbekistan 24

Kyrgyzstan

More recently, the country was represented by only one channel - ELTR (Kyrgyzstan), broadcasting from the Türksat satellite. But quite recently, a whole package of 8 channels in the Kyrgyz language appeared on the AzerSpace 1 satellite. So Kyrgyzstan does not lag behind its neighbors.

Kyrgyz channels from AzerSpace 1/Africasat 1a (46E) satellite:

  • Asia TV
  • Echo Manasa (Manas JanIrIqI)
  • Osh Pirim HD
  • Kyrgyzstan TV
  • New TV HD

  • Channel 5
  • Ala Too 24
  • Balastan
  • El TR

  • Muzika
  • pyramid

Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan has a whole satellite constellation consisting of two own satellites - KazSat 2 (86.5E) and KazSat 3 (58.5E), from which two paid operator Otau TV and Caspio HD. On the same KazSat 2 there is a package of free channels in the Kazakh language:

  • Alau TV
  • Kazakstan Atyrau
  • Kazakhstan Oskemen
  • Kazakstan Karagandy
  • Kazakstan Aktobu
  • Kazakhstan Shymkent
  • Kazakhstan Aktau
  • Kazakstan Pavlodar
  • Kazakhstan Kokshetau
  • Kazakstan Kostanay
  • Kazakhstan Kyzylorda
  • Kazakhstan Petropavlovsk
  • Kazakhstan Taraz
  • Kazakhstan Oral

Kazakh TV also broadcasts from several satellites: Intelsat 902 (62E), Eutelsat 36B (36E), Hot Bird 13B (13E) and Galaxy 19 (97W).

Perhaps, this country has the most powerful satellite constellation of all post-Soviet republics.

Conclusion

Well, well, as you can see, there are many channels, all of them are well received in Russia. If you want to see how our neighbor brothers live, we will be happy to help you with this! Order the installation of satellite TV in Satworld! We are for the friendship of peoples!
