on drive C, in the directory Program Files (x86) → Yandex → YandexBrowser, in folders with application versions, delete the service_update.exe file;
enable the display of hidden folders in Windows (press Alt in the system window, in the menu click: Tools → Folder Options → View → Hidden files → Show ...);
go to folder:
drive C → Users (Users) → → AppData → Local → Yandex → YandexBrowser → Application
In the folder with the current version of the browser, delete the files service_update.exe and yupdate-exec.exe.
5. Restart Yandex and use it for its intended purpose. But in no case open the update tab in the settings menu (Advanced → About browser). Otherwise, an update to the latest version will be automatically performed.
