Language packs, which must be downloaded in advance to use without the Internet, weigh 5-10 MB. That is, the dictionary itself is very light, if it matters to someone.

But it must be remembered that this is a dictionary, not a translator. You can search for individual words in it, but it cannot translate the simplest phrases. Nevertheless, the application is quite good.

Translator without internet

Still, a more modern choice is a complete translator without internet... Personally, I use the same thing as when translating on a computer - translator from Yandex. You can download it for any platform.

Google product apologists believe that Google Translate (Android and iPhone links) wins it. Well, you can download it too. In fact, when I use them on a computer, then one, then the other offers me the best options (at least if we talk about English). Therefore, on trips, and indeed on average, I consider these translators to be of equal value, whichever you like, choose the one.

The offline translator must be downloaded in the settings. There are basic dictionaries, including directions without the Russian language, for example, English - Spanish.

Packages take up more space than the first dictionary, however, it is also bearable. But here we already have a full-fledged translator without the Internet, which copes quite effectively with large texts. The dictionary function is of course there too.
