Therefore, do not be surprised if, after installing and configuring Typele, inexplicable events begin to occur on your computer.
Voice control.rf- cloud service and software speaker from Russian developers with very good speech recognition. Speaker understands human speech much better. Another advantage of the program, unlike Typle, is that it starts "listening" for commands only after pressing the command key - at the moment it is the mouse wheel. Thanks to this, the program will not execute commands when it is not needed. But in my opinion, using the wheel as a command key is not very convenient, because it is often used in other cases.

Speechka is a simple and convenient program that recognizes the Russian language. This utility allows you to open programs, files, folders and Internet pages by voice, to search the Internet. The program is free and easy to download and install.

Moreover, "Gorynych" recognizes the speech of only one owner, but not always.
However, there is one rather big drawback. The fact is that you need to enter the entire command base manually. That is, before you can at least do something on the computer with your voice, you need to create a whole database with commands recorded by your voice. Even if you do this, if you suddenly become hoarse or the timbre of your voice changes at least a little, Gorynych will completely refuse to understand you.
Another pitfall is that if you want to dictate texts to a computer, you will first need to create a huge dictionary for "Gorynych" with a good vocabulary so that he can understand what you dictate.
Speechka
Third-party applications installed on a personal computer can help ensure this. One of them is Speechka. Just like "Gorynych", a Russian product created on the basis of Google technologies, "Match" allows the user to voice control the computer using a given set of commands. Speechka recognizes any speech quite well, and there is no need to record sound files for it. It is enough just to enter a word from the keyboard and associate it with any action. Simply put, it's a worthy product, but one that's under development, as features like closing windows or launching programs have been added relatively recently.
Typing
Having figured out what voice control of a computer is, let's consider the problem of typing. As already mentioned, not all applications allow it to be produced. In most cases, this requires you to first create a whole dictionary, and if you are a Windows 8 user, then there is still the problem of supporting Russian speech. In order to solve this problem, there is a voice dialing service created by Google.
Available only for Chrome browsers, the Google Web Speech app recognizes 32 of the world's leading languages, including Russian. In order to enter text by voice, you need an appropriate browser, Internet access and a microphone. Another program for speech recognition and dictation on a personal computer is RealSpeaker. It uses state-of-the-art facial recognition technology. Absolutely any webcam is suitable for its use. The only inconvenience that arises during operation is that the speaker's face must be exactly opposite the camera, at a distance of no more than 40 centimeters. In this program, there is a dictionary of the Russian language, which the user can expand if desired. In general, this program is much more convenient than "Gorynych".

If you are thinking about controlling a computer with your voice, believe me, this is not yet for Russia. Adequate recognition programs today exist only in English, and automatic voice typing will contain so many errors that it will be easier to write text from scratch than to correct all the typos. Of course, you can try to learn English and manage a computer on it, but you will need perfect diction and pronunciation.

Using "Yandex Line" is quite simple, after installation it is in standby mode. To activate it, there are three options to choose from: click on the microphone icon in the Yandex line, press a combination of hot keys, or say out loud one of the following commands “Listen Yandex”, “Hi Yandex” or “OK Yandex”. If everything is done correctly and the system recognizes the command, then a corresponding window will appear, signaling the readiness of the application to accept further voice commands from the computer user.
Now you can say the desired command. If it is an arbitrary phrase, it will be interpreted as a search query on the Internet and the result will be shown in the default browser using the Yandex search engine. In some cases, the response is displayed directly in the application window without using a browser.
Other commands are executed in a similar way, with the only difference that we first specify the essence of the command, and then the object. In other words, in order to open, let's say, some folder on the computer in Explorer, you must first activate the Line, and then say "Open folder" folder name "".

The problem with all voice control systems and Yandex.String is no exception is the need to clearly and clearly pronounce commands, otherwise they are not recognized correctly. In particular, even if a phrase is recognized almost correctly, it often ends up being converted into a search query instead of opening a folder, launching a program, or opening a specific site. Thus, not every site can be opened using a voice command, it works well with very popular and well-known resources, and in other cases it is problematic.
A feature of the Yandex.String utility with data stored on a computer is the use of Windows indexing service data to search for them. Accordingly, in the absence of data about a file or folder in the index, it will lead to incorrect search results. Thus, at the moment it cannot be called a full-fledged tool that allows you to control a computer using your voice, although it recognizes the Russian language quite well and copes well with some functions.
Another feature of computer voice control systems, which can scare off some users, is the program's constant listening to the space next to the computer, waiting for the activation command. Accordingly, an unauthorized recording of all user conversations and sending them to a remote server is theoretically possible. Of course, this is already illegal listening, but theoretically possible.
If we discard the total paranoia, then we can recall that some developers of voice control programs quite allowed sending the entered voice phrases of users to their server to further improve speech recognition algorithms. Controlling your computer with Type
According to most users who prefer to control their computer with their voice, Typle is one of the best (if not the best).
This small application is able not only to execute the commands available in its database, but also supports the creation of custom ones. It is the latter that is especially appreciated in this application.
The program is distributed free of charge, but the free version has restrictions on creating custom commands. However, these features are quite enough for a regular user.
So, download and install the program. At the first start, the application will ask you to enter some personal data - you can enter any characters in these fields. Then you have to choose a license - choose the first option out of 3 offered (as long as all the inscriptions are in English) and click Next.
After the application collects the information it needs to work, you will see a start window with hints:
Type will ask you to click on the "Add" button. After clicking, you will need to enter your name (enter any) - this is necessary so that the application can execute exactly your commands if you are not the only user of the computer. We also fill in the “Enter a keyword” field (you can leave the proposed option “Open”). It is this word that will be used to run your commands, or rather, this phrase will give the program a signal to execute the command that you will pronounce next.

Now the window for selecting commands to launch will display standard Windows programs (notepad, Paint, command line, and so on), as well as various system applications, such as Update Center or Disk Defragmentation Wizard and others. This is a convenient feature for users who often have to deal with setting up a computer system.
Another interesting feature of Typele is the ability to open selected Internet sites. To do this, you need to check the box "Favorites of the Internet" and select the desired site from the list.
Once you have chosen the appropriate action, you will need to record a command to perform it. To do this, click on the record icon next to the field in which the name of the selected action (program, site, etc.) is written, and then pronounce any phrase. In our case, this is Opera.
After successfully saving the entry, you can check that the command was executed correctly using the Type program. To do this, you need to say the word “Open” into the microphone, and then immediately the phrase that you wrote down at the last step to launch a particular program.
