Standard player for android. Audio players for Android with maximum functionality

There was already an article on Treshbox with a selection of the best music players for Android, however, it will soon be 3 years since its publication, so it's time to update this topic. In this article, you will find the most convenient, beautiful and functional apps for listening to music on Android. Read more under the cut.

We have tested many different music players for Android and collected the best of them. This article presents applications that have similar functionality, but at some points differ from each other - in design or capabilities. However, each of these programs can be fully used to listen to music on Android.

The Stellio music player is from Belarus. And oddly enough, in the CIS, they were able to create a very good application for listening to music on smartphones, tablets and even smartwatches with Android Wear. Stellio has everything you need for both a simple user and a hard-core music lover:

One of the "tricks" of Stellio is changing the color scheme of the interface to match the style of the album cover. That is why the chameleon has become the symbol of the program. And all this is complemented by an extensive settings menu, where you can customize almost any function for yourself.

Stellio Widget

Stellio has recently become available for free, but with ads. However, for those who want to constantly use a high-quality player, it is better to buy the full version for 99 rubles - a rather low price for a convenient tool that you will use for a long time.

Poweramp for Android is the ArchLinux of the music player world - both powerful in terms of customization and easy to use. The program has an original archaic interface, which has few additional menus. The main actions take place on the main screen, where you can use swipes to switch between albums and tracks. The main navigation takes place in a special menu, where you can view your library by folders or by already compiled categories.

In the presence of a good equalizer with presets for every taste, as well as a tool for adjusting the tone and volume. The settings menu is where PowerAMP comes into its own. Here you can distort the interface as soon as the soul orders or play with the sound effects. There is a function to download album covers from Internet services. You can also set up scrobbling on Last.fm. Like Stellio, the PowerAMP player pleased me with good recognition of FLAC rips with CUE.

PowerAMP Widget

The desktop widget is standard. PowerAMP also has support for custom interface skins. They are created both by the developers themselves and by a huge community. A large number of these skins can be found on Google Play. The most beautiful ones are in HD quality. They are in a separate category.

BlackPlayer is an application with a very nice Windows Phone style interface. Navigation in this player is made by vertical gestures to the right and left. The app looks very stylish in the standard black color scheme. All this with smooth and beautiful animations. One of the interesting features in BlackPlayer is the loading of bios of artists and bands. Information about them is downloaded from Last.fm, so the descriptions are often translated into Russian. Such small but useful functions are pleasing.

The equalizer is not the coolest, but it will do just fine for adjusting the sound for any headphones. You can also apply sound effects. In the settings, you can find ample opportunities for editing the interface - you can even apply your own font. Cover downloads and scrobbling are also available. BlackPlayer's desktop widget is not the coolest - just a large "plate" with three buttons. It could have been better. And I also managed to find an important flaw - the player could not properly recognize an uncut FLAC recording with a CUE playlist.

BlackPlayer Widget

In general, BlackPlayer will appeal to those who want a beautiful music player without unnecessary and intrusive features. However, extensive capabilities will allow you to customize the player for the most demanding user. Users who have migrated to Android from Windows Phone should definitely rate the program.

AIMP is one of the few completely free players on both Android and Windows. It has no ads and no feature limitation in the free version. If you are someone who is not used to paying for software, then AIMP is definitely for you. However, popular wisdom says that free cheese is only in a mousetrap. Not that AIMP is a mousetrap, but the player itself is very simple and does not shine with a lot of functions.

But it has everything an average user needs:

There is nothing more to say about AIMP - just a solid player with a nice design and good standard sound.

The Phonograph is a young player that was inspired by the new “material” design at the time of its release. The interface of the program is made in the style of minimalism with bright elements, but not cutting the eyes. The main navigation takes place through four tabs: songs, albums, artists, and playlists. In terms of features and capabilities, Phonograph is even more ascetic than AIMP, but it's also free.

The Phonograph doesn't even have its own equalizer, but it does support external ones. That is, you can download a third-party equalizer from Android and enable it in the player. Also, among the shortcomings, it is worth noting the lack of support for uncut FLAC rips with CUE playlists. You can listen to them, but they do not appear as a playlist and do not recognize tags.

Phonograph widget

Of the strengths of Phonograph: convenient and nice interface with customization, ease of use, free.

Together with Phonograph, the Shuttle player should be noted, which is very similar in concept to the interface and set of functions. They are two very similar applications, but Shuttle has more features.

JetAudio is another mobile player that has made its way to Android from computers. On Windows, this program was famous primarily for its powerful set of features in terms of customizing the interface and sound. The developers have tried to transfer all these features to the mobile JetAudio. The application has a built-in ten-band equalizer (even more in the paid version) with many presets. For those who like to mock the sound, several modules with effects are provided at once. In general, JetAudio will help you achieve more or less decent sound even on the worst headphones.

As for the interface, JetAudio is not original here - a typical hamburger menu with several items. Navigating through albums, tracks and lists is extremely simple and straightforward. Among the original features it is worth noting: track search on YouTube, many control settings, complete freedom to customize the interface and playback. And among all the players presented in this collection, JetAudio has the most widgets in different formats: 1 × 1, 2 × 2, 2 × 3, 3 × 3, 4 × 1, 4 × 2, 4 × 3, 4 × 4 and 5 × 5. In general, you can make two screens with these widgets - there is for every taste.

One of the JetAudio widgets

Only the player did not pass the test for CUE support - it did not properly read my unbroken FLAC recording. The paid version of JetAudio with the Plus prefix costs 259 rubles. Buyers of the program get a lot of advantages - all functions are unlocked and advertisements are removed. All in all, JetAudio is a great Swiss knife that you won't be missing anywhere else.

The rather old PlayerPro player has not changed in appearance for several years, but this does not prevent it from being one of the best in its category. Despite the widespread dominance of "material" design, PlayerPro remains true to its design, which is executed in the old style with raised icons and glossy colors. Such a conservative shell hides a powerful filling.

A simple right-pane interface allows you to quickly navigate through all the categories and menus you need. Unlike many other players, in PlayerPro you can edit the main menu, removing unnecessary items from there. To compile custom playlists and mixes, a special rating system is provided, where each track can be rated. The rating is taken into account and all tracks with marked ratings are presented in a separate menu. In terms of creating playlists, PlayerPro has gone far from its competitors - here this function is really thought out.

PlayerPro Widgets

PlayerPro has a fairly simple equalizer, but in the settings you can find a lot of useful things: scrobbling, loading lyrics, customizing the appearance with themes, gestures and sound tuning using the DSP module, and much more. There are also quite a few widgets - only six types. In general, PlayerPro is not inferior to other players, and even wins in some moments.

These were the best and most functional music players on Android, but apart from them, you should pay attention to these applications:

  • - mobile version of the oldest player with powerful settings, but not the most user-friendly interface.
  • - a nice player with a standard set of functions.
  • is a Chinese application known to many since Symbian times.

Perhaps the best and most famous alternative to the standard player is the Poweramp app. Download yourself a free test version of the player and enjoy all the advantages of the application.

  • The menu organization is intuitive and simple. In addition, this music player has a very beautiful interface.
  • With countless customization options and a built-in equalizer, you can customize your music playback to suit your personal preference. Certain settings can be applied to entire playlists, albums, and even individual songs.
  • The player seamlessly reproduces all popular music formats. These include MP3, WAV, AIFF, m4a, FLAC and ALAC.
  • If there are songs on your Android device without a suitable album cover, this application will automatically download the corresponding image for you. Plus, you can download lyrics and then sing along to the performers.
  • If you like the player, you can download the main, Pro version from the Play Store, which costs only 79 rubles. After the 15-day trial period has expired, it will already be necessary to do this, since the demo version will stop working.

Runner-up: PlayerPro music player

The music player PlayerPro Trial also offers a good alternative to the standard application. Although not as pretty as the aforementioned alternative, it has almost identical functions.

  • With the help of swipes, you can easily navigate through the menu and can conveniently control your music. You can also pause music playback if you turn your smartphone over.
  • If the album cover is missing, this player can download it too, and you can add missing tags quite easily.
  • Various widgets allow you to place this music player right on your desktop. Thanks to this, you can literally control your music in one click.
  • You can use this application with full access to all functionality for free for 15 days. Then you need to upgrade to the Pro version, which will cost you 199 rubles.

Third place: n7Player music player

n7Player captivates with a one-of-a-kind interface that you won't find in any other music player.

  • At the very beginning, you will be shown a "tutorial" from which you will learn how to operate all the functions of the music player.
  • The interface is designed in such a way that all artist names and group names are displayed in the form of a "name cloud". With the help of swipes, you select the desired artist and move on to the selection of individual songs or albums. If this turns out to be too difficult for you, you can choose the classic view, showing the track title and artist in the form of a list.
  • You can test the full version of the application for free for 14 days, after which you will need to pay 239 rubles to continue working.

Fourth Place: Double Twist Music Player

Double Twist Player is an excellent Android app that replaces the standard music player. Moreover, it is absolutely free.

  • This free app is designed so intuitively that you can quickly switch between your songs or playlists.
  • You can sync playlists with your home PC by connecting to it either by cable or wirelessly through an additional app (free) called AirSync.
  • Along with your own music, you can also listen to radio or even play videos. Thus, DoubleTwist is a kind of universal turntable for your smartphone.
  • You can also subscribe to podcasts with this music player. In addition, after updating the player, you will have access to the option to protect podcasts with a password.

Fifth Place: Google Play Music Music Player

Google's music player is called "Google Play Music" and comes with access to a wide variety of music tracks. In addition, this player is completely free.

Another good music player is Winamp. But since it is no longer being improved for Android, it would be more logical to use the applications from our review.

If you have already accumulated a large collection of audio tracks, then this requires a more serious attitude to management, which means you need a good music player. Although, if you choose the best player, then it must also offer the best user experience and better sound, otherwise you cannot listen to your favorite songs.

There are dozens or even hundreds of music players. However, finding the best music player for your needs can be a time-consuming task. Therefore, we have 5 players on the list at once, which can be considered the best - depending on your own criteria. I think this will help you quickly understand what suits you.

1. Poweramp

Poweramp is one of the best music players with huge customization options. In addition to the basic playback functions, there is support for almost all known formats (wav, tta, aiff, flac, ogg and others). Poweramp has support for themes, OpenGL animations, plugins for additional functions. However, this player is paid and there is a free 15-day access. Price: Free trial version, full version $ 3.99.

2. Equalizer

As the name suggests, Equalizer does have a ton of audio tweaks, an amazing equalizer, and bass enhancement. There are a total of 10 equalizer presets, which are classified according to musical genres like “acoustic”, “hip-hop”, “electro”, “jazz” and “pop”, etc. There is even its own built-in amplifier to make the sound louder by force.

Bass Booster is available to maximize bass while the visualizer is fun and you can feel the beat. In addition to these functions, there are a lot of standard ones - “library”, “shuffle”, a configurable “repeat” function and playback in the background. Price: Free or $ 4.90.

3. doubleTwist Music

doubleTwist Music is an omnivorous player that can satisfy all your needs. 4.jetAudio Music Player + EQ Plus

jetAudio offers a huge list of features, including some that are not found in other music players, although most of them are available in the paid version. There is a free version of jetAudio with basic features including 10-band equalizer, sound effects, audio booster, and support for multiple audio formats. Nevertheless, its paid version will delight the most strict audiophiles: 20-band equalizer, support for displaying lyrics, 2 lockscreens, 14 widgets, playback speed control, tag editor and much more. Each smartphone has its own music player. But if you want to get the maximum functionality, then it is better to install a third-party solution. It remains only to decide which of the existing audio players is the best.

Almost every one of us uses a smartphone from time to time to play music. This can be done both with the help of a preinstalled player, and by launching some third-party audio player. In this article, we will try to find out which is the best music player. This will focus on applications designed for the Android operating system.

It should be noted that hundreds of similar programs have now been created. We tried to single out the five players for playing music with the widest functionality. Their interface is made in Russian, thanks to which even a beginner can figure out the controls.

Price: Free

On desktop computers, AIMP took the position of the best mp3 player, displacing the notorious Winamp from it. It has about the same interface, but a little more simplified. The creators ditched the video playback feature, making the app faster. But wait, we are talking about a music player for Android ... What is the difference between the mobile version of the player? Yes, in fact, nothing. The same functions are present here, there is an equalizer and support for playlists. The user is allowed to change the color of the interface. A special context menu helps to physically delete files (if it is not blocked by the operating system).

It's nice that the developers have allowed the user to familiarize themselves with the properties of musical compositions. To do this, you need to go to the playlist, where the bit rate, sampling frequency and file format will be indicated. There are also widgets that can be displayed on the desktop. But most of all, the application pleases with a well-thought-out support for Russian-language tags - the encoding is selected automatically.

Advantages:

  • Simple and intuitive interface;
  • Providing information about the properties of files;
  • Support for external and built-in plugins;
  • Free distribution.

Flaws:

  • Lack of the "Karaoke" function;
  • Only a five-band equalizer.

PowerAMP

Price: Free

One of the most popular Android players. Why do people like him so much? Perhaps, due to the well-implemented interface and rich functionality. In the application settings, you can specify how quickly the transition from one song to another should be carried out (even superimposing the beginning of a new song on the end of the previous one is supported). Sorting of files by folders, genres, artists and some other parameters, which are borrowed from tags of songs, is available. The possibility of creating your own playlists is not forgotten here.

Download audio player for Android should be those who like to adjust the sound for specific headphones. All conditions have been created for this. You will not find a ten-band equalizer in every such application! If you do not have time for fine tuning, then the developers offer pre-prepared presets. And, of course, the matter was not limited to one equalizer - in PowerAMP you can find the possibility of changing the tone and even the balance of the stereo sound.

Another advantage of this program is the ability to download covers if no tags were found. This is done both in manual and automatic modes. As for the supported formats, among them there are MP3, FLAC and over a dozen others. In a word, this is the best player on this operating system. But why didn't we give him a solid top ten? The reason is that the free trial period for PowerAMP is only two weeks. Then you have to pay a certain amount.

Advantages:

  • Intuitive interface;
  • Possibility of manual and automatic loading of covers;
  • Ten-band equalizer;
  • Very rich functionality;
  • A large number of widgets;
  • Support for FLAC and many other formats.

Flaws:

  • The trial period is only two weeks;
  • There is no automatic recognition of tag encoding;
  • Lack of "Karaoke" function.

Grade: 9/10

n7player

Price: Free

Another music player that is constantly being improved. It supports many audio formats, the list of which includes not only MP3, but also much heavier and higher quality FLAC. The disadvantage of the app is the interface - it consists of a grid of skins that is based on song or artist information. Often it is built incorrectly - the wrong artists fall into it, or, on the contrary, it does not include some songs. Sorting by genre has roughly the same problems.

The rest of the player is pretty good. More than 10 million people downloaded it for a reason. The creators have implemented here the function of automatically loading missing covers. They also introduced a ten-band equalizer. There is also a balance of channels, which we have already mentioned in the story about PowerAMP. Streaming is also supported here, which should appeal to podcast lovers. And a free external add-on helps you download lyrics!

Unfortunately, you can use n7player for free for a limited time. And the cost of this product is slightly higher than that of PowerAMP.

Advantages:

  • Ten-band equalizer;
  • Download lyrics (requires add-on installation);
  • Support for FLAC and many other formats;
  • Automatic loudness normalization;
  • Availability of widgets.
  • Flaws:

    • The trial period is limited in time;
    • Strange interface;
    • No automatic recognition of tag encoding.

    Price: Free

    The very name of this player suggests that it should provide us with the maximum functionality. This is partly true. The free player has incorporated all the best of its many competitors. It offers a wide variety of settings and visuals. You can listen to Internet radio directly with this player - this is also an important plus. There is also a function for backing up all files (Yandex.disk is used). If this is not enough, then you can remember about access to an online database of free music.

    There are other minor functions here as well. For example, while playing music, you can start a slideshow of your favorite photos. Numerous widgets are perfect not only for smartphones, but also for much larger tablets. In a word, you can still list the "chips" of this application for a very long time. Let's try to understand better if this audio player for Android has disadvantages.

    Unfortunately, Dream Player is not ideal. On some smartphones, when the player starts up, the sound increases to the maximum value for unknown reasons. And not everyone will like the equalizer - you will need to make several taps to open it, while competitors require only one. If developers ever solve software problems, then the application will definitely receive 10 points from us!

    Advantages:

    • Free distribution;
    • Possibility to download lyrics;
    • Convenient interface (including tablets);
    • Support for FLAC and many other formats;
    • Built-in tag editor;
    • A large number of widgets;
    • The presence of a shutdown timer and other useful functions;
    • Support for internet radio.

    Flaws:

    • Unstable work on some smartphones;
    • Not the best equalizer.

    PlayerPro

    Advantages:

    • Support for gestures and shake to control playback;
    • The presence of a sleep timer with a gradual fading;
    • A large number of widgets;
    • Support for smart playlists based on certain properties;
    • More than two dozen skins;
    • Video playback capability;
    • Built-in tag editor.

    Flaws:

    • The trial mode is limited in time;
    • Only a five-band equalizer;
    • Still, not the widest functionality;
    • The interface takes some getting used to.

    Summarizing

    There are many music players developed for the Android operating system. But only a few of them have stable work and rich functionality. Our undisputed favorite is AIMP... It correctly recognizes Cyrillic in tags and is able to play almost all popular audio file formats. The only drawback is the interface - some may find it too simplistic. If you want to try an alternative, then at your service, it is also free.

    But if you do not refuse to pay money for a good product, then it is better to look aside. PowerAMP and n7player... These are more functional developments, which differ from each other in mere trifles. If you listen to Russian-language music more often, then pay attention to the first product. For fans of foreign songs, we can recommend the second one. Well, in any case, no one bothers to try both applications, because they have a trial period.

    The music player on the phone is an integral part of the life of every person who has a smartphone on Android OS. The most popular music player is probably iTunes and we're starting to see subscription services like Spotify, so people can pretty much rent whatever music they want. The only problem is subscription services, and for that you need internet to use them and your money. It is also worth noting that iTunes does not have the ability to listen to music in high quality, as, for example, Android players applications for listening to music in a set:.

    When testing / listening, we used external DACs:

    An even shorter wire was also used to connect to a smartphone (Androyd) via OTG - USB.

    The length of the wire is 31 cm. The price is 350 rubles.

    The shorter the length of the OTG - USB wire - the better!

    Important! When connecting the DAC + smartphone for the first time, wait 1-2 minutes for the DAC to install its drivers automatically. And then turn on the software. Connection description.

    We have selected the best music players in our opinion, and now it's time to compare these apps against each other.

    The length of the old OTG - USB wire is 60cm.

    PlayerPro vs. neutron music player vs. Poweramp vs. Onkyo HF Player

    I hope this review will help you understand exactly which android music player is best for you.

    Each of these music players offers a free trial to get used to your android music player and see if you want to buy it or not. I believe that no one should pay for these applications as long as you test them. It's a good place to start your exploration, but they all offer different options and features, so I would recommend trying the trials and not buying the paid versions until you find the one that suits you.

    Poweramp is a good player, but messy

    Poweramp's interface is good for working with music playback. You can quickly skip to the next track, pause and fast forward without any problem. I work it out, the shuffle buttons are right on the home screen, so you don't have to go looking for them somewhere. This interface also includes the title of the track and various information at the very bottom of the screen.

    Poweramp also has a strong support team, with a beautiful website and countless heaps of cover options, as well as “ call or email support if you have any questions". You can go to their forum and chat with other users who have the same problems as you. Judging by the site, their standard support team isn't the best, so use the forum for your complete one.

    Poweramp is perfect for categorizing your songs. After dropping a few songs onto my phone and tablet, it just took a few seconds to find my music and translate it into the proper genres and artist categories. You will also notice that playlists are easy to create, and you can always see the playlists in the settings tab on the main track screen. You can always songs.

    The Poweramp mobile player also includes a queue option where it's easy to place a bunch of songs in order to make your selection.

    Minuses

    The main reason why Poweramp is not for audiophiles is that the sound is not clear, there are many enhancers and other "features" and they affect the sound. The initial interface is just great, but as soon as you start looking / changing the settings and mixing options, everything is "write it up".

    The Poweramp has buttons and knobs for adjusting bass and tone. The only problem is that the average user never touches this. They could even play with them, but in the end it has no sound quality. But it is better to leave these functions in place, or turn them off altogether.

    The second problem is the presentation of songs. I tried to import ten songs and one of them had an album cover. But this player didn't see my covers. Every time, I only saw the boring Poweramp logo. Poweramp fails in this regard.

    pros

    Poweramp is the right music player for those who want to carry their music collection but are not particularly prone to high sound quality. If you plan to store your collection in the cloud, then you can choose another solution. Poweramp works great, but you don't always see the album art. I never do The app is also great for people who want to mess around with the equalizer and a bunch of all sorts of other modifications of possible settings, but because of this, the sound is very distorted.

    PlayerPro is the best player for a smartphone on Android

    Playepro is the most intuitive music player for the average user. It pulls all the content on your phone and categorizes it right there so you don't have to worry. Player pro also offers video support.

    Neutron neutron is the best Android player for your smartphone!

    pros

    Neutron is a music player that delivers lossless file playback for those interested in the ideal listening environment, which is exactly what it is for! He sees our external DACs without any problems, he described the connection, etc.

    Unfortunately, this playback depends on your hardware! And it pleases! You get powerful functions for setting time, clock and output methods, etc. Equalizer settings are easily accessible for those looking to find their perfect sound. The Neutron player is nice for those who like to tinker with very large settings.

    You won't get video support, but the Neutron app supports any file type for songs and audio clips. You can do a moving song queue, or you can build a playlist for your upcoming trip. You can also scan devices at any time using the quick scan button located in the upper right corner. Neutron backgrounds are also supported, so you can jump into your phone and do whatever you want while listening to your favorites.

    I did not notice the minuses of the Neutron player.

    Neutron - Neutron is my favorite music player for Android, but it offers many options for those interested in a powerful audiophile player. All Neutron features and functions are great.

    And by the way, I completely forgot, to use it 100% you need a powerful smartphone: at least 4 cores and 1GB of RAM, or better 8 cores and 2-3GB of "RAM". The Neutron player includes two large arrow buttons that are obviously meant to help people jump quickly from one page to another. It sounds very good.

    The fact is that not all software audio players are useful for connecting an external DAC and a smartphone, some with better functionality do not always see an external DAC as a source in Android OS, even in the newest 5.0. or 5.1.

    However, the situation is not so hopeless. Experiments with a DAC + smartphone would have continued for a long time, but

    helped by a case, namely an audiophile friend who advised Onkyo HF Player. Thanks to my sound friend Alexander helped as out of place with this.

    A little about Onkyo HF Player for Android.

    This is a software player for iPhone from a large hi-fi manufacturer that can play flac and files of the highest quality well.

    Onkyo took advantage of FLAC and other HD resolutions, seduced the developers and offered an alternative player that even plays DSD files!

    Onkyo HF Player shell consists of 2 parts. I'll cover the free base. The design is similar to the stock iOS audio player, even the playlist is similar.

    By the way, Onkyo has a multi-band equalizer from 32 Hz to 32 kHz with many presets, prepared by well-known and not-so-famous guitarists. Equalizer operation can be accurate HD and normal SD.

    There is even an adaptation of the Onkyo HF Player to the branded models:

    • Onkyo ES-HF300 / CTI300,
    • Onkyo ES-FC300,
    • Onkyo IE-HF300 / CTI-300
    • Onkyo IE-FC300.

    By the way, Onkyo's iOS player retains 2 important ones.

    Tracks on the Onkyo HF Player will play with a micro-pause. By the way, you can enable the crossfader in the Onkyo HF Player settings.

    The second point is better, but not so critical for your ears - the presence in the HF Player of the display of the lyrics of the song wired into the file.

    The second part of the Onkyo HF Player is called HD and is available as a $ 10 patch, but I can't tell you anything about it, so I didn't buy or test it. If Onkyo kindly provides for tests on the site , then I will definitely tell you all the details.

    I immediately liked the design and control of this Onkyo HF Player software for android, a kind of real Hi-Fi player - nothing superfluous, silver
    with black, although the control is not for everybody, but I also liked it, after 2-3 minutes.

    Conclusion

    Portable tube headphone amplifier "Svarog"

    I hope you are starting to see why each of these apps are leaders in the Android music player app market.

    PlayerPro is the best option for those who want a beautiful interface and acceptable playback. All Android players are very good when it comes to playing music and finding your favorite tracks. PlayerPro gives you the added benefit of playing videos.

    Poweramp is packed full of modern features that make it too chaotic. However, I would guess that most ordinary people will choose.

    The Onkyo HF Player is good for listening, but has fewer settings like the Neutron and PlayerPro, but it's still sound quality.

    Neutron Neutron is very similar to a power amplifier, and looks like a non-standard music player. I personally think that the interface for someone is less attractive in neutron, I personally liked it, but this Neutron is the best player for a smartphone for. And in terms of sound, it is more neutral.
