Unfortunately, there are not so many good programs for these purposes, and in Russian there are even fewer. The installer of the program at the time of this writing is completely clean (but it requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2 to work), and immediately after installation, the MorphVOX Voice Doctor wizard will help you configure everything as required.

The disadvantage of the program is that it has not been updated for several years, however, judging by the reviews, users praise it, which means you can try. In my test, Scramby successfully launched and worked in Windows 10, but I had to immediately uncheck the "Listen" item, otherwise, if a nearby microphone and speakers are used, you will hear an unpleasant hum when the program starts.

The program allows you to choose one of a variety of voices, like the voice of a robot, male, female or child, etc. You can also add ambient sound (farm, ocean and others) and record this sound on your computer. While working with the program, you can also play arbitrary sounds from the "Fun Sounds" section at the time you need.

At the moment, you cannot download Scramby from the official site (in any case, I could not find it there), and therefore you will have to use third-party sources. Don't forget to check your downloads with VirusTotal.

Fake Voice and VoiceMaster

While writing the review, I tested two more very simple utilities that allow you to change your voice - the first, Fake Voice, works with any applications in Windows, the second, through the Skype API.

In VoiceMaster, only one effect is available - Pitch, and in Fake Voice there are several basic effects, including the same Pitch, as well as the addition of an echo and a robotic voice (but they work, in my ear, a little strange).

Perhaps these two copies will not be useful to you, but I decided to mention them, besides they have advantages - they are completely clean and very miniature.
