It is enough to register on this site and the user will have access to many advantages, one of which is the quick execution of the necessary documents. But few people know how to access the system? What does that require?

Why is it necessary to register on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services

The State Services Portal allows you to significantly speed up interaction with various government agencies.

With it, you can solve many problems, namely:

In fact, this list is not final, since almost everything is possible with the help of this portal. Anyone can see the full list on the State Services portal.

Package of documents

In order to fully register in the system, you must have with you such documentation:

Additionally required:

  • valid email address and contact phone number;
  • unhindered internet access.

Please note that registration is for free.

Step-by-step instruction

Registration on the portal can be done several methods:

  • simplified;
  • standard.

Let's consider each of them in more detail.

Signing up for a simplified account

Algorithm simplified registration is as follows:

  1. You need to go to the official portal of the State Services.
  2. Specify first and last name.
  3. Specify a valid email address.
  4. Go to the email (which is indicated during registration).
  5. Open the email sent by the portal to confirm registration.
  6. In the letter, you should find a link that you should follow to confirm your intentions.

After clicking on the link from the e-mail, the user is taken to a page where the portal offers to come up with a unique password. Here you need to remember that in order to avoid possible hacking of your personal account, the password must include Latin characters and numbers.

Entering personal data

The simplified registration procedure discussed above is limited in its functionality. In fact, such access to your personal account can only be used for reference and information purposes.

In order for the personal account to have all the functionality, it is necessary indicate personal information.

To do this, you need a passport and SNILS.

Action algorithm is as follows:

  1. Provides a valid contact phone number. After specifying it, the phone will receive a message with a unique code that will need to be entered in the appropriate field.
  2. Then you need to click on a small calendar and enter your date of birth. You cannot specify manually.
  3. Specifies gender. You must select "male" or "female".
  4. As for the place of birth, it must be indicated in the same format as in the passport.
  5. The number of the insurance certificate (SNILS) is indicated. In case of its absence, it is necessary to apply to the Pension Fund for receipt.
  6. A document is selected that confirms the identity of the owner of the personal account (you need to choose a passport).
  7. Then its series and number are indicated. You don't need to make any spaces.
  8. After that, it is indicated when the passport was issued. This is done using a small calendar.
  9. Exactly as indicated in the passport, it is indicated by whom the document was issued.
  10. After entering personal information, the “Continue” button is pressed.

Data checking

All personal information that is indicated when registering a personal account being checked by the Pension Fund and the Federal Migration Service for authenticity.

If we talk about the verification period, then it can vary from a few minutes to 10 calendar days.

After the verification of personal information is completed, an email will be sent to the e-mail address specified during registration, which will indicate this.

ID confirmation

After verifying personal information, the final stage begins - it is necessary verify your identity.

Today it is possible in such ways:

Speaking of confirmation with a unique code, then this is done as follows:

  • The unique code is sent by registered mail via Russian Post.
  • After the letter arrives at the required department, the postman will bring a notice. Next, you need to contact the office with your passport and get a letter.
  • Then you need to go to your personal account and enter the sent code in the appropriate field.

The disadvantage of this option is the fact that the letter can take up to 30 calendar days. If during this period it does not arrive, you must repeat the request. This option is somewhat similar to a personal appeal to the Russian post office.

Only in personal contact there are small nuances.

Speaking about the advantages of this option, it can be noted that it is enough to apply with a passport to the office and take a special form. After that, you must fill in all the relevant fields and return this form back. Then the personal account gains full functionality.

The disadvantage is that not every post office has entered into an appropriate agreement on providing the possibility of confirming data with regulatory authorities. For this reason, when choosing this option on the public services portal, a list of those departments that can perform this procedure and are located close to the applicant's place of residence will be provided.

And finally, the last option is to use qualified electronic signature (QES). This option is the best only if the owner of the personal account already has a CEP, otherwise it can not be considered due to a long red tape with registration.

It is enough for CEP holders to confirm their identity in the appropriate field and all the functions of their personal account will be instantly available.

If there is no SNILS

If SNILS is not available, you can register only according to the simplified version, and already in the field of its receipt (registration) indicate all the necessary information to obtain the full functionality of your personal account.

Registration through the MFC

If for some reason a person is not able to register on the official portal via the Internet, he has the right to contact the nearest branch of the MFC.

jif Registration Algorithm this option is the following:

  1. Collection of necessary documents (only a passport and SNILS are enough).
  2. Contacting the MFC.
  3. Filling out the questionnaire.
  4. Registration by an employee of the MFC of a personal account on the State Services portal.
  5. Obtaining by the applicant a login and password for access to his personal account.

One of the best ways for those who are afraid to make a mistake when registering or do not want to do it themselves at all.

The procedure for registering on the Unified Portal of Public Services is set out in the following video instruction:

Why do I need an account on the public services portal? This will make it easier to get many services without going to the authorities, and will also provide access to a lot of useful information.

Without wasting time on the road and huge queues, you can:

  • replace the documents of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • sign up for an appointment with the doctor;
  • send the necessary information to obtain a passport;
  • register the vehicle;
  • pay traffic fines;
  • change address;
  • take a statement of a pension account;
  • resolve tax issues;
  • replace driver's license;
  • enroll your child in school or kindergarten.

And this is not a complete list of services. A lot of everyday issues are solved in your personal account, you can get qualified state assistance, speed up interaction with executive and judicial authorities, and local government.

Accounts: types and differences

Simplified - gives access to help documentation only. To get it, just enter your contact information.

Standard - allows you to make an appointment at a medical institution, check traffic police fines and more. To do this, you must additionally enter passport data and SNILS number.

Confirmed - provides full access to public services, allows you to speed up interaction with government agencies. Activation requires personal confirmation.

The portal of public services greatly facilitates communication with the state. With its help, you can draw up documents, receive information from government departments and remotely conclude contracts with financial institutions. To get all these benefits, you must go through a multi-level registration procedure. We tell you how to do it in the least painful way.

What can be obtained through public services?

The portal contains the services of various departments, including the Tax Service, the Pension Fund, the Federal Migration Service, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Depending on the complexity of the service, the user can issue it completely remotely, or apply for it, and come personally at the appointed time to receive it. This happens with the issuance of a passport, for example, or a driver's license.

Those that do not require personal presence include setting up receiving letters and notifications from authorities in electronic form, paying fines and taxes, checking a pension account.

Through public services, you can pay not only traffic police fines, taxes, court debt and state duties, but also utilities. Payment is accepted by bank cards, using Yandex.Money, Webmoney, Qiwi Wallet or from a mobile phone account if the operator is MTS, Beeline, Megafon or Tele2.

Registration on the public services website also allows you to remotely conclude contracts with financial institutions. So, if you have registration, some brokers open accounts online.

How to register?

1. Register on the site

At the first stage, everything is no more difficult than creating a personal account on any other site. You need to go to the main page of the portal and specify the last name, first name, mobile phone number or email address. Depending on the contact left, you will receive either an SMS with a confirmation code or an email with a link.

If you received an SMS, then you need to enter the code on the registration page and proceed to create a password, if a letter, then follow the link and again come up with a password. The login will be a phone number or e-mail.

This is how a simplified account is created. It will be enough to pay traffic police fines and obtain background information.

2. Fill out the profile

To expand the list of online services, and, for example, be able to remotely make an appointment with a doctor, find out about the status of your pension account and the presence of tax debt, you will need to create a standard account.

To do this, you need to provide a little more information about yourself: indicate passport data and SNILS number (a green card issued by the Pension Fund). If desired, but this is not necessary, you can also enter the TIN, driver's license number and car number.

The information will be sent for verification to the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation and the Pension Fund of Russia.

By the way, after verifying personal data, the user will be able to use his SNILS as a login for a personal account on the State Services website.

3. Verify identity

The entire list of electronic public services, and this is the replacement of a passport, and a driver's license, and issuing a passport, and enrolling in kindergarten, and registration at the place of residence, and car registration, and other useful options, is available only to those who have a confirmed Account.

You can get this in three ways:

  • Personally come with a passport and SNILS to a special service center.

This is the easiest and fastest option. You can verify your identity at post offices, offices of Rostelecom and some banks and multifunctional centers. You can find out their addresses and opening hours at this. At the office, the user will be given an activation code, which will need to be entered in the personal account.

After confirming the identity, the login and password from the public services portal can also be used on the website of the Federal Tax Service.

  • Order an identity verification code by mail.

The letter will go 2-3 weeks. The code from the letter, as well as in the first case, will need to be entered on the authorization page.

  • The third method is only suitable for those who have an enhanced qualified or universal electronic card.

By choosing this option to verify your identity:

Prepare a smart card or flash drive, where the certificate and electronic signature keys (ES) were recorded upon receipt;
- install the program - cryptographic provider (if it is not built into the media);
- install a special web browser plug-in for working with electronic signature tools (if it is not installed, the system will notify you and give a link to download it).

So, if everything is ready, then you need to connect your electronic signature key carrier to the computer, enter the PIN code to read it and sign her account confirmation application.

This is perhaps the most difficult method of identification, but if the owner has ever used an electronic signature, then the process is already known and understandable to him.

It is noteworthy that the personal presence of the user in the office of one of the

It's the 21st century in the yard and you need to fully use the "goodies" on the Internet. One of them is the receipt of public services. And for this we need registration on the public service website. Instruction will be discussed below, but for now some general information.

The unified portal of state and municipal services, or as it is also called e-government, opened on December 15, 2009 and is intended to provide public services to citizens of the Russian Federation in electronic form. Simply put, to save us from standing in queues, for example, to receive some piece of paper from government agencies.

The most popular public services available after registration on the site

  • obtaining information about fines issued by the traffic police for traffic violations;
  • submission of documents for (follow the link - there is an instruction on this matter)
  • checking the status of an individual personal account in the Pension Fund;
  • checking the presence of tax debt (read the instruction "");
  • registration - registration of vehicles;

And now such types of services as payment for utility services and making an appointment with a doctor are gaining momentum. And all this without leaving home!

Registration methods on the public services website

  1. using the insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS) with the Pension Fund (in this case, you will have to obtain an activation code for public services - by regular mail or at sales and customer service offices of Rostelecom);
  2. using an electronic signature recorded on a digital medium (can be purchased at sales and customer service offices of Rostelecom);

As for the second method and the offices of Rostelecom, I can’t give any instructions, because I simply wasn’t interested in this, but let’s take a look at the first one by regular mail in detail.

To begin with, you should have at hand: a personal passport, SNILS and an email address. If you have not yet started an email, then hurry up to do it on my blog there is an instruction: "How to create an email on mail.ru and yandex.ru"". Use the site search and read.

Registration on the public service website. Instruction

First of all, we go to the address: https://www.gosuslugi.ru/, in the window that opens, first select the location if it does not match yours. Usually it is determined automatically when entering the public services portal, but there will be the capital of your region or region, and maybe the inscription “Select a region”. In short, if the system has not determined, click on this place:

Just put a dot in the pop-up window on "Define automatically" and "Save":

So that there are no disagreements about registering on the public services website, I will immediately make some explanations. Namely, there are three types of accounts:

  1. Simplified.
  2. Standard.
  3. Confirmed.

Here, depending on the type of your account in public services, some services will be available or not available. For example, a simplified one (it practically does not differ from the standard one) makes it possible only to pay for housing and communal services, make an appointment with a doctor, and some other insignificant little. Well, the confirmed one already provides everything “what your heart desires”.

Step 1. Pre-registration or simplified account of public services.

There is nothing complicated here, fill in the required fields and click "Register":

If you made a mistake with the mobile number, you can "Change data". Enter the code that will come via SMS. If you did not wait for SMS, which happens quite often with public services, click on "Try via e-mail" and in the letter received from the portal, follow the link. If you waited, enter, then on "Continue":

We invent and type a password twice, click on "Finish":

We receive congratulations after which we will immediately be transferred back to the portal and this completes the first paragraph of the instruction:

But do not rush to rejoice, you have only passed the preliminary registration. And this simplified account and it means that you won’t be able to use the most popular public services in full! So be patient, and most likely not for one day and go through full registration, that is, do verified account b.

Step 2. Filling in personal data when registering on the public services portal.

So let's go to our personal account. By the way, it happens that a window opens and where you entered a phone number or email, the inscription “SNILS” suddenly appears. Sometimes people get lost, but there is nothing terrible here. Just below, in the line "Login with:" click on the link "Phone / mail" and everything will fall into place:

Entered. We see our personal data, click "Edit", if necessary, edit and save. Or just click "Fill out profile":

By the way, perhaps such an information window will open immediately for you. Well, here it’s clear even without any instructions - we immediately click “Confirm”, and then according to the worked out scheme, as above:

To confirm, you will need to enter SNILS in the field below. For those who don't know what it is, it looks like this:

After filling in and saving personal data, they are sent for automatic verification. So point number 2 of the instruction is behind.

Step 3. Checking the entered data during registration on the public services website.

While your data is being verified by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Federal Migration Service, it can sometimes take a long time and the following picture will hang on the public services website:

As soon as the verification is completed, you will receive an SMS or an email, a notification will be displayed on the site and you will already have a standard account:

We again receive congratulations and see the services available. So the third paragraph of the instruction is over.

It remains only to confirm the identity. This used to be called activation.

Step 4. Instructions for verifying your identity for the public services website.

Press the "Confirm" button:

and see the following:

As you can see from the picture, public services offer three ways to confirm. "In person at the service center" is the least attractive way. "Electronic Signature or UEC" is probably the fastest. The most popular way for the site is ""Registered mail by Russian post". If you click on the picture with this inscription, you will need to fill out the form that opens under it and click the "Order a letter" button:

After that, a page with your personal data will open, only one more information window will be added. It is depicted a little lower. On this, the instruction on our main actions on the public services website can be considered complete. It remains to wait for the letter. Usually, a notice to receive a registered letter comes no later than two weeks after confirming the identity on the site.

After receiving the letter, you must enter the code indicated in it in the field on the main page of the personal data of your personal account, or on the page of public services to confirm your identity, after clicking on "Confirm":

After entering the code, an account confirmation window will appear and all available public services on the portal will become available to you:

That's all. I hope this instructions for registering on the public service website will be useful to you.

Good luck to you! See you soon on the PenserMan blog pages.

Now you know how to register on "Gosuslugi" and create a simplified account. With its help, you will be able to receive all the information you need for reference, as well as use a certain (somewhat limited) range of public services. This list includes those services for which identity verification is not required. If you need to use the full list of features, then registration is not yet completed for you. Many people say "I can't register on the "Gosuslugi" at this very stage. Why? Having created a simplified account, they cannot use the service for which they registered, and they think that they did something wrong. But you just need to increase the level of the account by filling in the required personal data and verifying your identity.

Data input

So, the main thing that will help you register correctly and quickly is the instruction. How to register on "Gosuslugi", we figured out, but how to get access to all the functions of the portal?

To do this, you must enter personal data. The system will automatically redirect you to the appropriate page. There you will need to fill in several lines, including the SNILS number and passport data. It is good if these documents are already at your fingertips. After the required personal data is entered and carefully checked by the system, the account level will be automatically upgraded to Standard. From this moment on, your opportunities on the resource in question will increase significantly. It is important to enter the specified information as accurately and carefully as possible. When you're done, don't forget to click the "Save" button. This is how the registration process on the Gosuslugi portal (Moscow) takes place.

You can register without entering personal data. In this case, the system will redirect you to your personal account. In it, you will see that your account has the status "Simplified". The system will also prompt you to complete the profile anyway and provide a description of all the benefits that you can get by confirming your account. This would give you the opportunity to use all the services that the portal in question provides without restrictions. You can enter personal data at any time later by clicking on the "Fill in profile" button.

Examination

What is the next stage of the mechanism of how to register on the portal "Gosuslug"? After you have entered personal information about yourself in the resource form, it will be automatically sent to the Federal Migration Service and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for a thorough check. It does not take much time, the user can get acquainted with its results in just a few minutes.

Occasionally, in order to carry out a check, the system takes much more time. How does the user know about the results of the procedure? This data will be sent to his mobile phone or to his e-mail. Also, a similar notification will open directly on the site after the verification is completed.

Once all the above formalities have been completed, your account level will be upgraded to "Standard", which gives you the opportunity to take advantage of a wider range of services, such as registering a car or making an appointment with a doctor.

Confirmation

In order to freely use the full range of public services that are available for use through the Internet portal "Gosuslugi", it is not enough to register in your personal account. It is also important to verify your account. To do this, you must enter a confirmation in a special form on the resource of your personal code, which you can only receive personally using one of the available methods.

So, before proceeding to the implementation of the procedure, click on the "Confirm" button. Now you can choose the method of personal identification that suits you. Among them:

  • Universal electronic card or electronic signature.
  • Post office. It is important to note that this method does not provide an opportunity to create a taxpayer's personal account on a special portal. Using this method, you will receive a registered letter with a code to the postal address you specified. In practice, this means that you will be sent a notice of receipt at a certain branch of the Russian Post, where it would be convenient for you to pick it up. To receive with you, you must have any document that confirms your identity, and, in fact, a notice. On the portal, you need to enter the address to which the letter with the code should be delivered in the field specially designed for this. Interestingly, within a day after the answer is sent to you, you can track its location using a special form on the Russian Post website. A letter with a code, as a rule, reaches the addressee in four days. Once you receive it, enter the code in the appropriate form on the portal in question.
  • Contact in person. To do this, you must independently visit one of the service centers intended for this (the office of Rostelecom or one of the branches of the Russian Post). This can be done at any time convenient for you, without wasting it in vain waiting. To complete the procedure, you will also need to present SNILS and a national passport. You can find a list of centers where you can verify your identity on the portal in question. You can also find their schedules there.

As soon as the code is entered and verified, you will have access to any service on this resource. This is also reflected with the help of a specialized mark in your personal account. Among other things, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone that the procedure has been successfully completed.
