Exercise programs to s health. S Health - Sport is beautiful

A donor to everyone. We're talking about the Samsung Health program, judging by the name, this program is like a proprietary one. And it seems like it is only for Samsung phones, maybe I'm wrong .. So guys, that's what I dug up in terms of information. Samsung Health is not a simple program, but focused on a healthy lifestyle .. In short, the program has all the functions that help maintain health and fitness. Well guys, that sounds fantastic ...

Samsung Health analyzes your physical activity and then the results can somehow help you to eat properly. That is, this program is like a little helper for those who lead a healthy lifestyle, go in for sports and all that.

The program has some kind of trackers and they allow you to add physical exercises and you can even monitor the implementation of these exercises. In short, control yourself, otherwise you will suddenly forget .. Samsung Health even has a pedometer, which is also not sickly =)

You can even keep a record of what you eat, how much coffee you drink, water there, and on the basis of this you can stir up some kind of optimal nutrition for yourself.

Even in the program you can find useful information about a healthy lifestyle.

In short, guys, you can talk for a long time, but I kind of already understood what kind of program it was and now let me write you in my own words. Samsung Health is a program, first of all, for those whose phone keeps the battery, so that you can often look into the application, enter data, compare, analyze .. That is, Samsung Health is an assistant so that you do not forget anything. I can't say anything about the convenience or quality of the program, you need to try it. But still we'll see the pictures, how the program looks like, the interface is there ..

Let's move on to the visual part. Look, I found a picture, here you can clearly see that you can keep statistics on many indicators:

There are many different measurements:

As I already wrote, you can, like, challenge someone, for example, who will walk more:

Honestly guys, this is a challenge to walk on foot, well, damn it, in my opinion it's not serious, why compete in this….

You can compare your achievements with others, by the way you see there is also a rating:

In general, guys, you need to try the program to find out how it is in business. I will only say that the program is decently popular, and you will probably agree that it is not for nothing ...

Guys, I found another picture like this:

What did I want to tell her? In short, do you see a phone here? It's like Samsung, right? Well, do you see there is still a watch here? I understand that you can somehow connect this clock to the program, they probably have some kind of sensors .. In short, I mean the program measures everything, right? But it does not take the indicators out of thin air, there must be some kind of sensors, so I think they are either in the phone or in special external devices such as these clocks .. And the sensors, of course, somehow have a connection with the program .. Sorry, probably not quite correctly described everything, but as best he could.

Fuh, that's all, I think you understand everything now. Samsung Health is a program that helps you keep track of your health. I wish everyone a Paka and everyone a great way of life!

S Health is a proprietary application from Samsung, which is a kind of health diary. This program will be a real boon for those who are used to monitoring their well-being or are simply trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. Immediately, we note that the program will work exclusively on tablets and smartphones from Samsung. Do not even try to install it on portable devices from other manufacturers - their application, unfortunately, does not support.

So, what can you write in this health journal. Firstly, the application has a training calendar, in which you can indicate which specific physical exercises and at what time you performed. Next to the training calendar, there is a section that bears the short name "Food". In it, you can compose a daily diet for yourself, write down the foods you eat, and also count calories. There is also a section in S Health where you can note pressure, blood sugar, body temperature, and so on. In order for you to be able at any time to track how your state of health has changed over a certain period of time, the program can build visual graphs and diagrams based on the entered data. You can download and use the program completely free of charge.

Key features and functions

  • allows you to record various physiological indicators of the body;
  • includes a training calendar;
  • makes it possible to plan your diet;
  • contains a calorie counting tool;
  • knows how to build graphs for a variety of indicators;
  • has a very simple and pleasant interface.

Samsung has recently been downloading the S Health app to many Galaxy smartphones. The company is positioning S Health as an app for a healthy lifestyle. I liked the app with its colorful, green interface, I liked the possibilities, but there are moments that cannot be attributed to the obvious advantages and benefits of the application. So, it is not available for all Samsung gadgets. The app link cannot be found on Google Play or Samsung Apps. They say that it does not even work with all Korean smartphones, what can we say about devices from other manufacturers. It is possible that Samsung believes that this application, together with branded accessories, will make Samsung gadgets stand out from other devices on the store shelf in the eyes of other consumers. But is it really so? Is the app an irreplaceable exclusive to Samsung devices? I would question this statement, so let's figure it out.

So, a few words must be said why I use this application. First, it's a beautiful interface. When an application looks colorful, works stably and just makes a good impression, then you want to use it even just on a subconscious level. Secondly, I am very interested in the information about what distances I "run" in just one day. Sometimes the numbers scare me, sometimes they surprise me, and sometimes they even make me happy. I am pleased that I have a nice widget hanging on my smartphone desktop that performs such an unusual function. Believe me, it’s interesting when you are walking down the street, looking at the screen of your smartphone, and it is scolding your steps. Even you yourself don't have to do it. Have you ever counted steps up the stairs? I do, but now S Health does it. And I'll tell you, it's pretty interesting. Thirdly, it constantly runs in the background, so if you launch it once, it always hangs in the background. So let it hang with use. Yes, and it consumes the battery is not weak, even with permanently disabled GPS. The company seems to be struggling with this, so the results are getting better, and the battery is consumed more slowly.

Let's go directly to the work areas. From the main window in the application, we can get to the menu of additional settings and options, to the zone of sports activity and to the zone of calorie consumption, as well as to the schedule. So we'll start with an additional settings menu. When you click on the lattice in the upper left corner, additional settings are displayed in front of us on the side. We will review the exercise and nutrition log later, I will turn my attention to this later. We are interested in a walking coach.

So, in the walking coach, we see the number of steps and the number of kilometers traveled. Walk log wallpaper depends on the time of day. You can scroll through previous achievements directly from this window. If you walk more than 10 thousand steps a day, then a medal appears near the counter. By the way, when the daily norm is fulfilled with the sounds of fanfare, a corresponding message pops up in the notification panel (this sometimes frightens others). If you click on the button in the upper right corner, a list with all the data about walking will open. In general, all my data is visible on Galaxy Note 3 by S Health from August. Do you think the fact is that Samsung sent me Note 3 before the announcement? Alas, they don't send anything. The fact is that the application is synchronized with the Samsung account, and data can also be sent using NFC. It is possible to set your own specific number of steps. The default is 10,000 steps. As it turned out, since August 19, I have taken about 570 thousand steps. Interesting statistics. All the other walking coach features are not so unique - send, reset, print and help.

If we return to the additional options menu, the "Comfort level" submenu is interesting here! This is where the "gold" and the unique capabilities of Samsung flagships are hidden. Yes, I'm talking about a built-in thermometer and humidity sensor. The level of ambient temperature and moisture is displayed here. Data is updated quickly on Note 3, and have not been updated to. As you can see, it is very hot in my apartment. But the thermometer is lying for a couple of degrees, my touch and the hot processor "under the hood" affect. In general, what are these two sensors for, if they are not objective by default, I do not know. Another useless "innovation". Humidity limits can be adjusted. However, moisture sensor data fluctuates constantly.

Samsung is critical of the weight of smartphone users. So a separate menu was allocated for weight. You can constantly update the data manually or automatically using special accessories. I could not get these accessories. Without accessories, this application is not so interesting, and together with accessories it is just an incredibly convenient offer. Imagine the pleasure when you step on the scale, and the data is immediately displayed on the smartphone screen in the application. And so you can track the fluctuation in your weight, and no notes, notes or graphs! Just a dream! Personally, I would use such a weight magazine every day, I could monitor its change down to the smallest grams. You can set a goal - the desired weight. You can click on the graph button in the lower right corner. Unique, but thanks to the graphics, if you have accessories, you can track your weight by month, by day, and even by hour! Dream!

And now let's go directly to the settings. You can edit your profile, which contains information about your name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and type of activity. It is possible to set up synchronization with Samsung account and Netpulse. In the settings it is possible to set a password for accessing the application. Suddenly you are hiding your real weight from loved ones or running in the morning from wife to girlfriend. Well, there is no need to comment on the fact that it is possible to change all the data. For travelers, there is an opportunity to change the time zone directly from the application or simply fix it. Does not require comments and the fact of resetting data, checking for updates, terms of use and information about the application. Now let's move on to the most interesting point related to accessories. In the section "My accessories" you can automatically find and connect additionally via Bluetooth to accessories. What are these accessories? In order not to describe it for a long time, I suggest you just take a look at the screenshots. They are unique and of two types, heart rate monitors and watches, as well as just scales.

So, let's now go to the charts menu from the main desktop. On the graph, you can visually track the diagram of the exercise log, nutrition, walking coach. Everything is displayed by month, day and hour. Convenient, but not very clear. As always, the data can be sent via social networks and wireless networks, it is possible to print out on a printer or read the help.

Well, now let's move on to the most interesting in the application, and what I do not use at all. In the exercise log, you can ... add a specific type of exercise. In each type of exercise, a certain amount of time is calculated according to the template, which corresponds to a certain number of calories. For example, according to the app, bowling is also a type of sports activity. If you are doing some unusual sport (chess), you can add your own pattern and the number of calories. In general, as planned, you collect all types of your activities that you perform per day, they summarize the number of estimated calories burned, which are compared with the calories that you ate during the day. Not difficult, but not precise arithmetic either. Data can be synced to the Galaxy Gear watch. However, in such workouts, the application includes walks, which the pedometer counts automatically.

By the way, the application does not count the movement by car, public transport, so do not hope to deceive the system, you will not succeed. On the machine, the application does not even count a fast run, but it counts a run and a walk, moreover, quite accurately. If you want to run with S Health, then it's not difficult if you start the corresponding task. You can measure cycling, walking and jogging. This functionality is much poorer than that of the same Endomondo. It is possible to set specific criteria for the goal. Well, and, of course, what kind of running without music? It is a pity that there are no special headphones for the application among smart accessories. What's unique is that you can view on the map the segment that you walked, ran or drove. A kind of Google track analog. In general, this is all the main functionality of the application.

Let's move on to the last zone - the calorie intake log. Everything is confused here. Everything is designed for the fact that you will add a certain type of food indicating the number of grams, and the application will automatically count the number of calories. You can attach a photo or picture to each dish. You will get an unusual culinary photo album! A fairly large number of different goods, dishes and other food. You can add your own specialties by specifying the number of calories. For example, for the sake of interest, I punched in the search for an application everything that I ate during the day. Found everything except the muesli bar. All in all, this is for those who are especially keen on all these food diaries and diet diaries to drive in all the nutritional data. But this will take a fair amount of time, although the interface is generally simple and straightforward.

Who is the app for? For the fans themselves. Personally, I don’t have that much time and confidence in the accuracy of all measurements to drive absolutely all my food and body movements into this application. Yes, it is beautiful, it has some unique features and a convenient, unobtrusive pedometer. The application is constantly updated and undergoes new changes. In the same there was one version, and in Note 3 S Health is presented in a different, updated, more functional version. But so far, in comparison with analogues, it loses in terms of functionality. Is S Health the strength of Samsung gadgets right now? To some extent, yes, but most likely not. The application will be changed and updated many times, but in the end it will be competitive someday. But now you can use it, and I like it. Yes, and so far only for Samsung devices. On w3bsit3-dns.com you can download the apk-file of the application, but there is no certainty that it will work even on older Samsung smartphones.

I would rate the app 7 out of 10. Thank you for your attention!

Samsung began to steadily move towards “sporting” its devices, sensing the trend in time, last year, when its flagship smartphones Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 received the S Health app along with a visual pedometer, a service for calculating calories received at food and spent for sports, and less visual sensors for measuring humidity and ambient temperature. The first smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear, added the ability to watch your own pacing progress right on your wrist. The second generation of the Gear line, along with the current flagship Galaxy S5 presented at the same time, has already mastered the independent calculation of steps, heart rate, and calories spent on workouts. And a number of additional applications, which can be installed for free through the mature S Health application, offered the user some more interesting possibilities. In this article, we will focus only on the simplest device in the Gear line of this year - Fit, as well as the new features of S Health and the happy life of a “smart” sports bracelet and a smart sports app.

S Health - new focuses

You can get acquainted with an overview of the S Health app in the Samsung Galaxy S4. Compared to the modern version, it has changed little. The most obvious innovations in the Samsung sports application are the display of the number of steps taken on the smartphone lock screen and the ability to measure the heart rate using a sensor located under the camera eye (with the appearance of the corresponding item in the menu). The heart rate can only be measured motionlessly and silently, therefore only a watch or a bracelet with the selected training mode is suitable for measurements “on the run”. If you use the heart rate monitor often enough, you can track your average heart rate on the general chart at the end of the month or day.

Subtle changes to the main menu of the application made its logic more obvious to the user. The only thing that was hidden deeper in the jungle was “Setting”. But there, behind the ellipsis in the upper right corner of the application, there is a place for it, so as not to confuse the user with unnecessary data.

The number of additional applications has been replenished with three new interesting participants, although they do not care about Gear Fit (except that the sleep mode through the bracelet can be started, but they have nothing to do with the rest of the possibilities). These are applications:

1. Sleep. It counts the quantity and quality of the hours spent in the arms of Morpheus, though only after you press the start and end sleep buttons on the Gear Fit at the right time.

The good thing about the application is that you can find out along the way how many hours you actually spend on sleep (well, or trying to combat insomnia, then anyone is lucky), and not live with imaginary numbers about the number of hours of sleep and wakefulness and delusions about how many you really need both. The bad news is that the forgetful will not be able to add data from the past nights, as well as rewind time if the stop button was not pressed in time. In addition, the only metric besides the number of hours is the percentage of time spent without moving. For example, I made sure that I have the correct ideas about how much time I need for a good rest, and now I approach the issue of setting an alarm clock more correctly. In the future, I would like to see in the functionality of the application the ability to bind the time of going to bed to the alarm clock. For now, fans of this business can stop at some kind of third-party application.

2. Workout Trainer app is more practical in nature. Like, say, adidas MiCoach, it offers a set of exercises to achieve specific goals (for example, to lose weight, strengthen certain muscle groups, or become more flexible). Unlike MiCoach, the application only offers its own ready-made programs, it does not make special plans and does not send complaint letters due to absenteeism to the mail.

3. Lark Activity Trainer is a fun motivational app. Its task is to persuade the user to go for walks more often. So far, she speaks only English (like the Workout Trainer), analyzes the activity graphs, which she herself compiles. If you have no problems with a foreign language, then the application for you can become a virtual friend who, no worse than a dog, will every time kick you out of your home or office on a regular (or extraordinary) walking trip.

4. Well, RunKeeper is still present in the list of additional applications. The data from it can take part in the graphs of your S Health activity. Another innovation in the S Health app is the valiant main screen of the app, proudly called “My Page”. It's hard to stop after the first medal.

This is where the fun ends at S Health. And it starts at Gear Fit.

What the Gear Fit can do and how it differs from the rest of the Gear

The curved and elongated display isn't the only hallmark of the Samsung Gear Fit. The second is that the Fit lacks the ability to install apps from the Samsung App, unlike the Gear 2 and Gear Neo. At the time of our meeting with Gear Fit, there was no support for third-party applications in the bracelet in principle. But in a couple of months, an additional menu item appeared - App Connect, which can be replenished ... from Google Play at the request of Gear Fit. The price for a smart bracelet is lower than for other new items - from UAH 2400.

The quality of materials and other conspicuous design nuances Gear Fit are similar to their colleagues in the workshop. The fastening of the strap suggests that the color of the accessory should be chosen immediately and permanently. This impression is deceiving, if you pull on the two ends of the strap, the "chest" will open and the strap can be replaced.

Available in black, orange and gray. The strap allows you to adjust the length almost as you like. And the mount itself does not look as reliable as on other devices of the line, but in my life I have not experienced any problems with it.

The curved screen is comfortable and pleasant to use - my attitude towards this technology hasn't changed a bit since I reviewed the LG G Flex.

This is how the inside of the gadget looks like. There are contacts for connecting a charger and a heart rate monitor peephole.

The overall impression of the bracelet design is good. In life, it evokes much more positive emotions than in advertising images. Over time, it began to seem to me that even in daily use I greatly underestimated the work of Samsung designers - most of my acquaintances instantly paid attention to the accessory on their hand and began a conversation with the phrase: “What is so beautiful?” My attitude to the Gear Fit's appearance has been fairly calm the whole time. This non-small and dark accessory is not always perfectly combined with a girl's wardrobe. Several times I had to deny myself the desire to wear something with which Gear Fit looks too rough (all sorts of light dresses is the first contraindication). Men shouldn't have this problem. But with business clothes, there are no problems - Gear Fit looks decent enough for a serious person.

The Samsung Gear Fit is the only model in the entire Gear line to feature a screen lock and an on / off button on the side. This is a less successful solution than the button not at the bend of the arm. At first, I could not understand why the device is disconnected from the smartphone so often, and sinned on the instability of the software. As a result, it turned out that from time to time the soft button worked when I turned the brush, the bracelet turned off, then turned on, then turned off again. This continued until I began to closely monitor that they were away from the hand.

The Gear Fit menus, unlike the Galaxy Gear, are not trained to understand gestures. To move between desktops, a regular swipe is used. To return to the main screen - the lock button. The only trick she has mastered is launching an application by double-clicking. The range of possibilities is available in the corresponding item “Parameters”. I assigned the start of the heart rate monitor to double-click.

To charge the Gear Fit, you still need to use an additional case, but it has become sleeker and does not look like a case at all, but like a small box. And it takes up less pocket space, which travelers will surely appreciate.

Gear Fit's battery life is highly dependent on exercise activity. For example, if you went on a hike and turned on the appropriate mode for a day, or even more, then the bracelet's autonomy will be about a day. If you train once a day, or even at two, and not for long, then you can worry about two or a half days without access to an outlet. But with the Galaxy S5, things will be worse. In normal use, my smartphone (two samples in turn) lasted from six to nine hours. On a country trip, with active use of the camera, listening to music and a bracelet with Walking mode enabled, the Galaxy S5 took about four hours to sit down. And during the day of travel, taking into account the 12 hours spent on the road (hence, constant re-registration in the network), the smartphone was discharged several times and “ate” two-thirds of the capacity of the external battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh (according to the indicators) charged before the trip. At the same time, I turned on the power saving mode in the Galaxy S5 only in the last six hours of travel. The bracelet lived for about a day. After updating the firmware on the smartphone, its autonomy has improved slightly. Feels like 10-15 percent. But still, if you are planning a long and semi-wild trip - stock up on portable chargers.

The bracelet has a vibration mechanism. The device vibrates, notifying about incoming calls, messages from services and applications that you yourself specify in the settings. It is especially pleasant to wake up from the vibrating alert. You can display notifications of any application on the bracelet screen, but it is better not to be too zealous, otherwise the device will disturb the device too often with notifications.

The Gear Fit, unlike the first-born Galaxy Gear, allows you to read the entire message, and not just notify about the event. Of course, you still have to turn to your smartphone for a long letter, but SMS and other trifles are easier to track on the bracelet. Regardless of the orientation of the screen (you can set it vertically or horizontally), the text on the hand is comfortable to read. And notifications arrive instantly.

The Gear Fit's settings are as follows.

You can quickly change the color and pattern of the background to suit different wardrobe. So far, only the preset options are allowed to choose from. Hopefully, the ability to upload your own images is around the corner. For example, on such (although it is more convenient to do it from a smartphone, screenshots with other possible options will be further).

Fortunately, you can change the location of the apps too. I did not find the best option for myself right away.

Paranoid people can protect their information with a PIN-code, but it is inconvenient to enter it every time.

With an incoming call, the bracelet only allows you to reset or send a quick message. I really missed the opportunity to respond quickly. Most of the time on the road, I use a headset with my smartphone. Since in any case, when answering a call, the first thing I do is look at the bracelet, who bothers it, I would very much like to be able to take the call right away. But for now, alas.

And you can control the player. Changing tracks happens instantly.

If the Galaxy Gear could only show the steps that the smartphone counted, then the Gear Fit already has its own pedometer, you need to launch it in the menu. Often, the number of steps on the bracelet does not match the one in the S Health app. In general, gadgets are able to synchronize (in the settings, you can assign from 3 to 24 hours or manually transfer at any time), but often, even after synchronization, the result does not match.

At first, I sinned that the Gear Fit does not transfer part of the data from the workouts, which it takes into account in its own menu. But later I found out that often by the end of an active day, the result shown by the bracelet is one and a half times higher than the information in S Health. Sometimes the watch could count several dozen steps during sleep (no, I'm not a sleepwalker, and yes, I'm sure). But this rarely happened, and here everything is just clear, in a dream you can pull your hand and turn around actively if you have insomnia. I have not been able to find out the reason for the appearance of "extra" steps. An interesting observation. When the Gear Fit is used with the Galaxy S4, the latter usually shows more steps.

The Gear Fit's Workout section has four activity types that will suit the needs of most active users: running, walking, cycling, and hiking. Everyone knows how to calculate distance and calories burned. However, when running the running app on the bracelet and the miCoach app on the smartphone at the same time, I found out that here the Gear Fit also demonstrates a result (in terms of distance) that is one and a half times greater than what the smartphone and the map show. Their accuracy cannot be relied upon. If you decide to monitor your heart rate or calories burned in other sports (for example, on exercise machines or while playing tennis or other activity), then the bracelet will not work for this task unless they have the appropriate modes.

In addition to tracking your workout results, Gear Fit lets you set goals and acts as a coach to tell you if you've run enough, burned enough calories, and more.

I also had questions about calculating the heart rate during training (in particular, running and hiking). Several times I “caught” the gadget on the fact that at the moment of high intensity of exercise it continued to show the pulse at the level of 60-66 beats for a long time, and sometimes, on the contrary, showed a clearly exaggerated result. In the first case, I suppose, the reason lay in the fact that the bracelet was poorly attached to the hand or was in the wrong place, that is, the problem was most likely on my side. With an overestimated result, it is difficult for me to imagine what exactly was the source of the error.

Despite the fact that the Gear Fit has an IP67 rating, it does not provide a special training mode for the pool (apparently, for this purpose, it needs protection from moisture with a degree of 8). But you can wash the dishes or take a bathroom with a bracelet on your wrist - this will not be a problem.

Like other Gear models, the Fit model can be used to locate a smartphone. To do this, it is enough to find the desired item in the gadget menu. The bracelet will simply call the connected device.

All third-party apps in Gear Fit are tucked away in a separate location, hopefully temporary. Among the first "swallows" - a calendar, flashlight, calculator, RSS-reader, settings manager, phone book management and Sleep Genius application adapted to the bracelet. In addition to the last two, the rest of the applications look like pampering - it's easier to get a smartphone and count, see the number, etc. The contact and call manager allows you to contact your contacts without taking your smartphone out of your pocket - it's cool and makes life easier. It is also easier to launch a sleep monitoring application on your hand than on a smartphone, which may not be clear at all.

A few words about Gear Fit Manager

To get started with the device, in the case of Gear Fit, you need to download a separate application (the rest of the Gear Manager works) - Gear Fit Manager. At first glance, the main difference between the apps is that there is no Apps item in the Gear Fit Manager menu. You can set up almost everything here as on the bracelet, only it's easier to do it on a smartphone due to the fact that the screen is larger and the menu is more familiar.

Only a smartphone can be set to send "alarm messages" from the bracelet, which can be relevant in a dangerous situation. Especially when the phone is unreachable or has been taken away from you altogether. To send these messages, you must press the lock key more than three times, but this function must initially be enabled in the smartphone menu. The only thing that confuses me in this whole situation is the softness and pliability of the key on the bracelet, which can be triggered by accident.

In the dry residue

The Samsung Galaxy S5, along with the Gear Fit smartband, is a great pairing for people who like to keep an eye on themselves and have the extra tools to purchase yet another smart device for their family. Since both gadgets are literally created for each other, and their software is closely intertwined, the user does not have any problems with the transfer of information between devices and easy access to their results. The main drawback of this tandem is mediocre autonomy and the fact that the Gear Fit is still not able to count calories in all popular sports. But even in its current form, Gear Fit perfectly complements and expands the functionality of the flagship Samsung smartphone, and also motivates the user for sports feats no worse than those who managed to get a dog for motivational purposes. And the difference in capabilities compared to the junior "smart" watches in the Gear 2 Neo line began to rapidly decrease, which cannot be said about the price. With a price difference of several hundred hryvnias Gear 2 Neo boasts a larger screen and the presence of an IR sensor to control equipment. Gear Fit, on the other hand, has a sleek appearance and a lower price tag. If you are the owner of one of the older models of Samsung smartphones this and last year and are thinking of buying an inexpensive "smart" accessory for them, then, roughly speaking, you will have to choose between greater availability and screen size paired with a remote control for home appliances.

3 reasons to buy Samsung Gear Fit:

  • you already have a Samsung Galaxy S5 or one of the older smartphones from this manufacturer this year or last year and you are thinking about buying a sports accessory;
  • Your sports interests include running, walking, cycling or hiking, not those that are not supported by the watch;
  • you need additional motivation for doing sports plus you answered positively to the first item;

3 reasons not to buy a Samsung Gear Fit:

  • your sports are not supported by Gear Fit;
  • you are confused by the mediocre autonomy of this tandem;
  • you do not use Samsung smartphones or plan to purchase more advanced watches from this brand.
