On August 14, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Nikolai Zakhryapin took part in the Forum "Territory of Meanings on the Klyazma"

On August 14, in the Vladimir region, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Nikolai Zakhryapin spoke at the opening of the session "Young specialists of the transport industry" in the framework of the All-Russian youth educational forum "Territory of meanings on the Klyazma."

In his welcoming speech, the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Transport noted the significance and scale of the events. “In the coming days, 1000 young specialists from all over our country will live and study here. Today you are taking a huge step towards creating a technologically advanced future, which simply cannot exist without you, ”he said. According to N. Zakhryapin, the number of young specialists in large transport companies is growing noticeably, and the rate of attracting young people is not decreasing. At the same time, the number of graduate students in transport universities is approaching 500 thousand people. “And our task is not only to maintain this vector, but also to increase the rate of involvement in scientific activity,” the Deputy Minister said.

Among the advanced tasks facing young professionals in the transport industry, N. Zakhryapin named the development of intelligent transport systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, Smart Roads, the Internet of Things, GLONASS technologies, the construction of high-speed railways, the creation of a digital railway, and many other. The prospects for the introduction of the "Hyperloop" technology on the territory of the Russian Federation are also being considered. It is especially important to create a single information and transport space from Crimea and Kaliningrad to the Far East.

“We have to build an industry that can adapt to any change, no matter how fantastic it is. It is necessary to make transport and its infrastructure better, because the successful functioning of the entire economy as a whole largely depends on this, ”the deputy minister concluded.

The educational program of the second day of the shift "Young professionals in the transport industry" opened with a big discussion about the future of aviation in Russia. The first speakers of the venue were the General Director of Siberia Airlines Vladimir Obyedkov, the General Director of the Tolmachevo International Airport Evgeny Yankilevich and the Deputy General Director of the State ATM Corporation Sergey Pogrebnov.

The key topics of conversation were the transport of the future, the established trends in the aviation of our country and the role of the younger generation in the implementation of new ideas. The head of Siberia Airlines in his address to the discussion participants noted that today all network passenger airlines are moving towards digitalization. “Digital Airlines” is something without which no airline can be considered successful literally in 5-7 years, ”he said. V. Obyedkov also shared his plans for the development of the direction of work with big data. “Today, our company is starting to work closely with big data, a special unit has already been created, and appropriate specialists have been recruited. We would like to create a passenger profile on the basis of this technology in order to offer a targeted product based on the accumulated information in the future, ”he said.

In turn, the head of Tolmachevo said that the key indicator of the efficiency of any transport hub is saving passengers' time. “The airport of the future should not be a shopping center. First of all, it should be a transport hub where various types of transport services can be combined. This is the place with which a person, spending the minimum amount of time, can get along the shortest path from point A to point B, ”he stressed. S. Pogrebnov in his speech focused on plans for the development of general aviation - small planes and helicopters, tourist air routes.

After the speakers' speeches, a series of questions and answers took place. Young transport workers were interested in the possibility of introducing services for the transportation of cars by air (as it is done on trains), the creation of student councils in airlines, and the reduction of the harmful effects of aircraft on the environment. The participants were also interested in the issue of employment prospects for young university graduates in the aviation industry. The head of Siberia Airlines announced plans for the next 5 years to recruit about 200 graduates to the airline annually.

Another panel discussion was dedicated to the Logistics of the Future. It was moderated by Denis Unzhakov, head of projects of the Department of National Technological Initiatives of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

The panelists discussed the rapid development of technologies that will soon take on such a pace that people will no longer control them. Among the main technological trends, a complete transition to electric vehicles in the near future, the development of the "Internet of Things", and unmanned aerial vehicles was named. Young transport workers were worried about the problem of technological inequality, as well as the promotion of these very technologies. There was also a question of concern for all, connected with the problem of leaving the transport market of entire companies, the loss of jobs due to the introduction of new technologies. According to Denis Unzhakov.

As part of the program of the second day, Oleg Naydenov, Deputy Director for Crew Planning of S7 Airlines, spoke about the introduction of advanced information systems, which will allow organizing an integrated approach to working with employees of the aviation industry, as well as reducing their maintenance costs. He stressed that today the activities of pilots and flight attendants are strictly regulated, and it is not getting easier, on the contrary, it is only getting more complicated, since it includes not only the flight schedule, but also medical care, training, recreation planning and much more. In this regard, according to the guest of the forum, there is a need to implement a solution that would help to manage all crews in a comprehensive manner. He informed the participants about the AIMS system developed by the company, which is a database that contains all the data on medical indicators, skills, qualifications of employees, contains all the documents necessary for pre-flight preparation. Such a program makes the interaction of planners with the crew minimal, this requires a much smaller number of specialists, the pilot and flight attendant can access their schedule from anywhere in the world, the system is transparent and allows you to control everything that happens.

Among other interesting events for young transport workers that took place on August 15 - Master classes "Air traffic: how everything works", "Digital technologies in the transport industry: Back to the future ?!", "Development of the sea and river transport industry", "The fourth industrial revolution and its impact on the transport industry "," Ecological transport. Ekovolna Movement ”, a workshop on the development of personal competencies from“ S7 Airlines ”, and a number of others.

On the third day of the shift "Young specialists of the transport industry", a workshop "Development of the country's railway transport: prospects and reality" was held. The head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport Vladimir Chepets addressed the young transport workers. In his speech, he reminded the participants of the attention paid by the President of the country to the development of the transport industry in the North-Western part of Russia. A special role here is played by the development of railway approaches to seaports, which are currently capable of providing reliable and high-quality transportation of goods. Special attention is paid to the Moscow transport hub. So, at present, the interval between trains on the Moscow Central Circle is 5 minutes, there are 31 stopping points. “Of course, we will develop this area in order to improve the performance of this significant facility,” the head of Roszheldor said. V. Chepets also spoke about the project for the construction of the Moscow-Kazan high-speed railway, which will reduce the travel time between cities from 14 to 3.5 hours.

During the discussion, questions were raised about the possibility of transferring the railway infrastructure to private hands, the competitiveness of the high-speed rail in comparison with air transport, the development of the Eastern Range project (including the recruitment of young transport specialists). In addition, an important topic of further development of universities in the industry was touched upon.

The main speaker of the panel discussion “The future of the transport system. Overcoming Risks "became the First Vice President of JSC Russian Railways, General Director of JSC High-Speed Railways Alexander Misharin. He told the forum participants about the role of railways in the transport industry, as well as the effect that their comprehensive modernization has on the development of the country's economy as a whole. In particular, he shared with the participants information about plans for the construction of the first high-speed highway "Moscow - Kazan" in Russia. “As soon as we get a new high-speed mode of transport, we see that the economy of the state is changing: distances are getting closer, moving between agglomerations creates the possibility of new associations. This gives a significant increase in GDP, additional budget revenues and eliminates the transport problem that we have, ”S. Misharin emphasized. In assessing the efficiency of transport, in the opinion of the Vice President of Russian Railways, the main factors will be the speed of movement of passengers and comfort. The introduction of digital technologies is equally important. “A passenger in the direction of travel should be in a familiar, comfortable environment for himself. High-quality, broadband Internet is needed so that a person on the road can perform their tasks, work, and communicate. This will increase the number of passengers and increase the mobility of the population. This is what we should strive for ”, - said the guest of the forum.

Answering the questions of the participants, S. Misharin also noted that the position of the train driver will not become a thing of the past, but its functionality will change. And among the qualities that an employee needs for successful work on the railways, the first vice president of Russian Railways named responsibility and susceptibility to changes and new technologies.

Sergey Kelbakh, Chairman of the Board of the State Company “Russian Highways” (GC “Avtodor”) also addressed the young transport workers. He spoke about smart roads as the future of the road construction industry. “Today we need to build up competencies in the field of smart roads. We have already begun to implement elements of such ecosystems on the M-4 Don and M-11 Moscow - St. Petersburg highways, - said the head of the company. According to him, such integration makes it possible from a single control center in Moscow to regulate traffic and load on highways, for example, in the Rostov or Novgorod regions. However, the basis of the country's economy should be precisely the regional road infrastructure. S. Kelbakh emphasized that the Avtodor Group of Companies is considering the possibility of introducing a subscription program for residents of settlements living in close proximity to toll highways. “We are preparing a subscription program, adapting Western experience. This will be a new software product to make the use of toll roads more attractive for local residents, ”he said.

Within the framework of the third day program, a number of meetings and discussions were also held, during which they discussed the risk management of the transport system, the operation and development of GAIS "ERA-GLONASS", the main stages of the formation and development of shipping on the Volga, and other interesting topics.

This year, about 900 young transport workers gathered at the youth educational platform for the first time, and will be replaced by the work of the forum in 2017. During the week, young aviators, railroad and road workers, sailors, river workers, including more than 100 students and cadets of Rosmorrechflot universities, discuss the present and future of the transport industry, build their own professional plans, learn to defend and promote their projects.

Young professionals in the transport industry have an intensive training schedule. The fourth day of the shift was full of meetings, panel discussions and practical exercises. During the workshop "Transport of the Future", General Director of the Volgabas Group of Companies Alexey Bakulin spoke about the innovative passenger transport products produced by the company, as well as the results of research. “The economy will not be digital, but passenger. All services will be built around the movement of passengers. I am absolutely confident that transportation of the future will be free. In the next 10 years we will give up private cars, ”A. Bakulin said.

Young transport workers talked about the mobility of the future, the functional load and the possibilities of road networks with the Director of the Institute for Transport Economics and Transport Policy of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry of Transport of Russia Mikhail Blinkin. He presented his vision of the functioning of public and private transport in a few years.

On the same day, a panel discussion about an integrated transport system took place. Its main speaker was the aide to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin. They talked about high-speed roads, the development of railway piggyback transportation, the efficiency and safety of transport, the timing of the delivery of goods and competition. Speaking about the current trends in the railway industry, I. Levitin paid special attention to the growing competition with road transport. “Our task is to make the railway industry high-speed by transferring cargo from the road to the railway,” he said. He emphasized the importance of the environmental aspect on the example of the capital situation. “The ecology changing from motor transport is one of the key Moscow problems. And the railway workers need to think about both preserving the railways and increasing them, letting on them the goods that have gone to road transport over the past 15 years, ”said the aide to the President.

During the discussion, the forum participants discussed their questions. Namely, about the share of the use of domestic components in the production of cars. “In diesel cars this figure will be about 60%, in electric buses - 91%. And in 2 years the components will be completely domestic, ”explained I. Levitin.

Young people were interested in the cost of unmanned vehicles. According to I. Levitin, the initial cost of drones reached $ 100 thousand, now it is estimated at about $ 35 thousand, in 10 years it may drop to $ 3-5 thousand. In addition, those present listened with interest to the speaker about the development of a regulatory framework the nuances of road accidents will be taken into account when using such innovations.

Also, as part of the program of the 4th day of the shift, a number of all-Russian competitions of youth projects with the defense of works, creative master classes, trainings on the basics of the negotiation process, the development of the voice of speech and personal efficiency were held.

On August 17, the head of Rosavtodor Roman Starovoit took part in the forum "Territory of Meanings on the Klyazma"

The head of Rosavtodor told young professionals in the transport industry about the economic benefits of building the Crimean bridge. According to him, connecting Crimea and Kuban by road and rail bridges will create new economic opportunities and integrate the peninsula into national transport systems.

R. Starovoit, noted that the "construction of the century" has become the largest economic project for modern Russia. More than 60 leading domestic enterprises are involved in the project and in the supply of materials. This is a real driver of development not only for Crimea, but for the entire south of the European part of our country.

The future economic effect of the appearance of the Crimean bridge is evidenced by calculations of its capacity. It will be able to drive up to 40 thousand cars and trucks. And the railway line will be able to transport over 14 million passengers and 13 million tons of cargo annually. The transport accessibility of Crimea will improve, its tourist attractiveness will increase, a stable trade turnover will be established, and a favorable atmosphere will be created for attracting investments. Logistics will be simplified, which means it will be possible to reduce the cost of delivery of the necessary goods to the peninsula.

Currently, the construction of the bridge is proceeding in accordance with the approved schedule and even a certain reserve has been created in certain sections. In total, the bridge crossing has 595 supports. The main feature of the structure is that on soft soils - metal tubular piles, which are plunged at an inclination to a depth of 94 meters in order to lean on hard rocks. This allows you to effectively distribute the load in high seismic conditions.

“Now all risks, including geology and other natural factors, have been completely leveled and eliminated. Our 19-kilometer-long Crimean Bridge, in addition to its outstanding dimensions, will be distinguished by its durability due to the most modern technological solutions used. It will be the longest bridge in the post-Soviet space and one of the largest in Europe. The opening of the working traffic on its road part will take place in December 2018, on the railway - in December 2019, ”said R. Starovoit.

The minister told the forum participants about his vision for the future of the transport industry. He noted that such a large-scale event aimed at working with youth in the transport industry is being held for the first time.

“Today, the best representatives of youth have gathered here, those who care about a happy and prosperous Russia,” said M. Sokolov. - In a few years, it will be you who will determine what our industry will be like. I see many interested and caring eyes in this hall, and this gives me confidence that the future of Russian transport is in good hands. "

According to the Minister, the transport industry in Russia has made a significant step forward over the past five years. The volume of cargo and passenger traffic is growing. And although this growth is small, the main thing is that it is stable: for cargo in 2016 + 1.5%, for passengers + 0.7%. M. Sokolov especially noted the increasing capacities of seaports. There were no such volumes of cargo transshipment even during the Soviet Union - more than 720 million tons last year. In the first half of the year, the growth of port cargo turnover was already 11% against the level of the last year.

Air transport is actively developing. Last year, domestic routes carried 7% more passengers than a year earlier - 56 million passengers. “Air transportation has never been in such demand in our country,” the Minister emphasized. Runways have been brought into a standardized state almost throughout the country, new terminals have been opened at airports. For the first time in many years, new airports have been built and are under construction. These are Kaluga, Samara and Rostov-on-Don.

Over the past few years, the industry has faced massive challenges. Projects that change people's lives for the better have become a vector for the development of transport in the country. According to M. Sokolov, there is also a great merit of transport workers in the success of the Sochi Olympiad. In a short time, more than 400 km of new highways and 22 tunnels were built. The latest traffic management and transport logistics systems have been introduced. One of the most modern railway stations in Europe was built with a capacity of 15 thousand people. at one o'clock. High-speed electric trains have been launched between the city center, railway station, airport and the main mountain resorts in the region.

Talking about import substitution, the Minister focused on railway transport, the rolling stock of which is almost 70% produced in Russia. The center of Russia was connected by high-speed trains, the latest technologies were implemented. Today the trains "Lastochka", "Allegro", "Strizh", "Sapsan" have become a reality. And although the development of high-speed traffic in Russia is only at the beginning of the journey, already last year the number of passengers on Sapsan trains increased by more than a third and came close to the record mark of 5 million people. For the coming years, the Minister named the routes Moscow - Kazan - Yekaterinburg and Moscow - Adler as promising projects of high-speed and high-speed traffic.

A landmark event in the development of the industry, according to M. Sokolov, was the launch of the Moscow Central Ring. For the first time, rail transport has become so actively used as an urban public transport. On peak days, the MCC transports more than 340 thousand passengers per day.

Road construction is developing. Over the past year alone, about 9 thousand federal roads were repaired. In length, it is almost a quarter of the Earth's equator. More than 70% of federal roads have been brought up to standard. This year this figure may reach 80%.

Last year, a large bridge construction program was completed, which was launched back in 2005. These are more than 20 largest bridge crossings, which not only solved the issues of transport accessibility for the population, but also became a decoration of cities, implementing a flight of engineering thought. Bridge to Russky Island, bridges of Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Volgograd and Murom. And, of course, the crown of this work will be the Crimean Bridge - the most difficult engineering task, over the solution of which specialists have been struggling for almost a hundred years. The bridge will stand on 595 supports, for the construction of which more than 7 thousand piles are being erected. According to the Minister, the experience gained can be applied in Sakhalin.

“All new technologies realized the inner desire of each person to make their life more interesting, to see new horizons, to meet interesting people. And even if you do not reveal all the transport meanings these days, I am sure that you met new friends here, saw and heard interesting people, whose experience and knowledge can become a guideline for you. The future starts today! I am looking forward to your ideas and suggestions, ”M. Sokolov said at the end.

The Minister also congratulated future aviators on their professional holiday - Air Fleet Day. He wished them a clear sky, fulfillment of the most daring hopes and plans, successful work for the good of Russia!

On the same day, M. Sokolov got acquainted with the progress of construction of a transport interchange at the starting point of the Vladimir - Murom - Arzamas highway.

On August 18, within the framework of the Forum "Territory of Meanings on the Klyazma", a number of discussions on the development of the transport industry took place

First Deputy General Director of PJSC Sovcomflot Igor Tonkovidov told the young transport workers about the organization's key projects. According to him, the future of oil and gas transportation in the Arctic zone remains with ultra-modern tankers that run on ecological fuel and require minimal human involvement in their management. “We work in the Arctic and Subarctic, in difficult climatic and ice conditions. “This made it necessary to develop vessels of large displacement, which would be able to carry out logistics without the involvement of icebreakers, so that the delivery of oil and gas would be cost-effective,” he said.

Another technological breakthrough was the introduction of systems for remote monitoring and diagnostics of key mechanisms and systems on ships operating in the Arctic region. Nevertheless, the expert expressed the opinion that the transfer of courts to a fully automated mode does not seem appropriate to him. “I do not consider it a big problem to make a fully automatic vessel, and in general, technically, this has already been implemented. The question is - how comfortable will we be to have a fully automatic system in a facility that has high risk potential? It's like an airplane - which one will you sit in with great confidence - a drone, or one that will still be operated by a person? The question is in the level of risk that we are ready to take on as people, ”he added. I. Tonkovidov also noted that along with the improvement of the courts, the company's management does not forget about the preservation of the environment.

In addition, Aeroflot was the first to replace cases with documentation for emergency calls with Electronic flight bag - tablets containing all the necessary flight information. Digitalization has also affected the work of flight attendants. M. Fandeev also explained to the forum participants - young specialists of the transport industry, why it is so important to use IT technologies in an airline and how it affects economic profitability. According to him, the use of IT systems gives employees the opportunity to more fully perform their functions, which affects consumer loyalty and, ultimately, the financial component of the company.

A separate panel discussion was devoted to the issues of industry education. It was attended by Boris Levin, Rector of the Russian University of Transport MIIT, Igor Kuzmichev, Rector of the Volga State University of Water Transport, and Dmitry Shakhanov, Vice President for Personnel Management and Social Issues of Russian Railways. The moderator was Konstantin Pashkov, Director of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Transport of Russia. In his opening remarks, he stressed that the topic of transport education is of concern to many. “We have the oldest education system. In Russia, universities were created for specific purposes. And today we are thinking not only about the transport future in general, but also about transport education, ”he said.

B. Levin noted the importance of creating a new system for training transport specialists. According to D. Shakhanov, there are tools for training in the company for each type of personnel. At the same time, today the company uses 68 training and professional development centers. There are 150 programs in which employees of different directions can participate to solve specific problems. In turn, I. Kuzmichev drew attention to the fact that the specifics of the training of sailors and river workers falls under international requirements. “There is a continuity of the educational process. Sailors study their whole life. Every 5 years retraining takes place, exams are passed, ”he said. The most popular questions from students concerned job placement, problems of lack of demand for graduates. Among the proposals made by young transport workers - the introduction of new directions in education in their universities, for example, transport security (protection from hackers).

On the final day of the forum, young people attended the panel discussion "Digitalization of road transport" with the participation of the commercial director of RT-Invest Transport Systems, the operator of the state system "Platon" Elena Ignatenkova, the founder and CEO of the online freight service Deliver Danila Rudakov, coordinator of the movement "Society of Blue Buckets" Pyotr Shkumatov, founder and CEO of CarCoin, Ivan Pekshev, founder and head of the company "All Evacuators of Russia" Gleb Erokhin, General Director of HC CJSC Sovtransavto Vladimir Tyan and candidate of technical sciences, member of the Expert Council under The Government of the Russian Federation and the Interindustry Expert Council for the Development of the Freight Automobile and Road Industry (MOES) Andrei Ionin. It was a session of interesting questions and answers about the improvement of road infrastructure, regional development, the use of digital technologies in Russia, the speed of delivery of goods in the country, the rights of motorists and many others.

In the second half of the day, young transport workers met with the director of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Konstantin Pashkov on the topic: "The Ministry of Transport is answering unanswered questions." The children were told about the Ministry, its creation and history, the Museum of the Ministry of Transport, which contains samples of uniforms and images of uniforms and uniforms of officials of various transport departments, starting from the 19th century, flags, departmental awards and commemorative signs.

After the completion of the official part of the program of the academic week, the results of the events were summed up, the names of 26 winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects were announced. 147 projects of the participants were admitted to the defense.

“It is important that 41% of the site participants are no longer students, but employed young specialists who represent a cross section of almost all of the largest transport companies in Russia. In my opinion, this week there was not a single random person and everyone who came to the forum really wants to find new ideas and meanings for themselves in life, ”K. Pashkov stressed.

For the second year in a row, the All-Russian Youth Forum "Territory of Meanings on the Klyazma" is being held in the Vladimir region. More than a thousand participants from all constituent entities of the Russian Federation gathered here to show their projects and gain experience from colleagues or experts. The first session is called Young Scientists and Social Science Professors. Anastasia Savicheva from Nizhny Novgorod does not yet have her own project. She, the future sociologist, expects one thing from the forum - personal growth. And, of course, he wants to find his own meaning. Therefore, at lectures and seminars, she is especially attentive.

- We learned a lot about leadership, about teamwork, today Anatoly Wasserman came to us,- says Anastasia Savicheva.

And what is your impression?

- I liked it very much, told a lot of new things about the state, about the Russian Federation, told a lot of new things from some other aspects.

The novelty of this forum is a case with a task, one for all for each shift. The team must come up with a specific solution and present the project to a competent jury.

- We will make a project on the Second World War. A project for children from nine to fifteen years old. They will need to be interested in some specific event. I will not say yet what event we have. It will be necessary to convey to them in some manner, so that everything is clear, so that they reveal some lesson from this,- Mikhail Misharov from Penza explained the essence of the case for this shift.

Taking into account last year's experience, the organizers of the forum have expanded the recreation areas and increased the number of sports events. By the way, this summer, participants will be able to go boating on Lake Zapolskoye. Security will be provided by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. This year, with the help of federal investments, it was possible to increase grant support. But the selection will be harsh. The highest level projects will win.

- As for the educational program, you know, we call it that among ourselves. We want to move from words to the Motherland to deeds for the Motherland. That is, we do not want to just talk and discuss, let it be on very important topics, let it be necessary to do it, we will continue it. But we want to do some specific things,- said the program director of the forum Matvey Navdaev.

Therefore, only the best were selected for the forum. And pointwise. For the first time, future participants had face-to-face interviews in all cities of the country. Last year, 5 people from the Vladimir region won grants. Governor Svetlana Orlova hopes that this year there will be more of them, and the administration of scientists will support.

- The guys make discoveries, which, perhaps, even some scientists have been doing for years. The guys have such a huge desire. They are still bigger and more serious. Advanced,- said the governor Svetlana Orlova at a briefing before the opening of the forum. - I think that for us this is a huge propaganda of the region, you know. We are the whole team of our youth, students, enterprises, we all worked to make the camp even better than it was last year.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, the head of the federal agency "Rosmolodezh" Sergei Pospelov read out a message from the President of the country. Vladimir Putin hopes that "bright ideas and initiatives of the participants will be in demand." And also wants to find friends and associates for members of the forum. After all, the "Territory of Senses", although not "event tourism", as Pospelov said, is still a holiday for everyone who has arrived.

The Forum "Territory of Senses on the Klyazma - 2016" will last until 28 August. During this time, more than 8 thousand participants will attend 8 thematic sessions. The arrival of the first person of the country is also expected.

Many youth forums are now held in Russia - "Tavrida", "Mashuk", "Iturup" and others. At the end of the year, invitations to these forums appear, and young people start choosing where to go. It's time to write a review about the forum, which I visited this year - about the "Territory of Meanings on the Klyazma".
It took place in the Vladimir region. Throughout the summer, there were shifts for doctors, politicians and other professionals. I attended a shift in my specialty - journalism.

To begin with, participation in this forum is free. You will be accommodated there for free, they will feed you, and so on. The organizers only ask to get there on their own. But in some regions, the local coordinator pays for travel. In my case, the Committee for Youth Policy of the Rostov Region provided a free bus for the delegation, for which many thanks to him!
When registering for the forum, you find yourself in the territory of a closed camp with a special mode. All bags and pockets are examined at the entrance. They take away all food, deodorants, opened packs of cigarettes and much more. The organizers sent the list of prohibited items, but the search is still unpleasant. The territory also has its own order. You cannot walk at night, it is always forbidden to leave the territory, you cannot walk without a badge, etc. Strictly, but you can get used to it. Also at the entrance it was necessary to provide a certificate of fitness for living in the field. Although, it is difficult to call it field conditions. Forum participants live in barracks-type tents, which have beds, heat guns, lights and sockets. There is wi-fi everywhere on the forum. There are also civil showers and toilets, smoking areas, cafes, a savings bank point and a whole bunch of other things. In these "field" conditions you live no worse than in the city.
Let's move on to the forum itself. First, let's talk about the participants. I hoped that journalists would be replaced by journalists, or at least those who are going to become one. But here I saw a bunch of people who have nothing to do with this direction. They just came to a free pioneer camp. In the evening, the forum hosts concerts and discos, there is a karaoke area and other elements for parties. For this, many come. Accordingly, there is no constructive communication with such people. But fortunately, not all of the participants were like that. I did find working journalists. We exchanged work experience, contacts, etc.
In general, contacts for further work are the most important result of this forum. There was no education here, as such. Everything was beautifully planned in the program. Lectures, master classes, round tables, etc. In fact, it was one big press conference. Famous people came to us and instead of lectures and master classes they simply answered questions from the audience. Among the famous were Kirill Pozdnyakov, Ernest Matskyavichyus, Minister of Transport, Deputy. Minister of Communications and Communications, Chief Editor of LJ and others. All week we listened to the answers to their questions. No matter how much I stretched my hand, my turn did not reach me. I had to listen to questions from girls who asked about their personal life or just some nonsense to which celebrities did not know what to answer. But there were also constructive questions, the answers to which were interesting to listen to.
In addition to this "education", we had practice. We were assigned to groups of 20 people and were given the task to make a video on one of the proposed topics per shift. For those involved in the video, it was interesting. But people like me - lyricists, still wanted tasks in their own direction. This did not happen. The photographers were also bored. In general, I saw little education at the educational forum.
In my free time from lectures, I could go to the cool sports ground. There was a climbing wall, a football and volleyball field, everything for a workout, a martial arts coach, a barbell and weights, etc. You could also swim in the lake and sunbathe on the beach. As I already wrote, you could sing karaoke, sit in a cafe and much more. Go dance in the evening. In addition, the forum hosted morning exercises with the stars - Ruslan Nigmatullin and Olga Zaitseva. The organizers took care of the leisure time better than the educational part.
I would like to note that additional contests were periodically announced. Something to write or shoot. It was more interesting to do than to sit in the obligatory lectures. And the prizes were good. For example, work in extreme conditions - on a helicopter, boat or fire engine.
On the negative side, I can add a lot of applause. From the stage it was constantly sounded "let's clap", "let's say hello" and so on. It just took tons of time.
On the positive side, I would like to note the good organization of life. The tents are great, comfortable and warm. The bathrooms were cleaned, the water was always hot and cold. The food was good.
But I didn’t come for that. My main goal was to acquire new skills and knowledge. It was hard here with that. The neighbors in the tent also adhere to my opinion.
Again, the main result of the forum is the contacts received. Which is also not bad. Summing up, I will say that I did not go in vain. I took some benefit out of this. But next year I won't go. Maybe I'll go to Tavrida. There, friends said, there was an educational forum.

Have you been to such events? What can you say about them?

Surely, everyone has already heard about this All-Russian Youth Educational Forum being held in the Vladimir region.
I managed to visit there, and today I will tell you how the participants live there, how their life is arranged, and what is interesting on the territory.

At the entrance to Lake Zapolskoye, near which the forum is located, a new path has been built.
The places are familiar to me, I went here to swim more than once. Now the ride will be better))

The territory is completely fenced and guarded.
Entrance to it is possible only with passes, which are agreed in advance and issued at the checkpoint, where a strict inspection of personal belongings takes place.
A special ban on the introduction of food products, liquids. It is right.

The parking lot has parking spaces for different types of transport.
All sorts of guests visit.

The camp of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is located a little to the side.
Controlling such an event within such a timeframe, which is from July 13 to August 28, is not an easy task.

On the way, attention is drawn to a piece of rock.
I would have known I took retuza with sneakers!

And now, here I am!

We go inside through such an interesting patriotic corridor.

Schematically everything looks like this (sorry, I didn't find any schemes on the street).
As you can see, there is everything. It is located compactly and conveniently.

In these buildings, each with its own color, the main events are held - lectures, trainings, classes.

The schedule is informatively displayed on such numerous electronic boards.
Unfortunately, everything glittered, but I was not upset and took a picture of myself.

Another convenient thing here is these wooden benches.
Sleep well to sit on them.

In general, I like the wood flooring.
I do not know about durability, as I understand it, this is not the point.
But the tree does not let the legs get tired, and there is no fumes either .. I would have walked and walked on this

There are several exits to the water.
A couple of ships of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are moored to the first.

I will tell the story about them one of these days, get ready!

Means of salvation for everyone.

As you can see, everything is near the water.

By the way, why was the forum called "..on the Klyazma", but there is no river?
It's just that Lake Zapolskoye is located in the floodplain of the river. She is very close.

The lake is beautiful.
Freshly...

The water is clean.
At least swim like newcomers out.

For the participants, by the way, there is such an opportunity.

The beach is fully equipped, incl. rescuers)

Unfortunately, the weather failed, otherwise I wow ...

But in other places besides the beach -

A good place, in my opinion.

Go ahead.
In addition to the dining room, there is a cafe on the territory.
Let's just leave "Kind" - closer to me))

She attracts here not only by the fact that here you can sit on the many benches-tables,

but also the opportunity to have a snack without waiting for the official meals.
Estimate the prices yourself.

There are many Vladimir products.

When you are in Vladimir, take the ice cream on the right - I recommend it.

I was offered kvass,

but I limited myself to herbal tea. Good!
80 re.

A little about the dining room.
A huge room with several distributions. The food is not bad.
But for me - not enough)) True, they say they give the additive without problems.
I'll tell you more about the canteen in part 2.

There is a real post office next to the cafe.

True, in our technological age, everything is decided by communication and the Internet.
Therefore, the general IT partner of the forum, Rostelecom, has successfully provided the territory with good wi-fi up to 1 Gbps with the help of 8 such masts and 24 access points.
In short, I had no problems with the Internet.

In the northern part there is a music stage where entertainment events take place and nearby campfire places for gatherings.
Eh, my youth ...

Again, everything is under control.

Let's go behind the training tents.

Some of the tents for the work of the organizers of the forum, volunteers and the media have been set up here.

Fasten your tent!

And right behind them, the tents of the participants stretched out in orderly rows.

There are 117 living tents in total, each of which has 10 beds.
Illuminated, there are heaters.
By the way, each has temperature and humidity sensors - everything is brought to the headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in case of emergency.

Alcohol is prohibited, so you won't get lost.
And everything is numbered.

An interesting point.
Those living in tents are not segregated by gender - i.e. both boys and girls live there.
What a beauty!
I didn't go inside, I didn't want to embarrass anyone.

There is also a first-aid post with an isolation ward next to it.

I went to the modest guys-doctors, ran away from the camera))
The treatment is mostly for colds, they say.

So that -

There is a whole town for this business.

Now on with the essential.

The washbasins-shower-shocks are modest but clean.

Sorry.

There are places for gatherings between the tents.
The smoking rooms are located outside the tent city.

Someone will ask: where are the people?
After all, the change is 1000 people!
Basically - in these buildings, I repeat.
And soon I will show who is doing what and where.

After all, today my task was simply to show you the Territory.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to see everything with your own eyes to the press service of OJSC Rostelecom and the press service of the Forum and personally to the wonderful Shkurlatova Tatyana and Svirdyukova Olesya!

All good days!
What's interesting - ask!
