As far as fees are concerned, charging a certain amount of money is stipulated. Price call forwarding in the home region is 1.5 rub./min. An important point: outside the state, tariffs are carried out in accordance with roaming tariffs, which means the price is higher.   • transfer of incoming calls - even after the connection is established, the user can redirect the call to another person, or to his cell phone;
  • simultaneous call – incoming calls will be sent immediately to both the client’s cell phone and landline phone.

Companies using the telephone service of this operator also often connect services of the last three categories. Who can activate the service?

Call transfer is available to clients of all categories. Both individuals and companies using communications from RTC can connect to it. The type of tariff plan used by the client does not matter.

Important! Previously, the company charged 1.5 rubles for redirection, but today this practice has been abolished.

Switch setting

You can set up call transfer from your home line if the subscriber has a push-button device installed. First you need to switch it to tone mode. Usually, to do this, just press the star key after picking up the handset of the device. Further actions will depend on what type of redirection the client needs.

Unconditional

To connect to the service, you need to dial the combination *21* on the device’s keyboard. Next, we immediately dial the mobile number to which the call will be redirected (it is dialed in 11-digit form, without a plus at the beginning). We finish entering the command by pressing the # key.

If the entry is made correctly, the RTK answering machine will report a successful connection. The subscriber can independently check at any time whether redirection is enabled by dialing *#21#.

Important! Since activation of the service is free, it can be activated and disconnected an unlimited number of times - for example, before leaving home if a person is waiting for an important call.

When the number is busy

How to set up Rostelecom forwarding to a mobile phone if the landline line is busy? We dial the command *22* on the phone<номер для перевода>#. As in the previous case, the answering machine will inform you whether the service has been connected.

Important! You can check the service status by dialing *#22# from the tone mode.

If there is no answer

All incoming redirection services are connected using the same algorithm. Only the command codes change. Thus, the code *19*number# activates redirection of an incoming call if the subscriber does not answer for a long time.

Important! The number is entered according to the same rules as in previous cases. You can set both a landline and a cell phone as the recipient.

How to disable the option?

Rostelecom call forwarding to another number can be connected by the user an unlimited number of times. However, at the time of activation, you can select only one of the proposed types of call switching. That is, if a subscriber sets up unconditional transfer of incoming calls, it will no longer be possible to activate transfer when the number is busy.

To make communication more convenient, it is sometimes necessary to change call switching modes. And, therefore, it is worth knowing how you can deactivate an already connected option. This is done simply - the same way, from a stationary device. Only the shutdown commands differ:

  • ##21# - for unconditional;
  • ##22# - for transfer when busy;
  • ##19# - to redirect if there is no response.

Important! If a subscriber needs to change the number to which the system will transfer incoming calls, he will have to first deactivate the already connected service and then reactivate it with new coordinates for redirection. You cannot change the parameters of an already connected option.

Setup for rotary phone owners

Any client who has a push-button telephone has access to Rostelecom call forwarding. You can reconfigure your landline phone to a mobile or other home number in a couple of minutes. But what about the owners of disk drives? It is impossible to send a digital command from their equipment. Does this mean that the service is not available to them?

Not really. Any subscriber can activate forwarding by contacting Rostelecom service support. The contacts here will be the same as for other services of the provider: 8-800-100-08-80.

During the call, the operator will ask the subscriber to provide his personal information:

  • personal account numbers;
  • the address where the telephone is installed.

This is necessary for authentication. Then the service employee will accept the request to connect call forwarding and ask the subscriber to dictate the number to which the transfer will need to be made. The service will be activated within a few minutes.

Important! Operators do not check who owns the line to which incoming calls will be transferred due to lack of technical capabilities. You can set calls to be transferred to a phone registered to another person, or even to a company.
