about the scientific-practical conference

I. General provisions

1.1. This provision has been developed in accordance with the Charter of the Karasuk Pedagogical College GAPOU NSO.

1.2. The scientific and practical conference of students (SPCS) is one of the main forms of educational and research work of students, serving as one of the means of forming ideas about the modern world as a spiritual, intellectual, cultural and ecological integrity.

1.3. SPC - a meeting of students, which is the result of their educational and research activities related to the solution of creative, research tasks in the process of preparing final qualification and term papers; with the development of an educational and research project or a scientific problem in various fields of knowledge.

1.4. Students who are interested in and engaged in research work, teachers of the Pedagogical College, members of the administration and everyone who wishes can be participants of the NPC.

1.5. The NPC is held annually once in the academic year.

1.6. The main goal of the NPC is to create conditions for the training of a specialist capable of effective professional activity, for the development of the creative potential of a future teacher.

1.7. The main tasks are to create conditions for the development of students' ability to comprehend life phenomena, to independently search for truth, to critically perceive conflicting ideas; readiness to show responsibility for the work performed; the ability to scientifically organize one's work; willingness to constantly acquire new knowledge; sustainable striving for self-improvement, for creative realization.

II. Participant rights

2.1. Each NPC participant has the right to make a presentation reflecting their own point of view, which does not have to coincide with the generally accepted one.

2.2. Each NPC participant has the right to speak as an opponent on the issues discussed at the conference.

2.3. NPC participants have the right to ask questions in the correct form on the problem of interest to them.

III. Member Responsibility

3.1. Each speaker is responsible for the content and quality of their message.

IV. Management organization

4.1. The NQP is prepared under the general supervision of the Deputy Director for NMR.

4.2. Student reports are prepared under the guidance of a supervisor.

4.3. Messages can be prepared independently.

4.4. Applications for participation in the conference are submitted no later than 10 days before the conference.

4.5. The Deputy Director draws up the NPC program, in which the theme-problem of the conference is formed, the procedure for its work and forms of participation are regulated; the speaker, the topic of the speech, the supervisor are indicated.

4.6. All performances at the NPC are regulated. The time limit is 10-15 minutes per presentation.

V. Office work

5.1. The materials of the conference (program, texts of speeches of the participants) are summarized and deposited in the methodological office of the CPC.

5.2. Carefully edited texts of speeches are formatted in accordance with the requirements (Microsoft Word, Times New Roman font, 14 pt., line spacing one and a half, top, bottom, left margins - 2 cm each, right margin - 1 cm each; text without word wrap on diskette 3 ,5"")

5.3. The analysis of the results of the CPC is carried out at a joint meeting of the Methodological Council of the CPC and the Council of the Student Scientific Society of the CPC, at which the winners are determined, recommendations are given for participation in regional scientific and practical conferences, publication of the best articles, for introducing ideas into the practice of the CPC CPC.

5.4. Based on the results of the NPC, the deputy director of the CPC draws up an analytical report with proposals for encouraging participants, the content of which is introduced by the teaching staff.

REGULATIONS ON SCIENTIFIC - PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

"The first steps in the sciences

I. General provisions

Scientific and practical conference of students (hereinafter referred to as the Conference)

is carried out in order to develop the abilities of gifted students, to activate

research activities of schoolchildren.

Purpose: identification of gifted students, development of their intellectual,

creative abilities, support for research activities of students.

- improving the culture of scientific research;

- creation of conditions for the inclusion of capable (gifted) children in intellectual and creative activities;

- formation of a culture of scientific discussion;

II. Participants of the conference Students of the gymnasium engaged in research activities, members of NOU "UNIKUM" are invited to participate in the conference.

Works that have passed examination at meetings of methodological associations of subject teachers and received a written review and (or) recommendations for participation in the conference are allowed to the conference.

III. Conference Management General management of the preparation and holding of the conference is carried out by the Organizing Committee, approved by order of the school principal.

Organizing Committee of the Conference:

- determines the dates of the Conference;

- develops and proposes for approval the program of the Conference;

- forms the jury of the Conference and proposes its composition for approval;

- ensures the maintenance of a computer data bank of the Conference participants;

- resolves issues of encouraging the winners of the Conference;

- contributes to attracting the attention of the public;

- Together with the jury sums up the results of the Conference, participates in the awarding of the winners of the Conference;

- resolves controversial issues related to the organization and holding of the Conference.

IV. Deadlines for submission of materials To participate in the conference, it is necessary to submit to the methodological council of the school 5 days before its start:

APPLICATION

V. Conduct

The work of the conference is carried out in sections, formed on the basis of submitted applications.

The form of presentation of papers at the meetings of sections - oral reports.

It is possible to use manuals, posters, tables, video presentations.

Time limit for presentation is 5-7 minutes. During this time, the participant demonstrates the ability to briefly and clearly state the essence of their research work. Members of the jury, as well as all interested participants of the section, participate in the discussion of the report (up to 5 minutes).

VI. Evaluation of research work Evaluation of the results of the work of the conference participants is based on the analysis of research materials and students' presentations.

When evaluating, attention is drawn to the degree of independence of the work, its socially useful orientation and practical significance, creative nature, depth of study of literature and factual material, validity, clarity, conciseness and logical presentation, compliance with the requirements for the design of materials, regulations, the ability to convey content to the listener material.

Evaluation of the submitted works is carried out according to the "Criteria for Evaluation of Research Works".

The decision of the jury is documented in a protocol, which is signed by the chairman of the section jury.

Conference winners are awarded with Diplomas of 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree.

Abstracts of the best reports for each section can be published in the collection of abstracts of the Conference.

Based on the results of the conference, the order of the director of the gymnasium is issued.

Teachers who successfully organize the research work of students are encouraged by educational institutions from the material incentive fund.



VIII. Requirements for the design of the text of the research paper The text of the research paper should be printed on one side of a sheet of A4 white paper in Times New Roman, font size 14, single line spacing. Margins: left - 30 mm, right - 10 mm, top and bottom - 15 mm. The contours of the fields are not applied.

Pages are numbered. The work is intertwined and placed in a folder.

At the beginning of the sheet, it is necessary to indicate the surname and name of the author or authors, class, full name of the institution, title of the work.

The same distance is maintained between chapter and paragraph headings. The dot at the end of the heading, located in the middle of the line, is not put. Underline headings and word wrapping in the heading are not allowed.

Phrases beginning with a new (red) line are printed with a paragraph indent from the beginning of the line equal to 1.25 cm.

It is allowed to enter formulas into the text of the work by hand in black ink or a black gel pen.

The volume of the submitted work, completed in accordance with the above requirements - up to 20 printed pages.

The text of the research work is presented on paper and electronic media.

IX. The structure of the research work The work should be built according to a certain structure, which is generally accepted for scientific papers, the main elements of which are the title page, table of contents, introduction, main body, conclusion, list of references, applications.

The title page of the research work indicates the title of the topic, surname, name, patronymic of the author (or authors), class, school; name of the head, his position, academic degree (if any), year of work.

After the title page, a table of contents is placed, which lists the points of work with page indications.

Introduction. Here, the relevance of the chosen topic, the purpose and content of the tasks set are usually justified in a brief form, the object and subject of the study are formulated, the chosen method (or methods) of the study is indicated, and the theoretical significance and applied value of the results obtained are reported.

In the chapters of the main part of the research work, the methods and techniques of the research are discussed in detail and the results are summarized.

All materials that are not essential to understanding the solution of the scientific tasks, are taken out in applications. The content of the chapters of the main part should correspond to the topic of the research work and fully disclose it. These chapters should show the researcher's ability to present the material concisely, logically and with arguments.

Conclusion. This part of the work plays the role of an ending, due to the logic of the study. The final part assumes the presence of a final assessment of the work done. At the same time, it is important to indicate what its main meaning is, what important side scientific results have been obtained.

List of used literature (attached with the indication of the year and place of publication of the original source).

Applications.

X. Requirements for the design of abstracts of research papers 1. In the abstracts, it is necessary to state the main provisions of the research work in an extremely brief form (without detailed comments) without indicating the list of references used. Abstracts must contain the following information:

- goals and objectives of the work;

- description of the results obtained and their relevance;

2. Abstracts must be carefully edited and free of errors.

3. The volume of the abstract text - no more than 2 pages.

4. The text of the abstract should be typed on a computer and printed on one side of A4 white paper (standard typewritten sheet).

Registration is done in the Microsoft Word text editor at intervals, in 12-point font with an indent from the edge of the top and bottom of 2 cm (mm), on the left - 2 cm (20 mm), on the right - 2 cm (20 mm) and is formatted to fit the width of the entire sheet . The contours of the fields are not applied.

The printed material of the abstracts is accompanied by an electronic medium with the text of the abstracts.

Electronic media must be neatly signed in legible handwriting (last name, first name, school). The texts of the abstracts on a diskette are drawn up in a Microsoft Word text editor. The name of the abstract file must match the student's last name, section, and the name of the educational institution.

Abstracts of only one work should be written in one file. One electronic media may contain several files. The title in the application, in the abstract, in the research work and on the electronic media must be the same.

5. The title of the text of the abstract is printed in bold capital font Times New Roman 12 points and is formatted in the center of the sheet. Do not put a dot at the end of a heading located in the middle of a line.

7. Phrases starting on a new line are printed with a paragraph indent from the beginning of the line equal to 1.25 mm (red line).

8. The distance between the title of the abstract, the names of the authors, the educational institution and the class, the supervisor and the subsequent text should be equal to one interval. School, class and supervisor are indicated on the lines without skipping a line between them.

The organizer of the conference is the Municipal Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 72" of Saratov together with the Department of Education of the Administration of the Leninsky District of the Municipal Formation "City of Saratov", the Saratov Institute of the Russian State University of Trade and Economics

BASIC GOALS

1. Attracting students of various age categories to scientific work.

Student papers are accepted for participation in the conference. 1-6 classes that have not previously participated in other conferences.

The CONFERENCE is held in two rounds:

Works and applications for participation must be submitted in paper form and in electronic form (presentation for the work) until 03/28/15 The papers of the conference participants are reviewed, the results of the review are posted on the website www.mou72.narod.ru three days before the conference.

Full-time tour - will take place 04/11/2015

The author of the work and the supervisor are present at the defense of the works. After summing up the results of the conference, it is possible to file an appeal, which is considered by the conflict commission, created from representatives of the co-founders, within 3 days. The results of the conference are documented by the protocols of the jury of the subject sections and are announced on the day of the conference.

In the process of defense, the student presents a summary of the work using additional materials (posters, tables, videos, multimedia presentations, etc.). Oral presentation - no more than 5-7 minutes. The overall assessment is for oral presentation, correctness and independence of written work and the ability to answer questions.

When evaluating and defending works, the following are taken into account:

Materials must be presented in the form of a folder. The title page indicates the name of the author, school, class, full name of the head, nomination. The folder should include 2 files:
1) PowerPoint presentation disc (no more than 10-12 slides) on the stated topic.

2) A text document in Word format (Times New Roman 14, volume - no more than 2 pages), with a description of the submitted work.

Entries submitted to the competition will not be returned or reviewed.
Only works performed by participants are allowed to participate in the Project.personally.

The jury of the section evaluates each competitive work on a 5-point system (5 is the highest score) according to the following criteria:


  • correspondence of the work to the declared topic, completeness;

  • argumentation and depth of content disclosure;

  • social significance, positivity and creativity;

  • accuracy and intelligibility of the language and style of presentation;

  • originality, brilliance;

Participants of the competition will present their work on their own. Time for performance 2-3 minutes.

I. General provisions

1.1. This Regulation determines the legal status of the scientific and practical laboratory at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law "Monitoring of the economic legislation of the Russian Federation and the EAEU countries" (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory), its main goals, tasks and functions, the procedure for financing, organization of work, the procedure for reorganization and liquidation.

The Regulation uses terms and definitions in accordance with GOST R 51141-98.

1.2. Full name of the Laboratory: Scientific and Practical Laboratory at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law "Monitoring of economic legislation of the Russian Federation and EAEU countries"

Abbreviated name of the Laboratory: Scientific and practical laboratory "Monitoring of the economic legislation of the Russian Federation and the countries of the EAEU" PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov.

1.3. Status of the laboratory: complex - research, scientific and practical, scientific and methodological.

1.4. The laboratory is a structural subdivision of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov. The Laboratory's activities are coordinated by the Vice-Rector for Research.

1.5. In its activities, the Laboratory is guided by the Federal Law of August 23, 1996 No. No. 127-FZ “On Science and State Science and Technology Policy”, Federal Law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 “On Education in the Russian Federation”, other federal laws, legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry education and science of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Russian University of Economics. II. Main goals, tasks and functions of the Laboratory

2.1. The laboratory is created for the following purposes:

2.1.1. implementation of scientific (research, scientific and methodological, educational and scientific) activities, taking into account educational programs and research topics of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov.

2.1.2. staffing for scientific research;

2.1.3. attracting students and graduate students to conduct scientific research under the guidance of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.

2.2. The main tasks of the Laboratory: conducting operational monitoring on the problems of public law regulation of economic relations in the regions of the Russian Federation and in the countries of the EAEU.

Monitoring of regional legislation on the problems of public law regulation of economic relations in the regions of the Russian Federation and the countries of the EAEU was carried out by evaluating according to established indicators.

2.3. In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the Laboratory performs the following functions.

2.3.1. In the field of scientific activity of the Laboratory:

2.3.1.1. performs scientific research, including commissioned by enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership, international organizations, foreign partners;

2.3.1.2. attracts teachers and researchers of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov, as well as external specialists and experts to conduct research on the basis of the Laboratory;

2.3.1.3. performs scientific and expert work, including ensuring the participation of the Laboratory employees in the work of the relevant working groups and commissions with the participation of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov, both state and non-governmental and foreign, in the areas of activity of the Laboratory;

2.3.1.4. participates in the preparation and holding of scientific conferences, seminars and other scientific events at the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov, and also maintains and expands scientific ties, including international ones;

2.3.1.5. prepares scientific materials for publication: monographs, articles, reports, speeches, reports, etc. in the field of specialization of the Laboratory, paying special attention to the publication of articles in peer-reviewed Russian and foreign publications;

2.3.1.6. distributes through the Internet and mass media scientific and educational information about the results of the research work of the Laboratory.

2.3.2. In the field of expert and educational activities, the Laboratory:

2.3.2.1. organizes and conducts expert work in the direction of the Laboratory;

2.3.2.2. organizes training seminars and master classes on the subject of the Laboratory for employees, doctoral students, graduate students and students of structural divisions of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov;

2.2.2.3. attracts graduate students and students of PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov to participate in research work on the basis of the Laboratory;

2.3.2.4. participates in the organization of the internship, and also assists in finding a job for students of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov;

2.3.2.5. provides methodological support to graduate students, applicants for the degree of candidate and doctor of science;

2.3.2.6. prepares for the publication of educational and methodological materials: textbooks, educational and methodological manuals, etc. in the field of specialization of the Laboratory;

2.3.2.7. develops programs of academic disciplines, educational and methodological complexes and curricula in the field of specialization of the Laboratory, as a rule, based on the Laboratory's own developments;

2.3.2.8. contributes to the establishment of sustainable relations PRUE them. G.V. Plekhanov with participants in the labor market in the field of specialization of the Laboratory in order to improve employment opportunities for graduates of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov.

III. Financing procedure and property

ensuring the work of the Laboratory

3.1. Funding for the activities of the Laboratory is carried out from the following sources:

3.1.1. subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of projects within the framework of federal target programs, state assignments or orders (in the case when topics are provided that are carried out by the Laboratory);

3.1.2. grants from Russian scientific foundations (RFBR, RHF, etc.);

3.1.3. funds of the Moscow city budget (city competition for research and development, etc.) and local budgets;

3.1.4. funds of Russian economic entities allocated for the implementation of economic contract topics;

3.1.5. extrabudgetary funds of the PRUE them. G.V. Plekhanov allocated to support the Laboratory;

3.1.6. income received from the income-generating activities of the Laboratory;

3.1.7. voluntary property targeted contributions and donations from legal entities and individuals, including foreign ones;

3.1.8. other sources provided for by the charter of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov.

3.2. From the funds received in the form of payment for the work performed by the employees of the Laboratory (services provided), deductions are made to the centralized budget of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov to cover the costs of logistical and organizational support for the activities of the Laboratory in the established in the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov is fine.

3.3. To ensure the activities of the Laboratory of the Russian University of Economics named after. G.V. Plekhanov provides it with premises, as well as property (furniture, computer equipment, communications equipment, necessary office equipment), equipment and devices in the amount, quantity and quality that ensure the fulfillment by the Laboratory of the tasks and functions assigned to it. The specified property, as well as the property acquired at the expense of funds recorded on the separate balance sheet of the Laboratory, is used only for the implementation of the Laboratory's activities.

3.4. Responsibility for the safety and proper use of the material and technical base of the Laboratory (premises, property, equipment and instruments) lies with the Head of the Laboratory.

The working conditions of the Laboratory employees are determined by employment contracts concluded with each employee, as well as the Internal Regulations and other local acts of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov.

IV. Organization of the work of the Laboratory

4.1. The structure and staffing of the Laboratory is approved by the Rector of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Departments, scientific groups and other structural subdivisions can be created in the Laboratory.

4.2. The Laboratory is headed by the Head of the Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the Head), who is appointed and dismissed by the order of the Rector of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov. Other employees of the Laboratory are appointed and dismissed by the Rector in agreement with the Head of the Laboratory and the Vice-Rector for Research.

4.3. The head is accountable in his activities to the vice-rector for scientific activities. The duties, rights and responsibilities of the Head are determined by the job description approved by the Rector of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov.

Control and evaluation of the activities of the Laboratory is carried out by the vice-rector for scientific activities.

4.4. Rights and obligations of the Head of the Laboratory:

4.4.1. directly manages the activities of the Laboratory and is responsible for the fulfillment of the main tasks and functions assigned to it;

4.4.2. ensures compliance in the activities of the Laboratory with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and local acts of the PRUE. G.V. 4.4.3. makes proposals on improving the activities of the Laboratory, increasing the efficiency of its work;

4.4.4. makes proposals for changing the staffing table, hiring, transferring, dismissing, encouraging employees of the Laboratory, imposing penalties on them;

4.4.5. determines, in agreement with the Vice-Rector for Scientific Activities, the areas of scientific activity of the Laboratory, draws up work plans for the Laboratory, and organizes their implementation;

4.4.6. solves the issues of financial and logistical support of the Laboratory;

4.4.7. ensures that the Laboratory employees fulfill their obligations under civil law contracts (state and municipal contracts);

4.4.8. determines the duties of the Laboratory staff and submits for approval the vice-rector for scientific activities of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov;

4.4.9. provides record keeping in the established in the PRUE them. G.V. Plekhanov is fine;

4.4.10. controls the placement and updating of information about the Laboratory on the Internet page (website) of the Laboratory on the website of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov;

4.5. The Head of the Laboratory, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is responsible for:

4.5.1. failure to perform or improper performance of their labor duties;

4.5.2. causing PRUE them. G.V. Plekhanov material damage;

4.5.3. violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

4.5.4. disclosure of confidential information, trade secrets;

4.5.5. violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection and safety, the Internal Regulations of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov;

4.5.6. unreliability, untimely preparation and non-submission to the management bodies of the PRUE. G.V. Plekhanov information and documents related to the activities of the Laboratory;

4.5.7. poor-quality and untimely execution of the main tasks and functions assigned to the Laboratory by these Regulations, failure to fully and on time implement the decisions of the management bodies of the PRUE. V. Final provisions

5.1. These Regulations, amendments and additions to it are valid from the moment they are approved by the Rector of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov.

5.2. The reorganization and liquidation of the Laboratory is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the REU. G.V. Plekhanov.

1. General Provisions

The city scientific and practical conference of junior schoolchildren "Pervotsvet" is one of the areas of work with gifted children of the Department of Education of the city of Usolye-Sibirsky, Irkutsk Region. Coordinator of the work of the scientific and practical conference of younger schoolchildren - MOU "Gymnasium No. 1" in Usolye-Sibirsky. The scientific and practical conference of younger schoolchildren is an exchange of opinions and ideas.

The city scientific and practical conference “Primrose” is held for students of grades 1–4 of gymnasiums, secondary schools, institutions of additional education in the city of Usolye-Sibirsky, Irkutsk Region.

2. The purpose and objectives of the scientific and practical conference

Target: Creation of conditions for the development of schoolchildren's creativity, independent thinking, skills in mastering the subject of research, broadening their horizons.

Tasks:

  • Development of creativity of schoolchildren, involving them in research activities.
  • Identification and support of gifted and capable children, stimulating them to creativity and experimental work.
  • Promotion of the best achievements of schoolchildren.
  • Improving the psychological and pedagogical support of gifted and capable children.
  • Involvement of scientists from scientific institutions, universities to work with students.

3. Participants of the scientific and practical conference

Pupils of grades 1–4 of gymnasiums, secondary schools, institutions of additional education in the city of Usolye-Sibirsky, Irkutsk Region, who are ready to present their creative projects and research work, can take part in the scientific-practical conference “Primrose”.

Supervisors and parents of students may be present as listeners at the city scientific-practical conference.

4. Management of the scientific-practical conference

The general management of the scientific and practical conference is carried out by organizing committee , which includes a specialist from the Department of Education of the city of Usolye-Sibirsky, Irkutsk Region, Deputy Director for NMR and Head. subject departments of the Municipal Educational Institution “Gymnasium No. 1”, teachers from other schools and institutions, teachers of universities and the Pedagogical College of Usolye-Sibirsky.

The Organizing Committee coordinates the preparation and holding of the scientific and practical conference; forms an expert council, the composition of which is agreed by a specialist of the Department of Education of the city of Usolye-Sibirsky and approved by order of the head of the Department of Education of the city of Usolye-Sibirsky; draws up the program of the scientific and practical conference, the list of participants, protocols, cost estimates of the scientific and practical conference.

The composition of the expert council cannot include teachers whose students participate in the scientific and practical conference.

5. Technology of holding a scientific and practical conference.

The work of the scientific-practical conference "Primrose" provides for public presentations of participants based on the results of their own research activities in subject sections, discussions and more.

At the scientific-practical conference, work is carried out in the following sections and departments:

  • Humanitarian Section:
    • Departments: literary criticism, history of Russia, linguistics, art history.
  • Math section:
    • Branches: variety of mathematics.
  • Natural science section:
    • Branches: biology, geography, ecology and problems of the Earth.
  • Applied creativity.

The number and name of departments in the sections may vary by the organizing committee depending on the number and directions of the declared works.

The rules for the participants' speeches provide for a public defense of the work (up to 10 minutes) and a discussion (up to 5 minutes). At the request of the participant, the defense of the work can be carried out in a foreign language (in full or in fragments). In this case, information about the language is indicated in the application, and 2 texts of abstracts are provided (in Russian and in a foreign language). Before the defense, the expert council is offered (if the work and its defense require it) a dictionary of specific terms and words that carry a semantic load in the work.

The expert council fills out an individual work protection card. ( Appendix 6 )

6. Criteria for selection of works

The city scientific-practical conference "Primrose" accepts works of the following types: problem-abstract, problem-search, problem-research. ( Appendix 4 )

The work must be done independently, meet the design requirements. ( Appendix 2 , Appendix 3 )

It is necessary to clearly identify the theoretical and practical parts, as well as the authors' own achievements, the areas of application of the results.

7. Deadlines for filing an application and holding a city scientific and practical conference

City scientific-practical conference of junior schoolchildren "Primrose" is held annually in early April.

Applications must be submitted to the organizing committee 20 days before the conference. After this period, applications and works will not be accepted. ( Appendix 1 )

8. Return of works

The works of the participants of the scientific-practical conference of junior schoolchildren "Primrose" will not be returned. The best of them are sent to the Bank for the Scientific and Practical Conference of Primary School Students “Pervotsvet”.

9. Summing up

At the end of the work of the subject sections, meetings of expert councils for departments are held, at which decisions are made on the winners. The works of the participants of the urban scientific-practical conference "Primrose" are evaluated in accordance with the criteria. ( Appendix 5 )

All decisions of expert councils are recorded and final.

Participants of the scientific-practical conference of junior schoolchildren "Primrose", who presented the best works, are awarded with diplomas (1, 2, 3 degrees).

The Organizing Committee approves diplomas to the participants of the conference for original works.

All contestants of the scientific-practical conference receive a certificate of participation in the State Research and Production Complex “Pervotsvet”.

Scientific supervisors of the winners receive letters of thanks.

Financial expenses during the preparation and holding of the scientific-practical conference are carried out at the expense of the Department of Education of the city of Usolye-Sibirsky, Irkutsk Region and sponsors. The registration fee for participants is set by the organizing committee.
