Connecting to the Internet of a Chinese phone. Setting up Chinese cell phones

It is very difficult to live without the Internet in everyday life. Everyone is interested in the weather forecast for the coming day, as well as the exchange rate. In order to keep abreast of all the most important events, you need to use the Internet. Many people prefer mobile Internet. You need to be able to configure it correctly in order to use it successfully. Some users experience certain difficulties setting up an Internet connection in Chinese smartphones. But in fact, this is done very simply.

Chinese smartphones are not very different from smartphones from other manufacturers. You only need to fill out a few special fields and the job will be done. So, in order to set up the Internet in a standard model of a Chinese smartphone, you need: 1. In the smartphone menu there is a special WAP category (“Internet”, “Services”). In this category, select “Account”, then click “GPRS”, then “Options” and “Add new”. If you need to edit an already created Internet connection, perform the same functions.

As for the name of the account, the user chooses it solely based on his taste, as long as he remembers it. You need to know which service your account belongs to (WAP, MMS, Internet). Next, you need to enter the name of the access point in the APN line, which is specific to a specific operator. Before performing this operation, it is necessary to find out the data specific to a particular operator. This can be done on the specialized website of the mobile operator. If necessary, the data is clarified in the call center.

The line where you need to enter the “password” and “username” can be left untouched. Some mobile operators require that these lines be filled out. Other lines are also optional. Next, all settings are saved and you need to exit to the menu.

Another way:

In the menu, click on the WAP or “Internet” line. After this, you need to click the lines “Parameters”, then “Connection profiles”, then “Add”.

This is how you set up an account for your Internet profile. The name of the access point and the name of the account here can be the same; those users who want to create a home page create it, those who do not want to do not create it. In the “Account” field, select an already saved GPRS access point.

There is such a tab as “Content Type”, it has an “edit” function. There you need to select the HTTP category. Here you need to click “yes” in the “Use proxy” option.

This is where the proxy port value and the address for the operator are entered. There are columns for “password” and “username”, but you don’t have to fill them out. Next, you should save all the entered settings, and then proceed to directly activate the profile.

3. If your smartphone has a 2nd SIM card, you should set up the Internet a little differently. After completing all the above operations, you need to complete one more step. In the main menu “Java” there is an item “Java Options”, and then you need to click “Select SIM”. In this tab you need to activate the SIM card through which you can use the Internet. “Java profile for SIM” is used to select the required account created in step No. 2.

4. In order for all the newly created settings to take effect, you need to restart your phone and enjoy using the Internet.

Creating books(applies to almost all models of Chinese phones)

Paste the copied text of the book into a clean txt file, then “save as”, and in the window that opens, set the UTF-8 encoding. Copy the resulting file to the memory card in the corresponding E-book folder. Click the corresponding shortcut in your phone, if the file is saved in the correct folder, you will immediately see it. Run it, if you see hieroglyphs instead of Russian text, then you must also specify the UTF-8 encoding in the options of the reader itself and in the global settings (on the phone, in the book reading “global settings”, move down the list with the stylus or using the volume down key (side), find the encoding item and set it to utf-8, save the settings). Enjoy reading.

Putting your phone on silent mode

To switch your phone to silent mode and back, press and hold the # button on the virtual keyboard with some force.

Grouping desktop icons

If you encounter the inconvenience of moving icons between pages, you can group icons between windows using the bottom menu bar - asset as a buffer:

  1. Remove all elements from the bottom line to the loosest page.
  2. From this page (if necessary), immediately transfer the icons to the asset.
  3. Cancel judder by pressing a button.
  4. Go to another page. etc.

Setting a photo or video to a contact in the phone book

  • Image: you can install any images with a JPG extension of no more than 20Kb.
  • Video: supported - 3GP format up to 50Mb.
Installing JAVA applications

In phones with JAVA support, you can install additional programs. Programs can be downloaded on the Internet. When choosing java applications, take into account the specific features of the model, i.e. resolution and screen features.

To do this you need:

  • Data cable that comes with the phone
  • Java applications (files with JAR extension)
  1. Connect your phone in FLASH card mode
  2. Write a file with a jar extension to your phone's memory card
  3. Disconnect your phone from your PC.
  4. Launch the file manager on your phone: Menu > File Manager
  5. Go to the folder where you copied the file with the jar extension
  6. Select the required file and click Options > Install.
During installation, you will need to specify where to install the application. We recommend installing it on a memory card.
  7. Now the java application is installed and can be found in “Menu > Entertainment > Java” liAfter installation, delete the installation file from the memory card.

Adding Music to MP3 Player

Audio files must be copied to a flash card in the My music folder. Next, go to the audio player. If the playlist has not been updated, then go to options > settings > player settings > preferred list > memory card. Then back to options > refresh list.

Setting up Wi-Fi (WLAN) on Chinese phones

You should already have GPRS Internet configured; if this has not been done yet, you can read about the settings above in the Internet settings. This is not a requirement, but it will be easier. Go to the phone menu and find the icon that says Wi-Fi or WLAN, press and select "Search for networks" in the menu that opens, the "Available networks" window opens, select the icon next to which there is no lock image, these are access points that are not password protected , and in the Options section select Connect. If everything is done correctly, the WLAN icon at the top of the display will turn blue or green (depending on the phone model). Next, you need to go to Java and select the Opera browser. In Options, find "Network Profile" and in "Profile Mode" set "Custom Settings", select the SIM card with which you go online, and in "Java for SIM Profile" select WLAN, click OK and select Start. All is ready.

Setting up GPRS (option No. 2)

Step one is creating an account.

You need to start setting up by creating an account. To do this, we find the menu section "Internet" ("Services", "Network" - the name may differ in different models, but the essence, I think, is clear) and find the item "Data account". Typically there will be three sub-items:

1.GSM data

We will configure point 2 - GPRS. We don’t touch everything else!

We go in and see a long list of “accounts”, select the top one (the type name will be CHT GPRS, TWN GPRS) and click “edit”, if you can’t edit, you can add a new entry. You will be taken to the account editor:

1. The first line is “Account name”. Depending on your operator, we write Beeline GPRS, Megafon GPRS, MTS GPRS.

2. The second line “APN”, here we write this: for Beeline - internet.beeline.ru, for Megafon - internet, for MTS - internet.mts.ru

3. The third line “User name”, here we write this: for Beeline - beeline, for Megafon - gdata, for MTS - mts

4. The fourth line is “Password”, here we write as in the previous version: for Beeline - beeline, for Megafon - gdata, for MTS - mts.

The next step is to create a profile.

To do this, find the line “WAP” in the “Internet” menu section (“Services”, “Network”) Go to “WAP”, find the “Settings” item. Here we will edit the first 2 sub-items - “Select a Sim card” and “Profiles”. We don’t touch the rest of the points!

In “Select a Sim card”, select the SIM card with which you will access the Internet.

We see two records Sim1 and Sim2. First we edit SIM1 profiles. Let's go to Sim1. There are already installed profiles here. We delete those that can be deleted, let the rest remain.

The first profile is "WLAN" for Wi-Fi operation. Select it and edit it. Here you only need to add the home page. We write http://www.yandex.ru and the profile is ready, save and exit.

1. Profile name. We write Beeline, Megafon or MTS.

2. Home page. We write http://www.yandex.ru

3. Data Account. If the profile is Megafon, then select the Megafon GPRS account, for Beeline, respectively, Beeline GPRS.

4. Connection type. Here you select HTTP, the proxy address and proxy port should contain zeros, usually they are there.

You do not need the following items: “Username” and “Password”.

You also create profiles for another SIM card.

That's it, the Internet is set up!

You can use your phone's browser - go to "WAP" and click "home page", in our case Yandex will load. You can log in via Opera, for this we configure JAVA. We go to "JAVA Options" and select the SIM card with which we go online and indicate the profile that we created (Beeline, Megafon or MTS) in the "JAVA profile for SIM" and load Opera.

p.s. When starting the Internet through the Opera, it is necessary to set the correct date and time

In order to log in via Wi-Fi, you need to connect the desired profile. You can, of course, make it by default, but I do it as follows.

1. Go to Java, select the desired application

2. Select a profile from the menu

3. We set user settings, and for each sim we set the login profile (you can put your Wi-Fi)

Please note that it matters through which SIM you enter, so before understanding the issue, put Wi-Fi on both SIMs. Yes, to work, you also need to configure the same profile:

Services, Internet, Settings, Profiles:

1. Add a new profile

2. We call it, for example, “Wi-Fi”

3. The home one we want, for example wap.mts.ru

4. In the “Data Account” item, set “Wireless LAN”.

That's it, after selecting this profile, only Wi-Fi will work.

How to use the magic voice feature

The "magic voice" function allows you to change your voice during a conversation.

During a conversation, press “Options” - “Pitchshift Setting” (on), then again “Options” - “Pitchshift Setting” and select the desired voice, while you cannot fix the voice for all calls, you need to turn it on again each time.

How to set up Internet on a Chinese smartphone.

In the modern world, it is impossible to imagine everyday life without looking at the weather or the exchange rate on the Internet.

The most convenient way to do this is from a mobile device. Therefore, you need to be able to configure your Internet connection correctly.

Setting the Internet settings in Chinese smartphones is not difficult, just like in models from other manufacturers. Like other smartphone models, in Chinese devices, connection settings must be entered in several columns.

For example, we will tell you how to set up the Internet on a standard Chinese smartphone.

Paragraph 1

You need to find the WAP category in the menu (in some models it may be called “Services” or “Internet”), then select “Account” - “GPRS” - “Options” - “Add new”. You can also edit an already created connection.

You can choose any name for the account, to your taste, most importantly, so that later you figure out which provider and which of the services (WAP, MMS, Internet) it belongs to. In the APN column (another name for the access point), we enter the name of the access point for a specific operator.

This data is different for each operator. You can check them on the website of your mobile operator or contact the call center or look at our website, for example.

The username and password fields can be left blank. The only exceptions may be some operators. All other fields can also be left blank. Now you need to save all the settings and go to the main menu again.

Point 2

Here we set up an account profile for “Internet”. You can choose the same account name as the name of the access point; you don’t have to enter the home page. In the “account” column, you need to select a previously saved GPRS access point.

Go to the “Connection Type” tab and select the “edit” function. There we select the HTTP category. Next to the inscription “Use proxy” set the position to “Yes”.

Then you need to enter the value of the address and port of the proxy for the operator that suits you. As we already know, all data is contained on the official websites of the operators. We also do not fill in the username and password columns.

Point 3

You will need this item if your phone has two SIM cards. Now you need to go to the tab in the main menu "Java" - "Java Options" - "Select SIM". Here we activate the necessary SIM card, through which the Internet service is provided to you by the operator. In the "Java profile for SIM" item, you need to select the account that we created in the second paragraph.

Point 4

Reboot your phone. Now you can safely use the Internet for your daily needs.

The most elementary settings that everyone who has bought himself should know chinese phone.
