A computer is connected to the server 1c. Comfortable work for you

Before reading, you must read the instructions “How to create a company in the control panel”.

After creating a company, a window for managing the company (server) opens, where you can download a connection file to the server, or send it to the specified e-mail to the user. It is also possible to manage server parameters (Creating new 1C databases, changing the number of users, increasing disk space, etc.)

Download the server connection file, run the downloaded file:

In the appeared window for connecting to the server, enter the user's password by first copying it from the “Password” field in the company management window (see the pictures below).

Having connected to the server, we launch the 1C: Enterprise shortcut, we see a list of our databases selected at the stage of creating a company.

We launch the database by clicking on the 1C: Enterprise button. We are waiting for the opening of the database and in the window select
"Information base has been moved"

After that, a window appears with a proposal to connect to Internet support, click "Connect later". We activate Internet support after the client has paid the first invoice.

Then the wizard for filling in the details of the organization appears. Select and click "Continue"

In the future, when working with the database, you can create your own list of users (the "Administration" section on the left side of the main menu of the 1C program), with the users, rights and passwords you need.

There are two types of multiuser work with 1C databases. It - "Client - server version of 1C" and "File version 1C". Client server option we will not consider the work here, we will consider it in another article, here.

So, in order to organize multiuser work in 1C file bases, you need computers connected to a single network. If there is no network yet, and there is no equipment either, do not be stingy to purchase " gigabit switch"(Almost all modern computers support a connection up to 1 GB / s in their network cards) and not the cheapest, in the future you will only save money (imagine a day of downtime for your organization, or due to the increased load, managers have gloomy brakes).

One more very important point !!! if you have WI-FI network, that is, computers are connected wirelessly, then this option will not work for you, no matter how sophisticated WI-FI router, did not stand !!! Everything will be gloomy to slow down, hang, and as a result, you can spoil the base altogether, since the channels created with the help of WI-FI connections are very unreliable, and any interruption when writing to the database (for example, holding a document) can kill your base 1C Once and for all!!! Setting up a terminal connection is another matter (there are inexpensive analogs that allow you to raise an alternative to terminal connections), but I will describe this in another article.

Further, in our network, choose the fastest computer (preferably with "SSD disks"), under file server... You can also purchase a separate file storage(with SSD drives tied to RAID 1 for reliability), but we will not consider setting it up here.

If everything has already been purchased, connected and working, we proceed to setting up access on the computer of our choice under "1C file server".

Initially, we check the settings of the computer itself, whether it is allowed to show files and folders on your local network. Click on the network connection icon in the "tray" (lower right corner, where the clock is) and select "Network and Sharing Center"

A control window opens, where we select the following Change advanced sharing options:

The settings window opens, where the following checkboxes should be checked:

Check and save.

Next, go to my computer and create on a separate one, " NOT system disk "(if there is only one disk in my computer, for example "Drive C", then there is nowhere to go, select it), and create a separate folder with the name "Base 1C".

In this folder we will store our base 1C. Next, we set up shared access to this folder so that it would be possible to access it from other computers. Right click on this folder and select properties.

As a result, a window opens where we select the tab "Access" and press the button "General access":

The next window opens, where we select the tab "Everything", and press the button "Add":

Click on the new value that appears in the list "Everything", and choose "Reading and Writing" then press the button "General access".

Such a window should appear, which means that everything went well and the general access to the folder is open, press the button "Ready" :

As a result, when we open Network Neighborhood from another computer, we should see a computer with an open folder for accessing the databases.

On client computers install the 1C platform how to install see. "IMPORTANT PLATFORM 1C MUST BE EVERYWHERE ONE VERSION !!!". Further over the network we prescribe the paths to Base 1C

Installation of the technological platform and application solution on a local computer or laptop is simple and straightforward. To do this, you need to purchase a licensed version of one of the configurations, which includes an installation disc with step-by-step wizards for installing the platform and the user program itself.

Installing the technology platform and configuration on a local disk

Since no 1C application solution can work without its own engine - platform - installation on a local computer is divided into two fundamental steps:

A step-by-step guide on how to install 1C is described in detail in the documentation attached to each licensed version of a typical or industry configuration. If you follow its instructions exactly, you will be able to install it yourself and without difficulty.

Installing 1C: Enterprise server on MSSQL

To understand the following, two concepts need to be clarified:

  • client - a personal computer or software, a network unit that generates requests to the server in order to receive or process any data;
  • server - a powerful computer with significant production capabilities or software that forms responses to client requests.

The client-server architecture assumes the interaction of the client application with the information database server through a special application - the 1C: Enterprise server.

The installation of MSSQL on a server machine is described in many manuals, with possible variations depending on the SQL version and the version of the server operating system. In general, you can install 1C on a server by following step-by-step steps:

  1. In the existing distribution, you need to run the setup file setup.exe (to continue, you will need Microsoft.NET Framework and the Windows Installer):
  2. Several options for further development of events are offered: initial installation, modification of already installed components, updating or searching for them. At this stage, the program checks whether it meets the minimum MSSQL requirements for the operating system:
  3. You must enter the product key that you received when you purchased the licensed program. After carefully and thoughtfully reading the license agreement in English, you must set your consent in the form of a checkmark:

You can go to the next step by clicking the Next button.

  4. When you click on the Install button, a lot of settings are offered, the checkboxes of which are set as needed: you can select all (Select All) or only the most necessary ones (DatabaseEngineServices, ClientToolsConnectivity, ManagementToolBasic with the inclusion of subordinate components):
  5. It is recommended to leave the settings on the next steps by default, the transition is carried out by clicking the Next button:
  6. The directories are selected for storing user data (SQL 1C database), logs, temporary files and backup files of infobases (backups).
  7. The next step adds the current user who will have the rights of the system administrator (the "Add Current User" button):
  8. The settings on the following pages remain the default, unless the situation dictates otherwise. When you click the Install button, the direct installation process starts: a color ruler shows the dynamics of the procedure being performed. After successful completion of the installation, a corresponding message will be displayed and all that remains is to close the installer by clicking on the Close button.

If the installation of the server part with such a variety of settings seems rather complicated, then contact the local network system administrator or to complete it.

Installation of the 1C: Enterprise technological platform on the server

Installation of the platform configuration required for operation, in fact, is not much different from the usual one, then only with the exception that at a certain step it is necessary to select the installation of the components: "1C: Enterprise Server" and "1C: Enterprise Server Administration":

On the subsequent pages of the installer, you must select the default interface language, select an existing one or create a new user for identification when starting the service. Connection security is guaranteed by entering a password with its confirmation.

When you click the Install button, the process of installing the 1C: Enterprise technological platform on the server will be launched:

In the future, you will be asked if you need to install a protection driver if you purchase a supply with a hardware key or activate a software license. In case of successful installation of the 1C: Enterprise 8 technological platform, a system message will be displayed.

Creation of an infobase on a SQL server

Creating a new infobase in the launch window is no different from creating a database on a local computer up to the moment of choosing its location. For the server you need to select:

Next, you must fill in all the necessary fields for setting the infobase parameters: the name of the database and its name in the server cluster, the IP of the 1C: Enterprise server cluster and the database server, the type of database management system (DBMS), etc .:

Proceeding through the next steps with the default settings, the final step will be to create an SQL infobase on the server.

Installing the client program

To enable users to work with the SQL infobase, it must be correctly connected to the client stations. The sequence of such a connection:

If the settings for creating an infobase on the 1C: Enterprise server were specified correctly, the 1C client was configured correctly when the program starts from the client workstation, it will connect to the server machine.

After receiving the credentials, you need to connect as follows:

If you are using the Windows XP operating system, you need to install the Terminal Services Client 7 update.

If you are using a Mac OS operating system, you will need the Microsoft Remote Desktop client. It can be downloaded for free from the App Store.

Step 2. Unzip the file and run it.

Step 3... In the User and Password fields, enter your credentials.

As an example:

User: rackstore \ user

Password: Uuewi192

A common problem is that the password does not match. This may be due to the fact that they are trying to copy the password to the clipboard and paste it into the password entry form. Extra characters may appear on the clipboard. We strongly recommend that you enter your password manually!

Step 4. Rackstore appears in the Domain field.

Step 5... Press the key OK . Have a nice work!

Transfer of 1C base

  1. We connect to a remote desktop.
  2. We copy the directory with your 1c base on your computer.
  3. We return to the virtual office, open “Start - Documents”.
  4. In an empty area, right-click, select "Paste".
  5. Upon completion of copying, launch the 1c Enterprise application on the desktop.
  6. We select "Add".
  7. Add the existing infobase to the list. We indicate the name of the base. For example: “Accounting”.
  8. We indicate the directory of the infobase. To do this, press the "..." button, a folder selection window will open, indicate the directory that we copied.
