Mailings over the specified three kilograms are charged as parcels. Ecopli, France's non-urgent mail, is an alternative to the traditional green and red stamps as it is cheaper. In cases where the speed of delivery is not of great importance and the addressee is satisfied with the receipt of correspondence on the fourth or fifth day after departure, Ecopli perfectly replaces the traditional urgent mail.
