There is a special program for converting MOV and MP4 files to AVI (without repackaging) - MP4Cam2AVI. We will use it. Download and, since installation is not required, run Mp4Cam2AVI.exe.
In Source Files, set the source file mode to "MP4 MOV" and select the file. Then, in Audio format, select the item "no audio" if we do not need sound, or something other than "Source audio (no recompression)" - for example, PCM. The Target file item is the path and name of the file that will be created.
