How to order and use

  • The accrual of package minutes and the withdrawal of the subscription fee take place simultaneously with the activation of the service.
  • You can order the Calls to Other Mobiles service an unlimited number of times. When re-ordering a package with a different or similar volume of minutes, unused package minutes are saved. When the service is deactivated, unused minutes are canceled.
  • The minutes for the service have the highest priority, that is, first of all, the package minutes will be used, and then the minutes according to the tariff plan.
  • Validity period - 1 month from the date of order, until the next accrual of the subscription fee. For example, if the service is ordered and activated on April 15, then the bundled minutes can be used until the end of the day on May 14.
  • Package minutes can be used exclusively on the territory of Ukraine.
  • The cost of the first second of each minute of conversation is equal to the specified cost of a minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the conversation is included in the cost of such the first second of the conversation.
I was seduced by Kyivstar and connected to the tariff plan Smartphone Extra "All Inclusive"! First, they removed UAH 150 per month and gave me 500 SMS, 2500 megabytes of Internet and 200 minutes to other operators, which I had not used even half in a month !!! After a month, at lunchtime, I receive an SMS-reminder from Kyivstar:
- "THIS NIGHT ??? (at what time no one indicates, simply, THIS NIGHT !!!), a monthly fee of 150 UAH will be charged according to the terms of your tariff. Make sure that there are enough funds on the account." At this moment, I have on my account 150 UAH and 93 kopecks and more than half of MB, etc. remaining from last month. Promised night, I am waiting for the withdrawal of 150 UAH and providing me with all of the above. But ... in the morning of the next day, I find out that the monthly fee has not been charged and I already have 142 UAH 58 kopecks on my account. Where did the 8 UAH go? !!! I call the Kyivstar support service, explain the situation and ask for clarification. They tell me that I really had money for the monthly fee in my account, but for technical reasons, for some reason they did not withdraw? !!! And since I went to the Internet in the morning and called, they charged me 5 UAH for an Internet and 2 for a call ?! They apologized and assured me that they would figure it out and return the amount I spent due to their misunderstanding. Several hours passed, I decided to dial them again, they clearly connect me to another operator. Again I explain the situation, they check again, they say again that there was money, again They promise to figure it out. But wait a second, I tell them, I need to call, use the Internet, at whose expense and at what rate ?! They say, well, you either fill up the missing UAH 8 for yourself and we will remove UAH 150 and connect the tariff plan that you used for a month or every day you will be charged UAH 7-10 depending on calls and Internet use. But where did 8 go. UAH ???
It turns out, as the third explained to me later !!! operator, my tariff plan ended at 00 hours 00 minutes. And the monthly fee for the next month is removed from 1 to 3 a.m. And since I was on the Internet since midnight and sent an SMS, this money was withdrawn from me and at 3 a.m. could not withdraw the monthly fee of 150 UAH.
Okay, but why was I not informed in advance, why when Kyivstar sent me an SMS reminder, the exact time was not indicated there ?!
In short, at the end, I myself replenished the missing 8 UAH and in the end I "All inclusive" cost 158 ​​UAH per month, not 150!
It's also good that I checked my balance in the morning, because if I rushed to find out this in the evening or the next day, the amount would be much higher!

Hello, friends! Today a friend brought me about 100 Kyivstar starter packs. The first task that I faced was to make sure that when calling each of the cards, the subscriber would get to 1 specific number. Another thing that interested me was to make a list of numbers, and check the action lines.

Since for several years with the Internet on "YOU" - the first thing I did was to go to the official website of this operator - I wanted to find out the most basic USSD requests that the operator works with.

But it turns out that there is no such information in full - you are looking for a service - and you are already shown in the description of the service a request for activation, status, or deactivation of the service.

To me personally, this presentation of information seems completely ridiculous and inconvenient, since I am a user of another operator might not know exactly what the name of this or that service is.

Then a call was made to the service number 466 and after 5 minutes I was successfully connected to the operator of the CALL-center. But it turns out that the operator himself is lost in such questions - and for each question he asks to wait a few minutes. In the end, I had to surf the forums and find out what the support service had to offer me ...

It is for this reason that I decided to publish here the list that I have obtained through complex works - and if you know any more combinations - please add them - we will get a complete database of USSD requests from Kyivstar, which will probably become useful to many users in the future.

The first request that I needed was call forwarding - it is carried out by the combination *002*8067# and the call key - instead of 8067, set any phone number. I want to note that if you dial this combination without changes, then the subscriber will hear approximately the following answer from the answering machine: " Vee dialed a wrong number. Change it again and change the phone! ". This combination, saved in the phone book, is very useful when you want no one to bother you, especially since it is set with one click, and removed with one click (if the phone book contains a combination of canceling call forwarding ## 002 #) It was this USSD request from Kyivstar that I had to use on all packages in order to make a forwarding to one number.

Her one combination that I had to remember is *161# and the call key is this request displays the phone number of the current SIM card ... It is very convenient to use it when you do not remember your phone number, but go to the terminal to replenish your account, or when you need to leave your phone number to someone you know. I typed in - and you're done. I, in turn, typed this combination in order to know. to which card which number corresponds - and having recognized the number - in the database he assigned an identifier to the number, for example, the number 1, and drew this number on the card with a marker - this made it possible to quickly find the phone number of a particular card - and no longer have to spend so much time to determine the numbers ...

Also, the turn came to what was needed find out the expiration date- it turns out that Kyivstar specialists have outdated information, as they say that after checking account status with the combination * 111 # in response to the request, you will receive the amount of remaining funds and the validity period of the number. This is not entirely true - recently the expiration date has not been displayed, and you can check it a combination of USSD request *114# and a call key. By the way, operators say that in order to extend the validity period, it is imperative to replenish the account with a minimum recharge voucher - but it turns out that in order to extend the SIM card's service life, you just need to make a call to any number and talk for more than 1 second. If the card has 5 free minutes to all numbers, then in fact, without replenishing the account, it will be possible to use the number for about 50 years (1 call - extends for a year!).

And one more request that I really liked is the exact time. Since my phone is buggy, and even when I had to rearrange all the cards one by one - the time got lost - and the USSD request from Kyivstar helped me to find out the exact time * 160 # - shows Kiev time and date accurate to seconds.

There are also a large number of USSD requests that KYIVSTAR works with - for example, activating various services, replenishing an account, transferring money, locating a subscriber and others - I would like to read them in the comments - since the size of the article is not unlimited.

Used to send a FREE SMS to the Kyivstar number with a request to call back. They came up with this service so that if the user runs out of money, he can still stay in touch (so that another subscriber can spend money on a call to a friend). The number of such requests is limited to 8 per month. Further, if you wish to send such a request, the operator will charge a fee of 10 kopecks for each subsequent request.

After sending the USSD request * 130 * [phone number] #, the subscriber will receive this SMS message with the notification: "Call back, be-weasel, to my number [phone number]" and, if desired, the subscriber will be able to call you back.

Previously, this request could be used when attempts to send * 130 * ended ... At the moment, both the first and the second combination are similar and send the same text as in the screenshot above.

At the moment, the popularity of the service has fallen precisely because of the crazy tariffs - after all, it is much easier to replenish an account through WebMoney or Privat24, and additional commissions are not charged.

Previously, it was possible to top up an account on the phone only using a top-up card. Then, we introduced the "Funds transfer" service using a USSD request. Now the account can be replenished using various terminals that are on every corner, ATMs, payment systems - I think card replenishment is already dying out ...

It's just a wonderful combination. As for the tariffication for today, I do not even know - but I remember about Magic numbers, operator replenishment services and similar scams, which made amazing fraudulent combinations using this USSD request ...

This is probably the most popular combination that even a first grader knows. The fact is that when the money runs out, a person is left without the opportunity to call. In order to be able to find out the amount of funds - the Kyivstar company came up with this combination. By the way, for ease of memorization, it was conceived - PIN code - four units, and checking the account balance - three units.

* 100 # ordering services

Probably everyone at one time saw the "SIM menu" section in the phone's menu. So, even if this menu is not there, then with this combination you can call it and order, for example, a melody or something else (for example, find out the exchange rate). But the whole point is that money is withdrawn for such an elementary operation, and it seems to me that the use of this menu is simply irrational.

I have full unlimited "Business 150" (corporate) - but my wife's situation is a bit different. She is credited with 300 minutes within the corporation and subscriber group, as well as 100 minutes for all other numbers. This USSD request is for those who have home Internet from Kyivstar. I would like to remind you that the money spent on the Internet can be used a second time for calls. In order to check the amount of money that someone from the owners of this Internet gave you, they came up with a request * 110 #. Why check? Because after getting to the mobile account, this money turns on action lines ... It will be a pity if they just disappear ...

* 100 * 01 * 2 # Your tariff

Let's say you bought a starter pack and don't know what the tariff plan is. You can, of course, call the operator at the free number 466 and press 3, then 9 - but this should take about 1-2 minutes. But using *100*01*02# the current tariff plan of this number, from which the request was made, will be highlighted on the display. It is convenient and fast.

A new service that allows you to solve this issue is called " Communication day". By the way, any subscriber can connect it an unlimited number of times, which allows using it as flexibly as possible.

The ability to connect for different periods of validity (and this can be done for a day, for seven days and for fourteen days) allows you to use the service as conveniently as possible. Connection and activation are fast enough. The most important thing is that after connecting, the subscriber no longer pays for outgoing calls to Kyivstar numbers and for connection.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that the service will work when the subscriber's account has been replenished one-time for an amount of UAH 40 or more. Otherwise, her work will not be activated.

How to connect the "Day of Communication" to Kyivstar

There are several ways to connect. The first of them is through the self-service system of Kyivstar subscribers. To do this, you need to enter the "My Kyivstar" system by going to the address https://my.kyivstar.ua/tbmb/login/show.do?value%28jumpTo%29=f273 and signing in.

If you are using the system for the first time. You will have to register. This service will allow you to manage all the services that are activated in your package. To activate the "Day of Communication" it is necessary to find it among the list of services and activate it.

Also, this service can be ordered using a USSD request. To order for 1 day, you need to dial a combination on your mobile phone *100*77# ... If you need to order for a period of seven days. Then you should type *100*777# and press the call button. To order for a period of 14 days, you must dial *100*7714# .

If you cannot connect, you can call 477*94 and using the voice menu to activate this service for the required period. The service is connected within 24 hours from the moment the application is sent. The subscriber will be informed about the connection.

Tariffication of the "Day of Communication" service

Ordering the service for 1 day (from the moment of ordering until 23.59) will cost 2.99 UAH. When ordering for 7 days, the cost of the order will be 17.99 UAH. When ordering for 14 days, the amount of UAH 32.99 will be debited from the account. The cost of using is charged immediately after activating the service.

In today's article we will talk about the leader in the field of mobile communications in Ukraine - the Kievstar company. This is the second oldest operator to start operating in an independent country. And it differs in that it offers subscribers favorable terms of service, as well as high quality service in the form of an uninterrupted signal practically throughout the territory of Ukraine.

All tariff plans include certain conditions. This is a fixed cost of services (for example, calls within the network for 10 kopecks), a certain number of bonuses, as well as minutes for making calls. Unfortunately, it is impossible to give examples of bonus points in the mobile sector. At the moment Kyivstar provides bonuses only to home Internet users. However, this is a completely different line of business for the company.

As for the minutes, they are still widely used in the company's tariff plans. Customers are offered to use them, in particular, for calls within their own network and communication with other operators. Tariff "For calls"

Users are again offered an unlimited number of minutes for calls on the network and 60 minutes for calls to numbers of other operators. To use Internet services, 1500 megabytes of traffic per month is offered. Checking minutes is no different at this rate. Kyivstar serves a single combination for receiving such information - * 112 #.

The good news for those who now use this tariff is the absence of traffic tariffication when working with social networks - VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook and Twitter.

Tariff "For Smartphone Extra"

An increased number of minutes can be obtained by switching to a different tariff. "For Smartphone Extra" provides the subscriber 200 minutes a month for conversations with other networks, as well as 2500 megabytes of Internet. The cost of the tariff is 150 hryvnia per month of use.

"All over 500" and "All over 800"

The last two tariffs, which we will characterize, can be combined, since they are connected on a contract basis and offer similar conditions with the exception of the data package volume. Thus, both tariffs provide unlimited free minutes to Kyivstar, as well as 1500 and 2500 minutes for calls to other networks, respectively.

The volume of Internet traffic that comes in a package with both services is 5GB and 7GB, respectively. As you might guess from the name of the packages, their cost is 500 and 800 hryvnia per month of service. "Free roaming"

Above we have described Kyivstar tariffs for use in national roaming - within Ukraine. You can also order the service in order to make cheaper calls while abroad. In this case, the operator provides you with bonus minutes for a conversation at a lower cost. First of all, it is important to mention the division by the company of all countries in which subscribers are serviced into two groups. The first includes Russia, Italy, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The cost of a minute of conversation with them will be UAH 1.50 (provided that the user is given 25 minutes for a daily fee of 37.50). The second group of countries is a much larger list. For conversations with them, 15 minutes are provided per day for 60 hryvnia (per day) at a cost of 4 hryvnia.

After the subscriber exceeds the limits set by the option (25 and 15 minutes), the cost of calls grows to UAH 2.25 and UAH 3.60, respectively, for both groups.

Another interesting tariff, also aimed at providing minutes for conversations with subscribers from other countries, is "Favorite Countries". The cost of connecting to all countries will be equal to 2 hryvnia, and the price for activating the service (from each country) is 5 hryvnia.

Tariffication for each of the states is given on the official website of the company. It is noteworthy that the number of minutes is not limited, so it makes no sense to check them, in the context of this option.

Home internet bonuses

It would not be out of place to mention the services that do not relate to mobile communications. We are talking about the home Internet and how bonuses are awarded for working with it. Kyivstar offers a reward simply for the fact that you replenish your account in the system. Each bonus is equal to the amount of UAH paid for the service. The exceptions are periods when you were in debt or the Internet was not active due to the current "Pause" option.

You can use bonuses at your discretion. This can be the payment of a mobile phone account in the system, as well as the repayment of debt for work with the "Home Internet". The validity period of bonuses is 20 days, during this period you will have to use them. If we talk about paying for home Internet from the company, then in this case you can connect the Internet package "Day" or "Night" at the price of 50 bonuses for 7 days, as well as activate the option "Double speed", according to which for 50 bonuses you will receive doubled connection speed for 90 days.

Since you can use the bonuses provided by Kyivstar in two directions - to pay for the Internet and mobile services, there are two accounts, which means there are two ways to check your remaining bonuses.

The first is the combination * 110 #, which shows how many of them you have on your mobile account. The second - this is * 460 # - shows how many bonuses are directly on the account of the landline Internet.
