However, contrary to what I thought, and it seems obvious, I found that the most comfortable in-ear position was to have the headphones slightly tilted forward. Although this may not be true for everyone, since the shape and size of the ears are different for each person. 
On the right side of the cable there is a remote with a microphone and one button. The rest of the buttons are on the right earcup, which houses the volume buttons and the micro-USB connector. The position of the buttons is very convenient, although it will take a little getting used to them - I didn’t succeed right away. Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset leaves much to be desired in terms of sound isolation: their special "sporty" shape does not allow me to put them on as tightly as possible and, therefore, good isolation can be forgotten. However, this is not an absolute disadvantage, since it allows the listener to continue to hear what is happening around them (this can indeed be a really important feature that is not a definite disadvantage). 
In any case, comfort and sound isolation are highly dependent on the shape of the headphones and earbuds. While the design of the headphones as a whole cannot be changed, the ear tips themselves can be fixed. I ended up just wearing a pair of Comply Isolation ear pads and it made a huge difference in sound and comfort. Although they still don't fit perfectly, they isolate sound much better than the earplugs provided. The latter are inconvenient and completely stupid in providing even the basic isolation necessary for normal low frequency audibility. Still, once again I remind you that your ears may differ from mine! Since sweat is a common occurrence when playing sports, water resistance is a must for these types of headphones. However, it is worth admitting that somehow they still cope with their task, and in the end they turn into a kind of sound indication. Over time, you begin to simply understand by the sound what is happening there. There is no word on aptX support, so I'm assuming this technology is not supported. Yes, and this is obvious, the headphones are not from that price range. However, there is an SBC codec that provides just decent sound quality. Although the battery has a good capacity (100mAh), it can't keep the earbuds running for more than 4~6 hours. That's not bad in principle, but the imagination is not at all amazing, and in fact even a little disappointing, given the size of the case (which is much larger than the Creative Outlier Sports). The microphone does not work well and cannot be used to its full potential where there is noise. Its location on the cable is partly related to this, as it is far from ideal. There is a subtle audible noise that can be heard in the background. It is most noticeable in quiet moments, but its level is low enough to be noticeable during music playback. The sound is generally quite open and spacious, which is quite unexpected for this kind of headphones. The sound separation of instruments is more than expected for this price range of Bluetooth sports headphones; there is a distinct separation between bass, mids and highs, with almost no smearing. When using the ear pads from the kit, I noticed that the sound becomes weak and loses saturation. This is present in both bass and mid-range. Like I said, it could be my personal issue caused by my particular ear size or shape, but I think it's worth mentioning anyway. Despite the fact that they will not be able to seriously compete with high-level products from more eminent (in the audio world) manufacturers, they distance themselves from the mass of similar Chinese headphones. The bass is reasonably balanced and, despite being relatively weak, has a good impact and is fairly noticeable while maintaining the rhythm. I admit that it is during sports that I expect a little more dynamics and bass from the headphones. However, when it comes to more accurate sound reproduction, Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headsets are definitely worth more than what they sell for. Mids have a special emphasis and are very energetic. As a result, voices and guitars have a very clear presentation that emphasizes them and makes them the center of the composition around which everything moves. This makes pop and rock sound decent and enjoyable. But there are also problems: in the upper frequencies there is a section in which hiss occurs, which is difficult to ignore. The overall sound is rich in detail and the tone is natural and slightly warm. High frequencies are perfectly combined with medium and emphasize them. Their combination gives a bright sound that leans more towards the upper end of the spectrum. Of course, this sound is by no means perfect and you will not hear all the "details", but it is more than good for sports headphones. All things considered, I don't recommend these headphones if you're looking for strong bass. However, if you listen to pop rock, rock and other "midrange" genres, Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset will be a great option for you. Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset has much weaker bass than the Creative Outlier Sports, but its sound is more detailed and refined. The fun starts as soon as the headphones are turned on, a friendly female voice says in Chinese that they are connected, and I start my workout. Headphones support Bluetooth 4.1 and have an operating range of up to 10 meters. Which gave me enough space without signal loss. The earbuds fit well and are quite comfortable. They stayed in place during strength training, running and cycling. The sound was just as expected, with minimal "leakage" to the environment, despite the high volume, I listened to the headphones next to other people who were absolutely not disturbed by my music. The headphones worked at 50-60% volume and after a 2-hour workout at the end they kept the charge at 50%. But I personally can't listen to music for that long. From a full charge, before they sat down, it took me 4 days, listening to music for about 1.5 hours a day. So I got only 6 hours of listening, but this is approximately, I did not measure it with a stopwatch.

The most difficult thing now is to describe the sound in words, for me there are three concepts: they sound terrible, they sound good, in general, super sound. These headphones sound good to me, and it seemed to me a bit too high frequencies. It is necessary to twist the equalizer a bit for yourself. And with medium and low frequencies, complete order. The maximum volume is quite decent, I personally don’t feel comfortable listening to music at full volume, I reduce it by about 15%, and then it’s generally super.
And I liked the excellent soundproofing.
So I foresee that music lovers will catch up and begin to criticize, I want to say right away that the sound suits me personally. I expected even worse results.
I didn’t use my native ear pads, I decided to remove the already tested ones from my old Panasonic RP-HJE125, to which my ears have become accustomed to over many years of use) But a clear plus is that there are spares of different sizes in the kit, it’s easy to pick up for any auricle.
