You will need to fill out the feedback form as completely as possible, describing the problem and click on “ send a message" In about 3-5 days, a response from the classmate support service will be sent to the email address specified in the message.
If you remember some data and did everything correctly, and the scammers did not have time to change the phone number from your page, then regardless of which of the four methods was used, a window will open with the choice of method for obtaining a recovery code (if not, then read here):

Most often, you need to restore your Odnoklassniki page after violating rules 7.4.22 and 7.4.9. In such a situation, two options are possible:

How to determine that a page on Odnoklassniki has been blocked by scammers?
And it was like this. The daughter was surfing the Internet on her computer, downloading some videos from YouTube, and was somewhere else. That's it, then she went to bed, and my wife sat down at the computer. I was peacefully writing another article about. My wife tried to log into my classmates and said: “They won’t let me into my account, go and look.” When I tried to log into the Odnoklassniki website, the following message appeared:
Allegedly, the administration asks you to provide your phone number so that you can receive a confirmation code. In theory, there is nothing surprising or suspicious about this. Nowadays, most major services, especially social networks and electronic wallets, offer to link your account to your phone as an additional security measure.
And if you suddenly want to change some data in the settings of your page (password, nickname, email, etc.), an SMS will be sent to your phone with a message that someone is trying to change your credentials or withdraw money from your wallet. There will also be a confirmation code for this operation. And if you are changing the data, then on your computer simply enter the sent code in a special field to confirm. And if it’s not you, but , then he doesn’t enter anything, because nothing came to his phone. This operation does not work.
What should have alerted you in this situation? You are offered to link your account to your phone during registration or immediately after logging into the social network under your name. How about something like this: “Your account is blocked. To unlock, please indicate your phone number” - this already raises suspicions. And it did. But I decided to go downhill a little further.
- Firstly, under a microscope, I compared all the letters, numbers, dots and dashes in the address of real Odnoklassniki and the page that opens for me. Everything seemed to be fine.
- Secondly, I opened Odnoklassniki not from the bookmarks page, but typed it into Yandex and followed the link to the site. The result is the same - blocked.
There is nothing to do, I indicated a phone number. Immediately I received an SMS from short number 5537 with the following content:
To receive the code, send “Yes” in response to this SMS, to refuse the service – “No”. Support 7hlp.com, 88001007337 FREE
But I didn’t send anything to anyone.
As far as I know, no administration that respects itself or its users asks to send SMS messages. This is clearly a setup. This has always been unclear to me: why ask to send an SMS if the computer is in front of your nose.
Representatives of the real administration (or their security system) will send you a confirmation code to your phone, which you must enter in the required field on the site page. That's it, no return SMS.
So, after I was asked to send an SMS, I thought of opening the blocked Odnoklassniki page not on this computer, but on my laptop. Everything opened perfectly - no blockages!
Now it has finally become clear that there is a virus on the computer, or a Trojan, or a phishing link, or whatever else happens. I don’t know, in short, what it’s called. But I found out one thing for sure: this event has nothing to do with the actual blocking of an account on Odnoklassniki.
Naturally, I didn’t send any SMS.
Consequences of false blocking in Odnoklassniki
After it became clear that the Odnoklassniki page was not blocked, I went online. And this is what I found out.
The most common consequences of a false block are the withdrawal of money from the phone account after sending an SMS. The amount is not small - from 200 rubles. up to 600 rub. There is no point in trying to get this money back. Write to the administration of Odnoklassniki or your mobile operator too. No one will pay for someone else's stupidity and gullibility.
Although I have seen reviews that this can be done: you need to immediately call somewhere, find out something, follow the link, download some program. But I believe that these are either paid reviews, or links lead to the same scams, or to infected sites.
Another option for the development of events is a real hacking of your account and sending spam from it. But it seems that this is not my case. Because I was not asked to confirm (enter) my password (nickname, email). This seems to be called phishing.
In my case, they just wanted to “make money the easy way.”
How to unblock classmates if you are blocked
After wandering around, searching, asking Yandex and Google “Oklassniki blocked how to unblock”, I found several ways. I’ll say right away that everything worked out for me: access to my classmates was obtained, and without the intervention of the social network administration.
So, I found three ways to solve the problem.
First way
Go to Odnoklassniki not at odnoklassniki.ru, but at odnoklassniki.ua. I don’t know how this will solve the unblocking problem - you still won’t get to the site in zone.ru. This is probably for those who have a bloody nose and need to get to the site right now. All in all. Some kind of muddy option.
From the same series - log in from another computer. But this is not getting rid of the problem, but bypassing it.
The second method of unlocking Odnoklassniki
This method will save you from the problem, but will require a little knowledge of your computer. More specifically, you will need to slightly change the hosts.txt file
The address of this file is as follows (The file may be located in hidden folders):

Use Notepad to open the file. Its contents are approximately this:
This is a file from Windows 7, and I have it clean, not infected. This is what it should look like in normal condition. And this is what the hosts.txt file modified by the Trojan looks like in Windows XP
In general, this file (hosts) is used to prohibit the opening of certain pages. That is, if it contains the site of classmates, then Windows is prohibited from opening it in any browser. But how does the page appear asking for your phone number? This is probably already done by the accompanying “Trojan redirect program”.
So, in order to unblock access to Odnoklassniki, or another site blocked in this way, you need to open this file using notepad and delete all the lines located below the line with the word “localhost”. In our case, this is the line
127.0.0.1 odnoklassniki.ru
The third way to unblock Odnoklassniki.ru
If you are afraid to change the hosts file yourself or could not find/open it, you can use the third method, automatic.
I also had to use it, because the scammers did not add anything to my hosts file: my file turned out to be completely empty. That is, pure - 0 bytes. I don’t know, I didn’t find anything about this on the Internet, but I still used this method - I had to do something. And you know, it helped! Odnoklassniki opened and unblocked.
The third method is to scan and treat your computer with an antivirus program. I don't know about others (Kaspersky and others), but Dr.Web CureIt! cured. The program is free to use for a month. Then, probably, demolish and re-upload.
Free program Dr.Web CureIt! is intended to cure only home computers (for home use, so to speak). There is also a paid one - for office computers. To use the free Internet, you must agree to send a report about the healing of your PC. This is so that they can adjust further developments.
The downloaded utility file will have a meaningless name. I downloaded a file with the following name: jad3apr6.exe. Don't let this confuse you - the icon of this file is still Veb's - a green spider. With this meaningless name, the antivirus is encrypted from viruses already on your computer. Otherwise, they simply will not allow the program to load.
In general, the algorithm of your actions is as follows:
- Agree to send the report
- Download the Dr.Web CureIt!
- Launch it
- Waiting (it took me a little over an hour)
- After scanning, you choose what to do with malicious objects (treat, delete, move - it’s better, of course, to treat)
- Restart your computer
- Using Odnoklassniki
