Lenovo Chinese recovery. Recovery in Chinese

Recovery is a software recovery mode built into the operating system of a device (tablet, smartphone, desktop). Using the program allows you to reset the settings, copy information, eliminate errors in operation.

Recovery in Chinese

Devices made in China are equipped with a system menu in the manufacturer's language. For ease of use, it is required to compare the recovery menu items in Chinese with standard items that are identical in content and feature set.

To call the recovery menu, you must:

  1. Power off the device
  2. Press and hold the Power key and Volume up key at the same time
  3. Holding down the buttons will turn on the device and display the desired mode

IMPORTANT. Before using this mode, it is recommended to copy all the information to another device to avoid data loss. Incorrect actions in the system menu can cause a complete loss of all information stored in the memory of a Chinese smartphone.

The user can navigate through the settings items up and down with the volume buttons; the "home" button is used to select a specific action.

The main sections of the Chinese recovery system menu correspond to the standard translation:

  • Auto Test - checking the main parameters of the operating system and testing it for errors
  • Wipe eMMC - hard reset of all parameters and settings of the smartphone without the possibility of recovery
  • Reboot - reboot
  • Version info - help
  • Mounts with Storage - gadget memory management, information about the amount of free space or formatting
  • Wipe Cache Partition - clearing the cache
  • Wipe Cache Partition - copy all available information
  • Factory Reset - restoring factory settings

To exit the settings, just press the power off button.

IMPORTANT. It is prohibited to complete the download process before its completion. This can cause system crash and breakdown of the Chinese phone.

To restore the device's factory settings, a hard reset is performed. This item can be performed in two ways - in the menu and, for cases when the smartphone does not turn on, by a keyboard shortcut.

Hard reset on a Chinese phone in the menu is convenient to use only when the Russian language of the items is configured:

  1. Select "Settings"
  2. Activate "Restore and Reset"
  3. Additionally click on "Reset settings"

For those cases when the device does not turn on or the Russified menu is not available, the hard reset on the Chinese phone is performed through the rakveri or by pressing the "Power" + "Home" + "Volume down" buttons, then select wipe.

IMPORTANT. Before performing a hard reset (hard reset), you must fully charge the smartphone battery (the recovery process will be interrupted when the battery is low).

Performing a hard reset will delete all the user's personal data from the gadget's memory.

Resetting the settings on a Chinese device Wipe data factory reset allows the user to clear the cache, remove installed applications and errors caused by their work, while preserving media files - music, photos, images.

You can call the recovery menu on the Android OS in a Xiaomi device by following the standard sequence of actions. Turn off the smartphone, then simultaneously hold down the buttons: volume up, home and power. The volume up / down buttons are used to move through the items, the off key is used to select, activate one of the actions. In this mode, it is possible to make not only a return to factory settings or restore functionality, but also update the TWRP, CWM system folders.

On Android, in the system menu, you can not only reset recovery, but also test the phone in Factory mode. It is represented by several subparagraphs, a decoding of their meaning in Russian:

  • Full Test - all phone parameters are checked
  • Item Test - Custom Scan
  • Signaling Test - test sim card and signal strength
  • GPS - diagnostics of the correct operation of the positioning system

After completing all the checks, just click on rebut to exit the system menu.

How to reset settings on android

In order to reset the settings on Android, you need to activate the system recovery mode and select Hard reset in it. It is necessary to make a hard reset on a Chinese device by copying all important information to another device in advance. The decoding of all recovery points is standard for most models - Lenovo, Samsung, Xiaomi.

Recovery allows the user to roll back the operating system - Android to the factory version, clear all available smartphone memory. Using the Wipe data factory reset item, it is possible to save media files after a reset. System functions make it possible to restore the operation of the smartphone, remove unnecessary applications that cause failures and errors. On Chinese phones, items are described in the manufacturer's language or in English. To decipher the points, you must follow the instructions, which are the same for most Lenovo (Lenovo) and Xiaomi models, for this reason, no translation is required.

Mobile devices have already become quite densely embedded in our lives. Now a person cannot imagine existence without a smartphone or tablet. Devices based on the Android operating system are very popular. This OS was developed by Google and now has an incredibly high market share. Apple's iOS and Windows Phone have a negligible presence in mobile markets compared to Android. However, like all equipment, devices on this platform tend to be buggy. Various system crashes are a hallmark of any operating system. No matter how advanced it is. Very often, devices have to be reflashed. But not everyone knows that it is possible to do without such drastic measures. Indeed, in any gadget on "Android" there is Android System Recovery 3e. How to use it and what is it in general? We will talk about this.

What is this beast?

What does Android System Recovery 3e mean? This is a kind of BIOS of a mobile device. Any operating system has its own BIOS - a basic input-output system that can work even if the main OS is damaged. Sometimes the BIOS does not look like a standard one (as, for example, in Android devices). It serves to restore the functionality of a smartphone or tablet, apply critical updates or reset to factory settings. The Android System Recovery 3e menu has many items that correspond to one or another action. But the trouble is that the names are written in English. Therefore, many do not even know how to properly use the recovery.

That is why this article was written. Android System Recovery, the instructions for which are absolutely necessary, is a powerful tool for setting up and reanimating a smartphone. You need to know everything about how to use this recovery in order not to spend money on masters. Doing everything yourself is much easier and cheaper. We will analyze each item in the recovery menu and tell you everything we can about it. So let's get started.

How to enter the recovery?

It depends on the specific device model. In some devices, you need to hold down the power button and the "Volume +" key. But sometimes there are smartphones for which this is not enough. Older models with a mechanical Home button require this button to be pressed as well. Some devices require the simultaneous pressing of the power and volume buttons. There are those who must hold down the power key and both volume control buttons. This only applies to original devices from well-known manufacturers.

But there are also frankly "Chinese" gadgets with an incomprehensible operating system and "crooked" translation. Standard methods for entering recovery in these cases may not work. There are several options here. The first one is to study the smartphone documentation (if available) and find the desired key combination. But this option is not for everyone. Most of these devices either do not have any documents at all, or there is no Russian language in the documents at all. The second option is to find the desired combination by pressing all the buttons one by one. Now let's move on to the Android System Recovery 3e menu items.

Reboot system now

This menu item performs a hard reset of the device. After choosing this option, the smartphone will load the standard Android operating system without any changes. Usually this item is used upon completion of all manipulations in the recovery. Or in the event that they are loaded into this mode by accident. Although, how this can be done by accident is unknown. Be that as it may, Android System Recovery 3e, the instruction manual of which is simply vital for the user, has such an item. And this has to be reckoned with.

The menu item should be used last. That is, when all operations are completed, all components are updated, the factory settings are reset and the firmware is installed. This is the essence of the reboot: let the device apply all the changes made. True, after some of them, the smartphone may not boot at all. But that's a completely different story.

Apply Update from External Storage

This menu item allows you to apply the update that is on the memory card. By the way, new firmware is also installed through this item if the main OS is not loaded. There are several sub-items in this Android System Recovery 3e menu. How do I flash a new OS? To do this, go to this menu and select the Choose ZIP from SD Card item, if the firmware is in ZIP format. If it is just an update file, then you should select Apply Update From SD Card. This is how any device is stitched with the help of recovery. You just need to copy the firmware file to the root of the memory card, go into the recovery and select the desired item.

This clause has other subclauses that apply in non-standard situations. It is possible to check the MDSUM of the firmware file. This option checks the file for integrity and if something is wrong, it immediately issues a warning. You can also check the firmware file for compatibility with the device. These are informational options for Android System Recovery 3e. Instructions as such are not required for them. If there are errors, then you do not need to install this firmware. That's the whole story.

Wipe Data. Factory reset

This is a very important point. This option is able to restore the device's performance without any firmware. This tool resets the operating system of the gadget to factory settings. Naturally, everything that was on the smartphone will be deleted: applications, photos, music. In general, everything that was in the internal memory of the phone. Android System Recovery 3e, the instruction manual of which is considered here, was created just in order to revive the device without serious interference with the firmware. And this option allows you to perform this very operation.

This function is also used before installing any firmware. It is necessary to reset the phone to factory settings before flashing. Otherwise, the new operating system will become unstable. But that's not the worst of it. If you do not return to the factory settings, the firmware may not install at all, and then the user will receive a completely "dead" smartphone. There is no instruction in Russian, but the one that is, clearly says that it is imperative to use the Wipe Data & Factory Reset item before each device firmware.

Wipe Cache Partition

Another useful command in Android System Recovery 3e. The instructions for the recovery says that you need to use this option in tandem with Wipe Data. If the previous item clears the internal memory of the device, then this one clears its cache. And this is where the working files of the applications are stored. Of course, if this is not done before the firmware, then nothing terrible will happen. It's just that in the future, when installing new programs, the device's cache grows to incredible sizes. As a result, the smartphone will work very slowly. But this is not so scary, since there are many programs for cleaning the cache of the Android OS. And they work great.

It is also recommended to select this function after performing a factory reset. This will help the smartphone to become even "cleaner", which will have a positive effect on the performance of the operating system. The instruction in Russian for Android System Recovery 3e recommends performing this procedure after the reset. Until the device is rebooted. Then everything will be as it should be.

Wipe Battery Stats

This function helps to update the battery of the device. After clicking on this item, the battery cache begins to be cleared, in which the current state of the battery, its nominal capacity and other necessary parameters are recorded. By resetting the battery usage statistics, you can extend battery life slightly. And the new firmware will work more adequately with the battery. For some reason, many "gurus" of "Android" are dismissive of this option. But it’s actually very useful. However, it is not recommended to use it too often. Just before flashing the device.

Mounts. Storage

Here are the controls for the internal and external memory of the smartphone. This item allows you to clear the memory card or built-in memory, format it or attach it as a drive directly from the recovery. This section can be used if you forgot to upload the firmware file to the memory card, and there is no desire to reboot the smartphone into the operating system. In order to mount the device's memory card as a drive, select the Mount USB Storage item. As soon as the connection is established, the computer itself will install the necessary drivers for work.

After the connection is established, you can do whatever you want with the memory card: format, clear, copy the necessary files, and so on. In order to unmount the USB flash drive, select the Umount USB Storage item on the smartphone screen in recovery. After that, it will be possible to move on to other points of the recovery and carry out further resuscitation of the device on its own.

Recovery errors

Sometimes there is such a common error in Android System Recovery 3e as canceling the installation of a firmware or package. It can arise for several reasons: the firmware file is damaged, incorrect information in the binary file, or the firmware simply does not fit this device. But there is one more option: no factory reset was performed before flashing. It's good that they can be easily fixed in the same recovery. There are several ways to do this.

So, if an error occurs due to the fault of a broken firmware file, then you should download it, connect your smartphone to your computer, go to the Mount & Storage menu item and select Mount USB Storage. After that, you can copy the firmware to the root of the memory card again. If you forgot to make a "wipe", then there is nothing easier than to move a few levels higher and select the appropriate menu item. But the Android System Recovery 3e error "No command" is very rare. It only appears when the user tries to install an update via ADB. This method usually does not work. As a result, this error appears. So it doesn't make sense to use this method. It won't work anyway.

Conclusion

So, let's summarize. We tried to describe the capabilities of Android System Recovery 3e. The instruction that came out as a result of this attempt will help novice users of the Android operating system learn how to restore the functionality of their smartphone with their own hands. Which ultimately will lead to broadening of horizons and good savings in money.

You bought a Chinese smartphone, and then suddenly there was a need to go to Recovery... Well, there is nothing to do - turn off your smartphone, hold down Vol (-) + Power, and the download went into recovery mode. And what will be your surprise when Recovery opens in Chinese. They did not expect? And you, after all, they said, 10 years ago, learn Chinese! Didn't you listen? But in vain.
Well, okay, I don't know Chinese either, maybe just a couple of words, so let's think about how to get out of the situation. There is a very simple option, which I will write about below.

The easiest option

On Chinese smartphones "from the basement", and not only often, there are two Recovery: in Chinese and in English. I hope there are no problems with English. To get into the English version, you need to hold down Vol (+) + Power, sometimes vice versa (you need to try two combinations). If there is a Home button, you can also use it. Chinese friends are big dreamers, and are able to hide the recovery in the most inappropriate place for this.

Decoding the recovery in Chinese

Okay, nothing worked out for you, since you are reading this paragraph, then let's figure it out with Chinese. We can do this, because when entering RulSmart, each visitor is given a free energy elixir, which will be the envy of both Asterix and Obelix, because it gives intellectual power to the level of the emperor of philosophy.
Before any manipulations with your pens, you need to make a backup so that you can later roll back, ok?
Usually, people (and non-people too) need to reset the settings via Recovery, and it is in Chinese. So we will figure out how to do this using Pushkin's work.

Instructions

  • Go to Recovery

  • We select an incomprehensible item in which after the hieroglyphs is written MMC.

  • You press the Power button, the reset went. Now once again, gone into a reboot.

Everything, the settings are reset, you can use a "clean" smartphone.

Android smartphones are prone to various crashes. Most often, users encounter "freezes", and in the most difficult cases, devices become inoperative - for example, an endless loading of the operating system begins to appear. How do I restart my Android phone? Several simple tools are provided for this.

If we cannot access the on-screen menus, we turn off the phone. If this procedure does not solve the problem, the next step is to go to technical service. There comes a time when your smartphone slows down or you just want to hand it over. At this point, you know how to perform a factory reset or factory reset.

In these cases, restarting the device can fix many of these problems. However, if you've updated your operating system to a newer version recently, fear not, it won't come back. If you have something very important on your device, look for a backup in different sources.

In our review, we will consider the following reboot methods:

  • No data loss and no application uninstallation;
  • Full reboot, deleting data and applications.

The former will help with partial freezes or incorrect operation of the OS, and the latter will restore the functionality of Android in case of fatal failures (if it is impossible to load).

There is no sadder sound in the world than someone blatant with a brand new device, but no photos of their last trip, or without that important work contact. In most cases, you can perform a factory reset from the device's settings menu, which is the easiest method to complete the process.

Can't enter the settings menu?

And howling, your device will reboot like new. There is also a way to factory reset and restore your device's system settings, even if you can't access the settings menu. And it's not as hard as it could be, just a few button ninja moves.

Did you find your Android device freezes and stops responding? This happens quite often. This is due to imperfect software, as well as many versions of mobile devices - with some of them the operating system and applications malfunction. Periodic "freezes" are quite normal, so there is no need to get upset.

Keep the button pressed and simultaneously press and release the volume up button; Use the volume down button again to navigate. Use the power button to confirm your selection; Use the Volume Down button to select the Erase All User Data option. Press the power button to confirm; Wait a few minutes for the process to complete and select "Restart".

Once again, restore your data with the account you copied.

How to restart Android and get the phone back to work? The easiest way is to send your device to reboot. To do this, you need to hold down the power button and do not release it until the shutdown menu appears on the screen. You will find three points here:

  • Turn off;
  • Offline mode;
  • Reload.

Select the last item, confirm the reboot and wait for it to complete. In some cases, it takes up to 10 or more seconds before the above menu appears., depending on the severity of the "freeze". If you suddenly change your mind about sending your smartphone to reboot, select the cancel option.

You can try the following button combination. As my grandmother used to say, "It is useless to cry over spilled milk." It's important to point out that a hard reset will completely erase all of your data, phone numbers, photos, apps, videos, etc. your device will revert to its original configuration as if it had left the factory.

What is Wipe and when is it needed

This advice, this and this one. Use the Volume High and Volume Low buttons to select the factory reset line, then confirm with the power button. The reboot will start. Wait and don't touch anything until the end, which may take time.

Sometimes the "freeze" character turns out to be such that the device refuses to respond to the clamping of the power button. In this case, release the button, press it again and hold it longer. If this does not help, remove the back cover, remove the battery, wait a few seconds and install the battery back. We turn on the phone and wait for it to turn on completely - now you can use your device.

And when is it important to carry out such a process? It is worth noting that in laptops this process is known as a “hard reset” and that there are several situations in which we recommend formatting laptops, which we will discuss shortly. In this article, we will also explain how to perform a hard reset on the three already mentioned operating systems. But above all, it is worth warning that everyone should stay in touch.

Unlike computers, hard reset formatting on smartphones and tablets does not require users to have official operating system installation discs. This is because devices rely on a system stored in their domains, which makes our life a lot easier, by the way.

Is your device behaving incorrectly, constantly "freezing" or "slowing down"? Often, the problem is solved with the help of applications for cleaning memory - during the operation of the Android operating system, a lot of junk accumulates in the phone. By cleaning out the debris, we can return the device to its former speed. If this does not help, you should resort to a hard reboot to delete all data.

This means that the process not only "erases all data" but also "restores factory settings" from the device. That is, you can soon reuse your gadget the same way you used it when you purchased it - with performance improvements, bug fixes, etc.

Portable operating systems are constantly receiving data and changing. This means that there are many times when they can go through petty corruption that can cause big problems in the long run. One of the most common consequences is the slowness experienced by users or apps that are malfunctioning - mostly by those who often install many apps on devices.

How to completely reboot Android, whether you have Samsung, Fly, LG or a smartphone from any other brand in your hands? To do this, go to "Settings - Backup and reset" and select "Reset data". This operation will return the smartphone to its factory state.... It will also delete the data encryption file on the memory card - if you use encryption, then you will not be able to access your data after a reboot.

If you get through this, it might be time to do a hard reset on your phone. In addition to restoring operating system links, you will also eliminate unnecessary traces and data that may be weighed in the device's memory and processing. With this, the result will be very noticeable in a device with smoother and smoother operation.

It's also important to do this kind of formatting whenever you change phones. After all, you don’t want the new owner of the device to have access to your data, and you also don’t want to leave a lot of personal files slithering around in the drawer - which can be found by anyone.

In order not to lose important data, regularly back up your devices and use cloud services that save data on external servers.

Is your smartphone so hung up that it can't start? In this case, you should return it to the factory settings via Recovery Mode. To do this, turn off the smartphone, then press the power key and the "Volume Down" key - after turning on you will be taken to a special service menu. Here you need to select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" and wait until the phone is reset to factory settings.

Don't forget: back up first

Since we are talking about formatting the device, it is very important to remember that all files will be deleted. Therefore, it is recommended that you back up the data to a computer or other drive that can be easily accessed next time. You can also perform this type of activity on specialized cloud services - in some cases, this is the best option.

With it, you can quickly save your files, photos, data, contacts and application settings. As we will explain here, it has many options to save data quickly and securely. Performing hard reset processes is very easy on any operating system - much easier than accidentally restoring data, so never miss a backup step. See how to format your devices with the three major portable operating systems.

Many other keyboard shortcuts can be used to access Recovery Mode. For example, the power button and the "Home" button, the power button and both volume buttons, sequential button presses, etc., to enter Recovery Mode for your smartphone, you should search in specialized forums.

If your Android smartphone starts to glitch and freeze, do not rush to take it to a service center or perform warranty repairs. Perhaps this problem can be solved by a trivial hard reset. In this case, all system settings will be restored to factory settings, as well as all contacts, installed applications, messages, etc. will be deleted.

If you are going to do formatting directly through the operating system, all you have to do is complete a few steps on your device. Enter the settings window and then search for "Backup and reset". Then click "Restore Factory Data" and confirm the action. In a few minutes the process will start and soon you will have your smartphone with all the reset.

With the device turned off, hold the Volume Down button together with the Power button for about ten seconds. After a few minutes, the entire hard reset will occur and your smartphone will work again. This means that it is usually not possible to back up the stored information. Just go to the settings window and then to the General tab. In it, you have to navigate until you reach "Reset" and then select "Erase all content and settings."

What is a hard reset and why is it needed

A complete reset of the Android settings to the factory default settings is called hard reset. It is recommended to do it if the smartphone does not work stably (often freezes, glitches, etc.). It can be done in three different ways, each of which will now be considered. Do not forget to back up all data before starting a hard reset.

Everything will be fixed in a few minutes. After that, just select the device in the app and order recovery. All you have to do is go to "Settings" and then select the "Turn on phone" option. Then the Reset Phone button will be displayed.

By clicking this option and confirming the action, all data will be deleted quickly. As you've seen, portable formatting can be very useful for a variety of situations, and luckily it's very easy for everyone. Now that you know all the steps in this process, back up and restore your device with better performance and quality. Have you already done something on your smartphone?

You can make a complete copy of all smartphone data using the program.

Software way to reset Android

It consists in using a standard function that is in the settings of any Android system. To use it, you need to go to "Settings", then select "Restore and reset" and click "Reset settings". After that, a warning will be shown about the deletion of all existing data, and at the bottom - a confirmation button "Reset phone settings".

Everyone has such a clever friend who sets up a blocking pattern that is impossible to reproduce - yes, those that resemble the name of some group of ferrous metals or magic doodle. The worst part is that you are a smart friend, because the ability of our brain to simply forget the drawing is high. Nobody likes to have a smartphone stuck forever, right?

So, how to solve this issue. Obviously, always think of something relatively easy to remember before designing a very complex interlocking scheme. If your phone crashed on the home screen and you can no longer access your apps, follow these steps.

You need to confirm the selected action by pressing the "Erase all" button.
In some older Android versions below 2.1, the location of the factory reset may be slightly different. It could be found in the "Privacy" - "Data reset" section.

Virtually turn off your cell phone. Change the battery and turn on the smartphone while pressing two buttons at the same time. This will put your device into recovery mode - keep pressing until power is turned on. A menu will appear and you have to choose an option - use the volume buttons to select one of them; Press the power button to confirm.

That is, all your data and contacts that are not synced with some accounts will be lost. Despair, however, requires drastic action. Many have already done this, but they do not know by name. All two are connected to factory reset or factory reset in Portuguese. Definitely, when it comes to thermal hard reset and soft reset, we mean resetting the device's system to its original state. That is, both serve to return your mobile phone or other device to factory settings.

Method without applying settings, using a code

To do this, dial * 2767 * 3855 # in the number input menu. This will lead to an immediate full restoration of the smartphone settings without any additional confirmation from the user.

Reset Android settings when smartphone is unresponsive

Sometimes there are times when the gadget does not respond to any commands. In this case, the third method of factory reset may come in handy. When you turn on Android, simultaneously hold down three buttons: "Power", "Home" and "Volume Down". This combination should be held until the "" mode appears. In it, select the "Wipe" section (which means a complete reset of the settings) and confirm the choice made by pressing the "Home" button.

But there are differences in security and access to these two options, each of which is recommended for your specific case. Learn the difference between a hard reset and a soft reset. This option is usually accessed by pairing a secret key sequence. This process aims to completely restore the operating system of the device to eliminate any error from the root. This method erases everything installed on the phone, restoring the system to the same factory defaults.

In this case, the operating system is completely reinstalled on your cell phone after a few steps, which usually involves pressing a secret key sequence to enter recovery mode on the device, that is, recovery mode. When persistent errors appear on your phone, tablet or other device. When it doesn't turn on completely or gets stuck on the start screen, usually with the manufacturer's logo.

  • When the system is infected with viruses.
  • Slow or slow.
  • Introducing bugs like apps that shut down on their own.
It's a way to make your phone, tablet, or other device run faster and easier by default, but it's not always as effective as a hard reset.

After a hard reset, you might be tempted to restore your Android from a backup. However, this should be done with great care - after all, perhaps the problem that caused the problem was in the previous settings or in one of the installed applications. Therefore, it is better not to risk it, but to configure the smartphone as new by entering the data of your google account. After that, contacts, mails, etc. will be synchronized with the smartphone. The necessary applications can be installed independently from PlayMarketa.

Fans of alternative firmware for Android should remember that a full reset does not affect the areas that are stored installed additional firmware. This means that any mods and changes in the software part of the operating system will not be deleted from the phone's memory. This fact should be taken into account if a full restoration is performed, for example, in order to return the gadget under warranty.

In addition, a full factory reset does not affect the contents of the memory card. You will have to delete information from it yourself. However, remember that any deletion with the "Delete" command is easily reversible, and in the case of confidential data, it is better to take care of the card additionally.

On any device running the Android operating system, there is a special one. Service specialists use it to test the operation of the smartphone and debug the installed software. An ordinary user uses Recovery services only in one case: when it is necessary to produce the phone to the factory state.

Such the operation is called Hard Reset and is used in the following situations:

  • it is impossible to restore the device's operability, disrupted by the installation of a new firmware or application, in other ways;
  • pre-sale preparation of the device is carried out.

note

A hard reboot completely removes all traces of user presence: contact database, message archive, all saved files and installed applications. Therefore, before doing a factory reset, you need to produce useful information through a cloud service or simply to an SD card.

Ways to activate Recovery mode

What do you think are the advantages of ordering a phone from China?

Before carrying out the Hard Reset procedure, you must also disconnect the battery for 30 seconds. After that, the launch of the Recovery mode is performed by simultaneously pressing several keys.

Different versions of the Android operating system installed on devices from different manufacturers provide for the use of certain combinations of buttons on the smartphone body. The most common options are the following combinations:

If the mode was activated correctly, the screen will display the inscription "Android Recovery" (or "Factory mode") and the corresponding menu below it. If pressing one of the key combinations did not lead to the desired result, turn off the phone and repeat the procedure again using the following key combination.

Problems of Chinese smartphones

Will be useful

On devices made in China, the Recovery menu is often displayed in Chinese. This creates additional difficulties for users, which, nevertheless, are quite surmountable.

First of all, we need to determine if Recovery mode is really running or if some debug information is simply displayed on the screen. To do this, we carefully look at the beginning of the first line. The first two characters-hieroglyphs are very similar to the combination of capital letters: Latin "I" with elongated horizontal upper and lower elements and Russian "Г". Therefore, if the text on the screen begins with "ІГ" - most likely, we have come to the right place.

The second evidence that it is the Recovery menu in front of you, albeit in Chinese, is presence in the seventh line of the Latin characters "ММС". These three letters end the text of the line.
