Good evening! I have such a problem: today I started to turn on my laptop (Lenovo, Windows 8.1, I bought it in March 2014), turned on, but did not respond to the mouse. Wherever I press - zero reaction. I rebooted it, booted, and when I turned it on, I had a password set. The window into which I enter the password was active, but there was no reaction to the keyboard (translation of the language and entering the password) and the mouse. I waited for a while, then rebooted again. On the third time - almost the same, but this time the language was translated, after about 10 minutes, and that's all. I reboot 4 times - with grief I waited for the download in half, it seemed to turn on, I decided to check for viruses with the utility from Doctor Web, but it needs to be downloaded every time - I clicked on the browser shortcut - I waited for about an hour, the browser did not open (I tried several times ), the circle was spinning and that's it. After that I reboot again, the "Recovery" blue screen drops out: to restore the system, select one of the options, if you do not know which option to choose, ask for help. (This screen was not from BIOS, not the same as it happens on a black background with white letters). Below there were 2 options - "Advanced recovery options" and "Restart computer". I chose to reboot. Again there was a very long reboot, it took a very long time to react to the translation of the language, to enter the password, with each reboot, a blue screen with the inscription "Wait" hung for a very long time, and at the same time the boot circle was spinning, then it was freezing. In general, I rebooted a lot of times. Once again, I rebooted, it seemed to turn on, it took a very long time to load, then the desktop and shortcuts were loaded for about 15 minutes ... After that I pressed the browser shortcut again, it did not open. After that, after 30-40 minutes, the desktop froze and a small window "Microsoft Windows - the program does not respond. Close or wait" dropped out (usually this drops out when some program freezes). I pressed "Close" - after about 5 minutes a blue screen just appeared, no shortcuts, no start line, only the mouse was visible. I reboot again, the "Recovery" blue screen appeared again - I clicked "Additional recovery options", there were 4 items to choose from: use Windows 8.1 further, use a disk or USB for recovery, use something else (I don't remember after so many manipulations ), and point 4 - turn off the computer. I chose "Use Windows 8.1 Next". I rebooted, waited until everything was loaded, everything was loaded with grief in half and the desktop was opened. Again I click on the browser shortcut, after which, after 10 minutes, the blue screen again dropped out without shortcuts and the Start line. After that I turned it off. (Each action - rebooting, translating the language, entering the password, loading after entering the password, loading the desktop, the appearance of shortcuts - took a very long time, from 15 minutes to an hour) Can you please tell me what it was? If your PC is already locked, install the program on a flash card from another computer, for example, from a friend's computer. Or you need to prepare such a USB stick in advance, just in case!

Download WinXP-based Disk and Disk Burning Utility, which are located on the left side of the column. This utility will correctly write the installation disk with the program to the USB flash drive.
The disk contains the program itself for removing the ransomware based on Windows XP (a small standalone OS), which will boot independently, regardless of your operating system (if you wish, you can choose to boot from the right column with the Win 8 image, but then the actions are our actions will be slightly different, read the instructions on the utility's website).
Also, download the topmost utility AntiSMS.exe, we will need it to restore the settings after infection. After downloading the disk image and utilities, be sure to insert the USB flash drive into your computer (it is advisable to remove all data from the USB flash drive, we will format it).
Then open the utility (it is advisable to download them in one folder). In the utility window, select the AntiSMS.iso image and click "Open".
Our program for writing an image to a flash card opens. The program will display our flash drive, its volume. If you have several USB drives inserted, select the one you need. Note "Format USB flash drive". Then "Grub4Dos".
If you have a Linux system, check Linux. Further, it remains for us to press "Start".
We have started the process of formatting the flash drive and writing the AntiSMS.iso image to it. After a few seconds, the procedure is completed, we will see a message.
From the inscription, it is clear to us that the procedure was successful and the flash card is ready to treat the computer from the SMS virus. We turn off the computer, the boot process begins.
After loading, we will see a desktop with Windows XP. Let's select a shortcut with a telephone receiver and we will start treating the computer. After the treatment, an inscription will appear on the desktop: "Now everything is fine, the hard drive is cured!".
After the treatment, you need to scan the PC with an antivirus.
Then, in the command line, you must enter msconfig and select "Normal startup" to enable autoloading back, but without pests.
If after the actions of the malicious program your Internet does not start, you need to launch AntiSMS and reset the settings.
To do this, click on the shortcut with our blue tube (the same top utility for restoring settings that we downloaded from the top of the site). After starting the program and select "Perform a full restore of settings" and press "Start".
