How to fill out a mail notice in accordance with all the rules? How to fill out a notice of Russian mail. Write on the back of the birth certificate? no passport yet

Receiving parcels, like sending them, is a pleasant, although a little troublesome business. Officials do not get tired of coming up with more and more new forms, forms for documentary confirmation of almost every action and event. There is also a strict set of rules for filling them out.

On the one hand, thanks to them for this - such a system protects against errors in sending and receiving valuable items. On the other hand, you will have to spend a little time and pay the necessary attention to the peculiarities of filling out a special postal form 22 - that is, notification of the receipt of a registered letter, parcel, etc.

What is it and what does it look like

If you are expecting a registered letter or parcel, whether from a bailiff, a relative or a sales agent, you will first receive a notification of its delivery to the appropriate post office. To pick up your parcel, you will need a passport, another document that can prove your identity. And a notice from the post office, f.22.

What is this paper? Recently, officials determined how the notification document for almost Russia in form 22 will look like. The document has two sides with so-called “torn” edges. Both sides must be completed.

The front one is filled in by an employee of the post office where the letter or parcel was issued. This can be done by hand, but most often it is filled in using a computer. What is indicated on this side:

  1. The date when the document was drawn up is in the upper right corner.
  2. In some cases, print.
  3. In the center - the addressee and his address.
  4. Then comes the description of the shipment - the name, declared value, weight, as well as the name of the sender.
  5. The "header" of the notification is its number, barcode and alphanumeric combination - these data are intended to organize the sender and recipient.

Also, a special window indicates where the letter or parcel is stored, when it can be picked up (days of the week and hours).

How to fill out the form on the back

This is done by the person receiving the package. In special columns you need to write:

  1. Passport data.
  2. Place of registration.
  3. Date of completion of the document upon receipt.

After filling in the form, the client's personal signature is put. By signing the form of notification of receipt of a valuable letter or parcel, the person simultaneously gives his consent to the processing of the provided data. The lines at the very bottom on the back of the document are filled in by the postal employee after the parcel is given to the recipient.

A notice from the Post is a receipt by which you can send or receive a parcel sent to your name and address. It consists of 2 parts:

Front side: it is filled in by the sender and indicates on it your name, address and brief characteristics of the cargo (weight and city of departure);
downside: you will have to fill it out.

Correct completion of the notice

In order to receive or send a parcel without any problems, do not forget to bring your passport with you - operators will also ask for it to make sure that you are you. Regardless of whether you are the sender or the recipient, you can view a sample notice right at the branch. Postal staff will also be able to help you if you encounter any difficulties. You need to fill out the notice carefully and without errors so that the parcel reaches the addressee without problems.

If you are sending a parcel, you will need to fill out the front side. On it you need to indicate:

Your last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence, nature of the cargo and category of shipment: a simple letter, a registered letter, a parcel post, a parcel, a transfer. The declared value (the amount you want to insure the package in case of loss) and cash on delivery (the amount that the recipient must pay you if it is a purchase) are also indicated. Remember: the higher the declared value, the higher the shipping cost will be, since the Post takes a small percentage for cargo insurance.
surname, name and patronymic, place of residence of the recipient. This column must be filled out especially carefully, otherwise the recipient will not be able to pick up the package. You need to indicate the address of the actual residence, as the notification itself will come to it.

If you received a package

If you need to receive a package, then wait for the notice and go with it to the post office address indicated on the front side - you don’t need anything else from the front side. Turn over the notice, open the passport and fill in the required lines: number, series of the passport, place and date of issue, address of the actual place of residence, date of receipt and sign with a transcript.

Secondary notification of a parcel or letter

In addition to the usual notice, there is a notice f 22- this is the so-called secondary notice, which is brought to you if you did not pick it up within a week after the parcel arrived at the department. It serves as a guarantee that you know about the package, it is filled out in the same way as usual.

How to fill out a notice of Russian mail. Write on the back of the birth certificate? no passport yet

  1. In fact, without a passport, you can, with a certificate. It is also an identity document.
  2. And I don’t have any form on the back of the notice, just a blank sheet, what should I do?
  3. If you are the recipient of the parcel, then the postman will first give you a notice of the postal item (Form 22 form). Upon receipt of the notice of departure, it must be filled out accordingly. You do not need to write anything on the front side. All this work was done by the sender. You only need to check the details of the recipient of the correspondence, that is, your data: last name, address along with the index, type of parcel (letter, notification, parcel, parcel or postal order). The following is information for postal workers: the number of the postal identifier or postal order. And just below, again, information for you, from which it is clear where the shipment came from, its value and weight are indicated.
    2

But the reverse side of the notification is intended directly for filling by the recipient. Here you need to indicate the name of the presented document proving your identity. Usually a passport is provided for these purposes. Further, in the appropriate columns, indicate its series, number, institution that issued the document, and the date of issue. In case of receipt of postal items and money transfers, additional fields of the notification form are filled in - registration, address or PO box. Do not forget to indicate the date of receipt of correspondence or parcels and your data: last name, first name, patronymic. Finish filling out the form with your own signature.
    3
If a letter or parcel is accompanied by a notice of delivery of the postal item, then in addition to the notice, you will have to fill out another form. It is needed when the sender wants to be sure that his package has reached the addressee. In the notification, the recipient (the addressee personally or his legal representative) must indicate to whom the shipment was delivered. If it was received by power of attorney, then in a special field you should enter the last name, first name, patronymic of the representative to whom the power of attorney was issued, and present an identity document. Then indicate the date and sign for receipt.
    4
If you are the sender, then on the front side of the notification, indicate the category and type of postal item by putting a sign in the appropriate box. Next, give your details: last name, first name, patronymic, indicate the address and category of the notification: Simple, Custom. On the reverse side, you need to fill in the columns where the type and category of the forwarded postal item must be determined; recipient's personal data and address.

Almost all residents of the country at least once in their lives received a notification from the postal service that a package had arrived. Such notices are sent by mail, that is, you can see them in your mailbox. What does this notice indicate? What needs to be done to receive the shipment declared in the notice? Can I refuse to receive a parcel? We will consider all these issues in this article, and also talk about how to fill out a mail notification - many people face the problem of correctly entering information.

What does the postal notice indicate?

The notification is sent to the recipient by the postal service in order to inform him that a parcel is waiting for him in the corresponding department. The formation of such a notification is made a maximum of the next day by the company's employees after the corresponding item has appeared on the shelves of the post office. On the front side of the form, the recipient's data and information about the parcel itself are recorded (the value declared by the sender and other parameters of the shipment, for example, the cost of delivery). How to deal with the information form?

Actions of the recipient after receiving the notification

After a person receives a notification of a parcel, he needs to do the following:

  • Make sure that the notification is really intended for him - on the front side of the form there is information about the recipient (name and address).
  • Fill out the form - the fields for the recipient are located on the back of the sheet; you can perform this simple task at home, or, directly, at the post office where you should receive the shipment (how to fill out the notice of the Russian post will be described later).
  • Go to the post office - the address and the period of work are indicated on the form itself, taking with you a passport (of the person in whose name the parcel was received) and a form.

How to fill out a postal notice?

The process of entering the recipient's data into the unified notification form (form No. 22) about the departure is quite simple, however, it causes a number of difficulties. Therefore, you should talk in more detail about how to fill out a postal notice in such a way that there are no claims against it from the postal service workers.

  • Only those fields that are located under the sentence "To be completed by the recipient" are subject to filling. This block with fields to fill in is located at the very top of the reverse side of the notification.
  • Only two lines are mandatory filled in, the rest are recorded only in some cases. We are talking about the information specified in the recipient's identity card - the first two lines must be filled in with data in any case: the name of the document, its unique identifiers (series, number, date of issue), as well as the name of the department that issued the passport (subdivisions also must be specified even though it is not indicated on the form).
  • The “registered” field is filled with data only if it is a money transfer or sending a notification about the need to receive a parcel at the place of work or study.
  • Also, at the bottom of the form, indicate the date when the parcel was accepted. This field does not need to be filled in in advance - if the postal employee notices that the date is not relevant, then questions may arise with the issuance of the parcel. Therefore, it is better to put down the date before going to the post office, if you are really sure that you will get there, or directly at the office. The signature on receipt should be affixed with the date.
  • The form must be completed in blue ink by hand. Letters should be as legible as possible. Otherwise, difficulties may arise.

Is it necessary to receive a parcel?

It is up to the person to whom it is intended to receive the shipment or not. After receiving the email notification, you can simply ignore it. At the same time, you should not be scared when, after a few days, a new form with the name “Secondary Notice” appears in the mailbox. It is identical in content: it contains the name “Post Notice”, number, information about the recipient, etc. If the second attempt to hand over the box intended to the recipient is unsuccessful, then the postal service initiates the return of the parcel to its sender for his own money. He, in turn, can also refuse the returned box. Then the fate of the parcel is decided - it will be sent to a special storage.

In addition, if the person whose name is written in the notice of departure is not going to receive it and does not care about how to fill out the mail notice, then you can also contact the department where this box is located and officially refuse to receive it.

Conclusion

In this article, we examined a very popular question about how to fill out a Russian mail notice. Every day, many people in our country have to deal with it. In order to freely receive the long-awaited parcel in the mail, it is enough to follow the simple recommendations listed in the current article.

AT recent times more and more people are faced with the unscrupulous work of the Russian Post in the delivery and delivery of mail. Let's figure out how to properly receive mail - parcels, letters, transfers, etc. according to the notification sent to your postal address.

This article answers your questions: notice, filling out notices, mail notice, a notice came, how to fill out a notice, notice f. 22, notice registered letter, Russian post notice, notice of parcel, form 22 notice, notice from the post office, notice transfer, secondary notice, how to fill out the notice correctly, an example of filling out a notice, mail notice form 22, notice of receipt of a letter, mail notice sample , filling out a mail notice, a notice came to the post office, a notice of the parcel does not come, mail notice f. 22, notification f22, notification form f. 22, postal notice of parcel.

All postal operators provide users with postal services on the terms of the contract. An agreement on the provision of postal services concluded with individuals is a public agreement. Relations between users of the service and telecom operators are regulated by the Civil Code, the Law “On Communications”, the Law “On Postal Communications” and other laws and regulations.

So, you have received a mail notice in form 22. Sometimes this notice is filled out on a letterhead of the post office, sometimes it is ready to be torn off from the parcel and sent to you at the postal address indicated on the parcel.

Here's what the front of the notice looks like:

The most important fields are here:

  • to whom (must include at least your first and last name),
  • type of departure (and a set of boxes to indicate the type of departure),
  • weight (how many kg and how many grams),
  • the amount of cash on delivery (if the parcel was sent cash on delivery).

Sending notice and secondary notice

The postal notice is sent to your mailbox at the address indicated on the package. In this case, you must come to the post office indicated in the notice in order to receive your parcel. If this is not done within 5 business days, then by law the postal operator is obliged to send you a secondary notice, but already against receipt of delivery.

Quote from Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 221 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of postal services”:

35. …
If the addressee does not appear for the postal item and postal order within 5 working days after the delivery of the primary notice, a secondary notice is delivered to him and handed against receipt.

Please note that if you signed for the delivery of a secondary notice, then after that you will have to pay for each day of storage of the parcel. This is stated in the same ruling.

In practice, post offices send secondary notices without receipt of delivery (they simply throw them in the mailbox). They can do this 2-3 days after sending the first notice. Can send multiple times. They can only send a secondary notice. In short, they violate the law, and after such secondary notifications, the postal operator has no right to take money for storage.

In total, items are stored in the mail for 1 month. If not claimed, then sent back. Excuse me.

Receiving a parcel by mail by notification

When you arrive at the post office with a notice, you will be asked to fill in the reverse side - passport, series and number issued by whom, date of issue, place of registration, and you will also be asked to fill in the date of receipt of the parcel and sign opposite the column - “The postal item indicated on the front side of the notice, with the correct weight, serviceable sheath, seals, bandage, postal order received ". Logically, it can be assumed that the date and signature should be put here only after the item has been received. But, it has been empirically proven that postal workers will rest against their horns, forcing you to put a date and signature first, and may not even want to just show you your package without these actions. This is a gross violation of postal rules and civil code.

A quote from the current "Post Rules" (adopted by the Council of Heads of Administrations of Communications of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications on April 22, 1992) (as amended on November 14, 1992) (all further quotations in this article will be from the same document):

215. The communication worker must weigh the parcel in the presence of the addressee and issue it together with the address for the parcel, and in appropriate cases, receive from the addressee a fee for the storage, return or resending of the parcel. With his receipt, the addressee confirms the receipt of the parcel, the conformity of its mass, the serviceability of the packaging, seals and bandages. The employee who issued the parcel signs the notice, which remains at the communication enterprise.

From this paragraph, we can conclude about the sequence of actions when documenting the receipt of the parcel. Those. first “feel it in your hands”, check the weight, take it for yourself, only after that put the date and signature.

According to the Civil Code, with his signature, a person confirms the fact of the proper provision of the service. The postal worker is obliged to check everything (provide the service to the end). If the service is not provided, then it is impossible to sign for it, especially in such a wording.

What is it for

With these actions, you can get postal workers and people of “Soviet temper” in line out of yourself, but thereby protect yourself from receiving a damaged package, or a package from which part of the attachment was stolen.

If the parcel has a holistic appearance, and the weight after weighing is the same, then take the parcel in your hands, then put the date of receipt and your signature in the notice.

217. Parcels sealed by the sender, if the shell, bandage and seal are intact, and the mass corresponds to the issue, are not opened.

Shipments with a description of the attachment

If the parcel is sent with a list of attachments, then it must be opened and checked by mail.

216. When issuing parcels with a list of attachments, they are opened in the presence of the recipient. The opening is carried out so that the seals are not damaged. Parcels are issued to the addressees after checking the attachment with the records in the inventory.

If, upon opening the parcel, a shortage is found, damage to the attachment or the absence of an inventory f. 107, then the communication enterprise draws up an act f. 51, which is also signed by the addressee. The parcel is issued to the addressee along with a copy of the act. The act serves as the basis for the payment of compensation and departmental verification. The packaging of the parcel remains at the communications company as material evidence. Parcels with a description of the contents can be issued without opening, if the recipient makes a note about this on the notice. In this case, the communication company shall not be held liable for the subsequent shortage or damage to the investment.

Parcel damage or weight mismatch

If an ordinary parcel (without an attachment description) was delivered to you damaged, open (without an act), or if the weight does not match, then the algorithm of actions is as follows.

219. Parcels with a missing mass, with a damaged (soaked) shell, are opened upon issuance and, based on the results, an act f. 51, which, except for communications workers, is signed by the addressee. A copy of the act is issued to the addressee along with the attachment, and other copies of the act, together with the parcel shell, remain at the communication enterprise to check the reasons for the lack of mass, replacement or damage (damage) to the attachment.

When, upon opening the parcel, the attachment, at the request of the addressee, is intact, the act is not drawn up, the addressee makes a note on the notice “I have no claims” and is certified by a signature. The same mark on the notice is made if the addressee refuses to open the parcel.

Parcels received with acts are issued in the manner established for valuable letters and parcels received with acts. If upon admission with the act f. 51 of a soaked parcel after it is opened, damage (damage) to the investment is confirmed, then the sender or addressee is paid material compensation in accordance with the current rules. At the same time, an investigation is carried out in order to identify those responsible for the damage (damage) to the investment and bring a claim against them to recover the amount of the compensation paid.

Uff. Not tired? As you can see, if it turns out that the investment is whole, then the act can not be drawn up. Otherwise required. This will be your proof in further communication with the sender, or by mail.

If the parcel is sent with cash on delivery:

359. …
A valuable cash on delivery package in a polyethylene sheath is opened in the presence of the recipient, a cash on delivery transfer is extracted from it, which is checked and, if necessary, executed as indicated in this article.

The polyethylene shell is a transparent film where the cash on delivery transfer form is placed (under it). The package itself is not opened, of course. Although it can be interpreted in two ways, it seems that no one has yet opened the parcels so simply (suddenly you ordered intimate goods).

When to pay for a parcel sent with cash on delivery?

First, inspect the parcel (integrity, weight), if there is an inventory of the attachment - opening and checking, only then pay the cash on delivery and the fee for transferring money to the mail. And only after that - put the date and signature on the notice. If the package is damaged, or the weight does not match - an opening, an act (if necessary), while the amount of cash on delivery before opening is not charged.

360. Postal items with cash on delivery are issued to addressees after receiving the full amount of cash on delivery. At the address communication enterprise, in the event of a discrepancy in the mass of the postal item, as well as a malfunction of the shell, bandage, seals, tape that created access to the attachment, or when, by external signs, damage or damage to the attachment can be assumed, an act f. 51 and the amount of cash on delivery before opening the postal item is not collected from the addressee.

If, when checking the attachment, it turns out to be intact and corresponds to the invoice (inventory), an autopsy report is not drawn up. The amount of cash on delivery is collected from the addressee, and the postal item is issued in the prescribed manner.

Upon detection of a shortage, replacement, complete or partial damage to the investment, an act is drawn up. At the act, the postal item is returned to the place of submission in a direct insurance bag for delivery to the sender and investigation.
