How to write your own launcher for android. How to create a simple Android Launcher

Modern operating systems have a kernel, a set of software components, and a graphical shell, also called an interface. In some operating systems, the graphical interface, also called GUI, is given special attention, for example, for the popular Android mobile system, several dozen such skins have been created that can be changed as easily as themes in Windows.

What is a launcher on an Android phone and what is it for

On Android, the graphical shell is called the launcher. In other words, a launcher for Android is a collection of graphic elements used to launch applications and inform the user. This includes a desktop with icons, quick on / off buttons for basic functions, and a clock. And also launcher is a program for Android, which is part of the firmware. By the way, several launchers can be installed on one smartphone, and you can switch between them by pressing one button.

Unlike Windows themes, Android launchers aren't just for decoration. In addition to changing the boring interface, these programs are able to expand the functionality of the operating system by adding widgets, reorganize the desktop, and provide faster and more convenient access to the most frequently used applications. There are also lightweight launchers that reduce the device's consumption of RAM resources and thereby speed up its operation.

How to find and install Launcher

Where and how to download Launcher? Like other applications, such programs are distributed via. You can find them by query "launcher" or "launcher". They are installed in the classic way, the only difference is that the first time you start you will need to make basic settings, for example, the popular Nova launcher offers to choose a theme, style of the application menu and how to open this menu.

There are free launchers, there are paid ones, everyone chooses what he needs for himself. You can also find and download launchers from numerous sites dedicated to android-topics. On third-party resources, applications are available mainly in the form of APK files that are installed through the standard Explorer.

Popular launchers for Android

You know what a launcher is, you know where you can download it. There are more than enough third-party skins for Android, but not all of them are good. We recommend installing only proven and well-proven applications, for example, these ones.

One of the most functional and popular launchers developed by Microsoft. Includes acceleration widget, wallpaper, icon and theme pack, allows customization of personalization, search, gesture control, supports backing up application settings. An important advantage of this launcher is the synchronization of data with all devices that use a Microsoft account, as well as quick access to Microsoft Office applications and documents.

A simple, lightweight and convenient launcher from the developer TeslaCoil Software, slightly inferior in terms of functionality to Microsoft Launcher. The application supports customization and backup of desktop settings, application menus and favorites bar, you can customize the appearance of folders and icons, animation settings, transparency, colors and gesture control. The program includes a Google search bar and an application organizer. It is also worth noting the possibility of arbitrary placement of icons on the desktop using the screen grid. Differs in high productivity.

Original skin using 3D concept. TSF Launcher 3D Shell cannot boast of special functionality; the developers decided to focus on visualization in this application. All user actions are accompanied by amazingly beautiful animation effects that can be customized according to their own preferences. The application supports switching between 10 screen layouts, using a dock bar, branded widgets, customizing gestures, and editing icons.

Removing the launcher from Android

Now a few words about how to remove the launcher from Android. There is nothing difficult in this - the graphical shell is removed like a normal program from the All Applications menu. Before uninstalling, it is advisable to clear the cache and delete application data, just in case if its folders suddenly remain in the device's file system. Sometimes you may need to restart your smartphone, but usually after removing the third-party launcher, the default interface used in the firmware is restored automatically.

How to change Launcher

As already mentioned, several graphic shells can be installed on one device. If one becomes boring, it can be easily replaced with another without deleting it. To change the launcher on Android, you need to go to the application management, select (open properties) the unnecessary launcher and click the "Delete default settings" button. If the button suddenly turns out to be inactive, click "Erase Data" and start another launcher from the desktop.

Launcher 3 on Android and common errors with it

Each time you switch to another shell, the system prompts you to select a launcher that will be used by default, and Launcher 3 will probably be present in the list. What is this program for Android and where does it come from? Launcher 3 is a preinstalled graphical shell used as the main one in many Chinese-made smartphones. Launcher 3 can also be installed separately from Google Play. It is simple, convenient and undemanding to system resources, however, like all applications, it is not immune from failures and errors.

In particular, for this version of the standard launcher, an error is very typical, as a result of which part of the shell's functionality becomes unavailable, and a corresponding notification is displayed on the desktop. So, there was an error in the launcher 3 app, what should I do in this case? Since the failure is most often temporary, you can restore normal desktop operation by forcibly restarting the device. If the error appears regularly, take the following measures.

Clearing the cache

First, try clearing your cache. You can find the launcher in the Application Management section by going to the "All" category. Please note that the program may appear under the names Launcher, Trebuchet, or Desktop. Clear your cache and watch the application work. If this is successful, delete the default settings and erase the data as an additional measure.

Removing conflicting software or replacing Launcher 3

If the error began to appear after installing third-party applications, uninstall them and clean the device's file system from their remnants. You can also uninstall and reinstall the launcher itself. If the error persists, install Launcher 3 by developer Jason Kung, launch it, and then disable the problematic built-in launcher. Alternatively, you can choose any other third party shell.

Factory reset

As well as flashing, a hard reset is an extreme option for how to fix the launcher error 3 on Android. It helps in almost all cases, but it makes sense to resort to it only in cases where other methods do not help, and replacing the built-in shell with a third-party one is unacceptable. Since all installed applications, contacts and settings will be lost during the reset, be sure to back up all your data.

The standard look of the Android desktop and icons, you see, is not very attractive. Sometimes this dull monotony is so annoying that thoughts about buying a new smartphone come into my head. But why do we need extra spending if Android provides the ability to change the interface design to our liking? Moreover, at least every 5 minutes and completely free of charge or for a small, quite affordable amount. How? Installing the launcher (launcher).

Launcher for Android Is more than just a skin or theme. It is an opportunity to personalize your device's working environment. Launchers change the appearance of icons, buttons, panels and menus; complement the interface with widgets (weather, music, news, quick access to applications, etc.); give you the opportunity to experiment with colors, fonts, special effects, appearance and arrangement of elements. In a word, they provide a wide scope for creativity. If the launcher is selected correctly, it has almost no effect on system performance and does not increase battery consumption.

Unlike Windows and iOS, several launchers can coexist on Android, which can be switched at the touch of a button.

Why do you need to change the graphical shell of the system? Here are the reasons why seasoned users do it:

  • Accelerate device loading and responsiveness. Some lightweight Android launchers are faster than standard ones.
  • Organization of the workspace for personal needs: hiding unnecessary elements, pulling out the necessary ones to the surface, etc.
  • Expansion of functions.
  • Imitation of the familiar interface of other operating systems.
  • Change the annoying look on the screen.

How to install and uninstall the launcher

Downloading and installing the launcher on Android is no different from installing other applications: open the Google Play Store, enter the word “launcher” in the search bar, read the description of the programs and click the “Install” button next to the one you like.

After the installation is complete, the system will prompt you to choose which shell to load - new or standard.

For the first acquaintance, it is better to click the "Only now" button. You can make the final choice later.

How to use Android launcher and is it difficult? It may be unusual at first, but in general, alternative casings are simple and convenient to use. They are used in the same way as the standard ones.

Removing a third-party launcher is also easy: run the settings utility, find the "Device" and "Home screen" sections. Tap the standard shell icon.

Next, drag the launcher icon to the trash can or go to the settings section, where all installed applications are located, open the "Third-Party" tab and find it in the list. Open properties ("About Application") and click "Uninstall".

How to choose a launcher for your phone

Most of the alternative skins are compatible with different smartphones and tablets, but some are designed for a limited range of models, for example, one of the Samsung lineup. They are more or less demanding on hardware resources. So, a launcher with a lot of visual effects can put a load on memory and processor no worse than any game. What does it mean? If the device is already not very powerful, it will slow down even more.

In general, choosing the best launcher for your "mobile friend" can only be experimentally, because until you test it yourself, you will not appreciate it. You might like some of the following.

3 popular skins for Android

It is customary to scold Microsoft products, but the launcher for Android turned out to be extremely successful for them.

It includes:

  • Search bar on the desktop.
  • Customizable quick access ribbon for calendar, events, recent activities, frequently used apps, contacts, and more.
  • Desktop wallpaper in the form of a slideshow.
  • Shortcut button for M $ Office applications and documents. Synchronize data across all devices with an active Microsoft account.
  • Customize gesture controls.
  • Acceleration widget.
  • Flexible personalization settings, transparency effects and much more.

The program works quickly and stably, but if you use all the visual special effects (transparency, slideshows, etc.), the screen response slows down significantly.

Yandex.Loncher with Alice

A feature of this shell is the built-in voice assistant Alice, as well as branded "chips" such as Yandex Zen advisor and application search by icon color.

Other Yandex.Loncher features:

  • Support for weak devices (low resource load).
  • Organizer of applications with the function of sorting by categories - games, work, communication, etc.
  • Screen grid (for adjusting the number of icons on the desktop).
  • Several design styles with the ability to download additional ones.
  • Smart folders. A folder is a full-fledged desktop with its own background, widgets, etc.
  • Stylish clock and weather widget.
  • Event notifications.
  • A quick web search window that opens when you swipe down on the screen.
  • App recommendations based on analysis of your searches and installed programs.
  • Additional desktops.

Compared to Microsoft, Yandex.Loncher seems too overloaded, but users quickly get used to it and find this redundancy even convenient.

Nova Launcher is the latest in the top three alternative skins for Android. Available in free and paid versions (300 rubles). The latter unlocked the function of gesture control, grouping and hiding applications, effects when scrolling the screen and a few more not the most important options.

Other features and capabilities of Nova Launcher:

  • Outstanding performance.
  • A wealth of customization options.
  • Creation of custom elements and effects.
  • Screen grid for custom placement of icons.
  • Organizer of applications.
  • Vertical and horizontal scrolling of pages, circular scrolling of the desktop.
  • Google search bar and more.

Perhaps this is one of the fastest and most stable launchers that we have ever seen. It is appreciated for its convenience, flexibility and the ability to make your device truly personal.

The MIUI project is a great example of China's technological triumph and the ways in which it is achieved. Starting as a makeshift firmware for the androids assembled in the workshop of "Uncle Liao", it gradually not only reborn into one of the most functional and aesthetically perfect software assemblies, but also served as the basis for the release of an excellent line of devices that is quite capable of competing with global brands.

Today MIUI is a full-fledged ecosystem with its own devices, firmware, app store and even its own internal currency. Unfortunately, this system is largely closed to us and is aimed primarily at Chinese users. However, looking inside is still possible and quite simple. This article will talk about a launcher that will change your phone beyond recognition.

I want to immediately ask those for whom customizing the user interface seems like an empty exercise and who write about "whistles and fakes", not to waste time. This article is not for you.

MiHome Launcher is available for download on Google Play and does not require flashing or even superuser rights. It is installed as a normal program, and then in the system settings you must set it as the default for the home screen. After that, you will see a rather nice interface consisting of several desktops. The first feature that catches your eye is the absence of a separate screen with a list of all installed programs. Shortcuts for all applications are located on different desktops, and you just have to sort them into folders.

Folders open in full screen and can contain subfolders with shortcuts to applications. All icons have been carefully redrawn and are an example of icon-making. By the way, MIUI can show the number of missed calls and unread messages on the icons. The same information is displayed on the lock screen, which looks very cool.

In the screenshots above, you can see the lock screen at rest and when the unlock button is activated. With it, you can go directly to messages, calls, camera, or just to the home screen. You can also read several lines of the missed SMS right there.

The settings are accessed using the Menu button and allows you to open both the system options of your phone and the display settings of the MiHome Launcher. I must say right away that you won't have to deal with them for a long time, since there are not so many functions and they are all perfectly understandable.

To switch between running applications, a special panel is used at the bottom, which appears when you swipe your finger from bottom to top. There is also a button for clearing the RAM, which is quite convenient when launching large programs.

As you can see, MIUI looks very cool in the above screenshots. Now forget everything you just saw, because it doesn't matter. The fact is that for this shell there are hundreds, maybe thousands of different themes, including a thematic set of wallpapers, lock screens, icons, widgets, and so on. And many of them make a really impressive impression. Most, however, are paid, but in the free access there is enough for every taste.

In this review, we got to know the main features of MiHome Launcher. It's time to try to answer the question of who can use it. If you are a lover of everything new, you can spend hours poking around in the settings and firmware, then this launcher is for you. If you are an esthete and want your phone to really stand out among the same building blocks, then you will find rest for your sophisticated soul here. If you bought a phone for your girlfriend, then the kawaii pink themes of this launcher will make an unforgettable impression on her. Finally, if you're just bored, you can try this launcher out of curiosity. Fortunately, it is free, installed without any problems and removed just as quickly.

As for me, MiHome Launcher piqued my curiosity so much that I went looking for a full MIUI firmware for my phone.

From the article you will learn

The launcher is the main screen of your smartphone. It is from it that all basic user actions take place, such as launching applications, deleting and sorting them. Thanks to a well-chosen launcher, you can not only quickly launch the necessary programs, but also conveniently delete them, clear the cache, find out the weather, account status, SMS and other information directly from the main screen without having to open a third-party application.

List of applications considered

In this article, we will look at the best launchers and figure out which one to choose for your Android smartphone.

Here's a list:

  • ADW 2;
  • N Launcher - Nougat 7.0, Google Start;
  • Additional launchers (Computer Launcher, Win 10, Smart Launcher 3).

What can launchers do?

The first thing the launcher needs to do is launch applications. But this is the most primitive ability. It is worth downloading third-party software for the sake of additional functions, consisting in the convenience and decoration of the device's screen.

Through almost every mentioned launcher in our article, you can remove it by long pressing on the application icon, hide it from the desktop, see detailed information in the settings, change the name and icon. It is also possible to conveniently sort everything on a smartphone, change the location of shortcuts, resize and hide unnecessary ones.

For many users, the appearance of the screen is important. At this point, third-party launchers often win, as their functionality is more advanced. They allow you to change the animation of swiping, opening folders and the list of all applications, launching, and so on.

Also, in the settings, the color scheme of the entire interface is set and other beautiful buns are made. This is already an individual matter, because the launchers are very different, both in functionality and appearance.

How is the installation procedure going?

Before choosing a launcher, let's figure out how to install it. Any of the listed launchers can be easily downloaded from the official Play Market (or Google Play) app store for free. And some of the programs have a paid version without ads or with advanced functionality (this will be specified during the review).

  1. Download the launcher and open it.
  2. He will ask you to set it as the default desktop. To do this, in the menu that appears, select the launcher, then the "Always" button (the button may have a different name depending on the firmware and version).
  3. Now, when you open the main screen, this application will appear, and not the usual standard one.

But what if the user didn’t like the design or functionality of such an application or there were some difficulties? To do this, you can do the following:

  • Install another launcher and set it as the default desktop in the same way as you installed this one;
  • Delete the program in the settings ("Settings" - "Applications" - "The launcher itself" - "Delete");
  • Open the launcher in the official store and uninstall it via the Market;
  • Reassign the default desktop in the settings ("Settings" - "Home screen" (it may be called differently depending on the version of the Android system) - select another launcher or delete this one by clicking on the "trash can" icon).

Each action will not harm the device in any way, even with root access, so do not be afraid to experiment. You can open the settings at any time through the status bar (curtain on top) and delete the launcher.

In general, all the launchers we have chosen are stable and there should be no problems with them.

Which to choose?

Choosing is a difficult task. It is worth taking this with full responsibility, because everything in a smartphone starts from the start screen, and if it is not as ideal as we would like, the use will spoil the experience a little.

When choosing, first of all, they pay attention to the performance and autonomy of the smartphone. If you think you have enough memory and performance, then you can install heavy launchers with a lot of animations and functions. They consume a lot of memory, both RAM and permanent, and they can also affect the battery (not much, but they can). Therefore, think about what is more important to you: saving resources or a beautiful view?

If you want to shoot two birds with one stone, then take Nova, N, Google or Evie - these are relatively economical, cute and multifunctional launchers. ADW and TSF are more demanding, but from this they have their own chips.

Try to download all the launchers you like and test them one by one for speed and convenience.

For maximum savings, try Apex Launcher, LauncherPro, Mini Launcher or Nano Launcher, they are scarce in features compared to the competition, but very economical.

One of the most interesting launchers at the moment. There is both a free version and a paid one. The free one does not have some functions, but in general, the version is very interesting, moreover, it does not have ads, so you do not need to buy the full one.

Nova is the progenitor of standard launchers from Google. This is actually a copy of the interface from pure Android devices.

The main screen is presented in the form of folders and icons, at the bottom there is a menu of all applications launched through a shortcut or by swiping from bottom to top. The folders do not open completely, but only to the area required to display the content.

By long pressing the application icon, you can quickly delete it, open it in the settings, change the name and icon in the launcher.

Nova also supports gestures to which you can assign anything. There are many gestures, ranging from simple swipes up or down to swipes and two-finger gestures (available in the paid version only).

Nova Launcher is interesting for its features, appearance and autonomy. It looks very nice, is deeply customizable and does not require a huge amount of smartphone resources.

Almost everything can be configured in the launcher, or rather:

  • Number of dots on the desktop and application menu;
  • Icon size;
  • Font, font size, color of application names on the desktop, in folders and application menus separately;
  • Size and position of widgets;
  • Color and transparency of the application menu, folders and background of the dock bar;
  • Disable and deep customization of the dock bar (pages, number of icons, background, signatures, color, transparency);
  • The way all applications are displayed: all together, by folders or departments;
  • Hide the app completely from the launcher;
  • Quick access to the application via swipe on the shortcut of another application or folder.

The launcher has the ability to deeply customize icons and activate icon packs. For each application, you can substitute any icon from any icon pack or, if you wish, create your own and take it from the explorer. In the personalization settings there is a function that activates one pack for all icons in the launcher and, when a new application appears, immediately adjusts its icon to the general standard.

3D launcher with many effects and wide functionality. One of the most demanding not only from our list, but in general. All resources are spent on the elaboration of each 3D animation.

For the owner of a rather powerful smartphone, TSF will be an excellent replacement for the standard shell. In terms of functionality, there is nothing special. In it, you can change the page layout, icons, label names, the number of rows and columns, this is no longer surprising.

Folders open in an interesting way like a fan. When pressed, a smooth animation occurs, in which the underlay of the folder goes down, and all applications fly out of it. When scrolling through the icons, they return under the substrate, then jump out of it. The folder itself opens full screen with background blur, this takes longer than usual and sometimes you have to wait about a second before opening the application.

The same situation is with the menu of all applications, which, by the way, exists, but is not particularly configurable. The menu contains a filter, a grid, and that's enough. It opens under various animations, which can be viewed in the settings for a long tap on an empty space on the desktop.

Widgets are interesting features in the launcher. They are perfectly animated and very user-friendly. For example, a calendar widget looks like a ball, on each side of which there is information about the date and time. Through these widgets, you can control gestures and taps, which makes them a lot of functional. Even if the widgets are not used, they play nicely, move and change colors. Everything looks nice.

A long press on the icon brings up a direct or rounded menu with background blur. It has all the standard features: delete, hide, rename, and so on. In the settings, you can change the animation of the icon when you click on it and hold it. There is as a simple distance, zoom in or selection, and distortion, blur, and so on.

Nice launcher as an alternative to Nova. Go, unlike others like him, has a unique style. It is not copied from the Android system, but is made in its own way, with its own icons, colors and animations.

At first glance, it may seem that it is no worse than others in terms of the number of settings, but in fact, Go is not as configurable as others. In the settings, the developers have added the necessary items by the type of grid, the size of the icons, and the like. But, alas, in this launcher you cannot customize the icon pack and the arrangement of icons and widgets on such a large scale. But this does not mean that the launcher is really bad, just for the most inveterate perfectionists, some nuances that cannot be changed can become a problem.

The launcher is adapted for most users. Initially, it is already normally configured and you can use it without any problems, and if necessary, correct some points.

All icons are adjusted to the general style. They receive an oval-shaped substrate with rounded edges and bulging walls. These unique icons are very cute and quirky, and there is no rudeness in them. The animations and blur effects are well done, and there are not many of them. Folders, application menus and settings crash out smoothly with various spinning effects.

Folders open to full screen with strong background blur. The animation is smooth, but fast and does not make you wait long before launching the application. After a long tap or pressing the menu button, a slide-out panel opens from the bottom, through which you can open the smartphone settings or the launcher, launch all sorts of built-in services, which you can read about below.

In the settings, everything is divided into items such as desktop, folder, all applications, notifications, gestures, and so on. There are enough gestures in the launcher, there are the usual up, down, double tap and unusual ones like rotation or gesture with two fingers.

The launcher has various services that refer to the launcher itself indirectly. It is not necessary to install them. They are available in the menu by a long tap on the desktop. Among them there are such functions as clearing memory through a floating button, locking applications with a password, automatic wallpaper change and an online wallpaper catalog.

Multifunctional launcher, very similar to Nova. These are brothers that evolved from the standard launchers in Android systems from version 4.4 and higher.

In ADW 2 there are a few innovations in contrast to Nova, but some are lost. For example, you cannot sort the list of all applications into individual folders. This is done using the lists, which can be opened by swiping from the left edge. A panel appears in which you can select a list containing all applications placed in it. It's not as convenient as the folders in Nova.

On the other hand, ADW 2 has more animation settings and a more sophisticated desktop customization system, which is done directly in the menu by a long tap. Before starting to use, the launcher will offer to choose the style of everything, where you can give preference to a specific version of Android. From the choice of the version, nothing will change much, but still it is important. There are the following Android styles in total: 4.4 KitKat, 5.0 Lollipop, 6.0 Marshmallow and 7.0 Nougat. In the future, there will definitely be versions from more modern android launchers. The animations have not increased much, but everything is exactly pleasant.

Also in ADV, you can control widgets, they are all collected in a convenient menu, from which they are sorted by application and size. Each application on the desktop can be assigned not only a swipe up, but also down, which is very convenient for fans of minimalistic launchers with just a couple of icons on the main screen.

In general, they do not differ much, ADW is interesting with animations, widgets and gestures, at the same time, Nova is convenient in sorting and economy of resources. Yes, ADW definitely has a problem with this, since in this situation it requires a little more resources than is usually needed for a launcher.

A simple, uncomplicated, but interesting launcher that completely copies the start screen from IOS versions 7-8. It is very similar to the original, but still has a couple of differences for more convenient use. For example, a long tap on the icon opens the usual menu with the ability to delete the application, look about it in the settings or rename it, and when you long press on an empty space, a menu appears with the launcher settings and the system settings shortcut, as in the standard Android. And so everything is like the Apple smartphone. There are large oval icons, branded wallpapers and the absence of a list of all applications.

In the settings, by the way, you can hide some programs. Then, to display them, you will have to go into the settings again.

Also, the launcher does not support widgets.

Folders, like on IOS, open completely with a nice scaling of the wallpaper to the insides of the folder. There are problems with displaying the folder name, it disappears on the desktop, and then appears under an already open folder, but this is not particularly noticeable.

Another simple but extremely interesting launcher. It is based on simplicity, minimalism and attractiveness. Despite the small amount of consumed resources, Evie looks very attractive and has the most necessary functions.

In the settings, you can change the desktop grid, install the icon pack, configure a small number of gestures, and that's all. Folders open in full screen without any other effects. Everything is simple and elegant.

In the menu of all applications, sorting occurs alphabetically. On the one hand, letters, on the other, applications. In general, all this is easily configured in the same menu through a special button in the corner of the screen.

With a long tap on the icon, you can delete the application, hide it or open it in the settings. Folders are sorted automatically, but you can do it manually by moving applications after a long press.

The launcher has an automatic sorting of all content into folders on the desktop. So applications are divided into games, browsers, editors, players, and so on.

Evie is perfect for lovers of simple launchers with good functionality. It is one of the most economical launchers in terms of consumption / function.

N Launcher - Nougat 7.0 and Google Start

Relatively simple, but quite functional launchers that completely copy the interface from Android version 7.0 - Nougat.

N Launcher and Google Start are almost the same, since they are the standard launcher on Android version 7. It's up to you to choose between them, we just give advertising to these programs, so to speak. Both are great alternatives to Nova or ADW 2, which require fewer resources, but look exactly the same.

N Launcher and Google Start are very stingy with settings in comparison with others. There are already standard functions for Android launchers in the form of adjusting the grid and size of icons, changing the scale of widgets and changing the color of folders / application menus.

In terms of settings, N and Start will not please you with anything, even in gestures everything is standard: up, down, double tap, two-finger swipes and circular movements, there is not even two-finger approach and distance.

But why is it worth downloading any of these launchers? They are much more energy efficient and more stable than any other launcher, because they were made for pure Android. They look no worse, and the management of applications through a long tap on their shortcuts is present, there is also a convenient widget menu.

So N and Google Start are very good if you don't want to set up the launcher for a long time, but you just need to download and start daily use.

Additional launchers (Computer Launcher, Win 10, Smart Launcher 3)

In the review, I would like to mention other launchers that are not at all similar to the average Android device desktop. We will tell you only in brief, your task is to download and try, if you are interested in the short description.

  • Computer Launcher. A launcher similar to a full-fledged Windows 10. It has standard icons from a dozen, a start menu with shortcuts fixed in it, and even a basket. When you open File Explorer, it sits on top of the desktop rather than opening full screen. In general, a rather unusual launcher for a smartphone.
  • Win 10. Another copy of Microsoft's works, only now in mobile processing. This is a full-fledged launcher as on the already dead Windows Phone. Only he with his own characteristics. It allows you to customize the color, background and even add wallpaper, so go for tile lovers instead of icons.
  • Smart Launcher 3. An unusual launcher, in which all icons are arranged in a circular manner in the center of the screen. It is not particularly different, just all the applications to launch are in the center of the screen and are located in a circle.
