Of course, all these conditional "clones" of the iPhone run Android and besides the appearance of the Apple smartphone nothing else is copied. In practice, it is possible to make an interface completely copying iOS (with restrictions, of course), but well-known manufacturers still do not stoop to such a step. Preferring to distract buyers' attention from the similarity to the iPhone with all sorts of marketing and advertising moves. But you can't throw words out of the song - by a funny (albeit logical) coincidence, all companies that have released such smartphones are of Chinese origin. Isn't that why, by the way, their successes in the global market have become so significant? - If anyone does not know, then the top five largest smartphone manufacturers are now closed by Lenovo, Huawei and Xiaomi. Therefore, the word "Chinese" as applied to a phone manufacturer can be safely classified today as having lost its ironic meaning.
Huawei p6
The first of the large companies to openly borrow Apple's design was Huawei with its Huawei Ascend P6 smartphone. Now on sale it is easier to meet its heir - the Huawei Ascend P7 model. Their design is also reminiscent of the iPhone 5. And although the device does not have a recognizable button on the front panel, its design is difficult to confuse with anything else.
Lenovo S90
Looking at this whole thing, Lenovo also did not stay away from an important design trend and released its Lenovo S90 smartphone, which looks like the new iPhone 6. Ironically (I am far from thinking of connecting these two facts directly), simultaneously with the release of this model, Lenovo took the third place in the world table of ranks of smartphone manufacturers.
Xiaomi Mi4
At first glance, an inexperienced eye may not be able to draw a parallel between the design of the iPhone Xiaomi Mi4, but you can't fool us on the chaff - just look at the ends of the device to find not just a similarity, but the very borrowing of the design. Of course, we have nothing against such a "designer find", but you can't hide an sewn in a sack.
Meizu MX4
If in previous cases you can still talk about some kind of "accidents", "creative rethinking" (or I also like a win-win - I didn't figure it out and "it seemed to me"), then Meizu acted just like handsome, making the front panel of their Meizu MX4 is as similar as possible (up to the exact copying of the color scheme) on the iPhone 6. Even the hardware key was made round. And look at the sidewalls - well, isn't it worthy of some order of the name Ctrl C + Ctrl V? Or at least a diploma named after two designers with a pencil and a sheet of paper?
Fly tornado slim
Speaking about Fly Tornado Slim, we, of course, mean its Chinese manufacturer - the Gionee Elife S5.1 model, which ended up in the Guinness Book of Records due to its record low thickness. And although the rear panel may also not make you associate with Apple products, the ends of the device unmistakably indicate where the designers of this device drew inspiration.
Texet iX-maxi
But the device sold in Russia under the name Texet iX-maxi came closest to the original. On the manufacturer's / distributor's website, its design is simply and bluntly called “trendy”. There is a suspicion that from a distance of a couple of meters (especially if you use a case or cover the Texet logo with your hand) an inexperienced person will easily confuse the device with an iPhone 6. This will shamelessly be used by buyers on the eve of February 14th. This is a pretty good "anti-crisis" proposal for the market.

Frankly, I've only used the iPhone X once. And in this short time, you can understand whether the device is convenient or not. In the case of the X, already after 30 seconds you realize that in general such a form factor is pleasant, and that the entire useful area of the display is really used.
The notch in the display is, of course, a moot point. Someone likes it, but some don't. In the case of the iPhone X and the Oppo device, I like it, because the whole point is not in the notch, but in the same size of frames around the entire perimeter of the device. It is the same thickness of the frames both on the sides and on the bottom and top that creates a very pleasant feeling during use.
Apple did not create the notch for a reason. Marketers were well aware of what this decision would lead to. They knew others would start to follow the trend set by Apple. And so it happened. MWC 2018 gave us an idea of where the market will be heading in 2018. And if Android fans scoffed at the notch in the display, now they will have to put up with it, because almost all flagship - and not only flagship - smartphones will now have a notch.
Below I will present all smartphones known to me with a cutout with a display, at the same time I will comment on each of the solutions.
In the photo below, Huawei P20 Lite. It looks, frankly, terrible. Cutout on top - okay, but why make such a huge frame at the bottom? You need to choose one of the two, otherwise the meaning in one of the solutions is lost. Either you frame the bottom, as Xiaomi did with the Mi MIX 2, or a notch in the display. Otherwise, the result is a porridge of everything incomprehensible.
1 Oukitel U18
With its notch at the top of the screen, the Oukitel U18 is a true clone of the iPhone X that was launched at a very aggressive price point, yet offers some pretty good specs at the same time. Its front panel has even less noticeable borders on the sides than the iPhone X, at least at first glance. Unfortunately, the bottom border is thicker, but there is no longer room for the home button. Indeed, the fingerprint sensor is placed on the back, which is important since there is no 3D face recognition.The back side differs from the iPhone X: it resembles the Huawei Mate 10 and 10 Pro with a vertical dual camera (16 + 13MP) installed in the center. But on the other hand, the specs are decent when you consider that these smartphones sell for less than $ 200. The Oukitel U18 has a 5.85-inch HD + display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, which is pretty good. An inexpensive, but not the worst 8-core MediaTek MT6750T chipset is installed here. Another advantage is the very large 4000mAh battery, which is paired with efficient components to ensure long battery life.
2 Bluboo X
Bluboo has done a very good job of optimizing the wallpaper of its iPhone X clone - Bluboo X. And at the same time, it launched a high quality phone unlike most iPhone X clones available on the market. That is why this phone can be suitable even for advanced users, and not only for iPhone x lovers. The front panel is not exactly identical, but it is almost the same, while the back side is completely different because the camera is located in the middle of the back cover, which is also slightly curved at the sides.However, this does not make the phone less elegant. Bluboo X has a bright AMOLED display with excellent Full HD + resolution. It also features facial recognition technology, although it's far worse than Face ID as it doesn't rely on a depth sensor, it just uses the front camera instead. The specs that make it an outstanding clone are 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and its powerful 5500mAh battery. This is where MediaTek's Helio P23 works, a good alternative to mid-range Snapdragon chips.
3 Leagoo S9
The Leagoo S9 carries the imprint of both the iPhone X and the latest Honor devices. This manifested itself in some renders that accentuated very narrow bezels on three sides and a notch that can be seen on every clone of the iPhone X. Like Apple's flagship, it has a metal frame and glass back that is different from the iPhone X.On the Leagoo S9, the back of the glass creates the typical light waves that we can see on the Honor 8 and Honor 9. This makes it more attractive but less iPhone X-like. The dual camera is in the same location as the iPhone X and there is an additional fingerprint reader because this phone does not support Face ID. Since it hasn't been released yet, we don't know the official specs. It is rumored to be equipped with the new Helio P40, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and a 5,000mAh battery. If so, this smartphone will have the best specification of any iPhone X clone.
4 Ulefone X
Despite the fact that Ulefone is famous enough to have decent success with its own devices, the company has decided to make a clone of the iPhone X. It has not yet been launched, but is about to hit the market. Little is known about its specs yet, but we do know that it will launch with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, the most recent version of the operating system. This is important when you consider that usually clones are either not updated or software support does not last long compared to other devices.Considering that the company has already posted a video, we can also see its design. It has a notch (larger than the iPX at the same time) and thin bezels on three sides, but it also has a thick bezel on the bottom, unlike the iPhone X. But on the other hand, it should have good specs. It uses a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication instead of Face ID, and it has a vertical dual camera with LED flash between the two sensors.
5 Little Pepper S11
Little Pepper S11 is not actually identical to the iPhone X, but it is still one of the nicest iPhone X clones out there. Its design looks incredibly cool thanks to its very narrow and white wallpaper, as opposed to the black bezel that contains a physical home button with a built-in fingerprint reader. The back is very similar too, and it is made of glass and the frame is made of aluminum.The rear is very close to that of the iPhone X, and has a vertical dual camera with 13 megapixels. The phone supports facial recognition and runs Yun OS, an Android add-on from Alibaba. The smartphone comes with low specs: 5.5-inch HD display and entry-level MediaTek MT6737 chipset. But it has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, which are usually only found on mid-range models. Plus, the phone is super cheap.
6 GooPhone X
Much like the iPhone X, literally and figuratively, the GooPhone X looks almost identical. It is very difficult to distinguish it from the original: the only noticeable difference is the absence of the Apple logo and the inscription "iPhone". It's the perfect phone for design lovers who can't afford the original iPhone X, and the price is very affordable as well. However, this is a very inexpensive phone, so it's not the best for you if you're looking for good performance.It features a 5.5-inch HD display and is still running Android 5.0. An older version of Android makes sense because its hardware, which consists of a MediaTek MTK6580 SoC and just 1GB of RAM, probably won't run all the latest apps and features from newer Android builds.
7 Blackview X
The only clear design difference between the iPhone X and the Blackview X (other than the Apple logo) is the wider bezel on the bottom. In addition, the Blackview X is designed in the same way as the iPhone X and it is difficult to tell the difference between the two phones. This device is not official yet, but it will launch in the first half of 2018. The display will be exactly the same size as the iPX, but its resolution will be lower and the hardware will be worse.The Blackview X will likely run on a mid-range MediaTek chip, so don't expect flagship specs from this smartphone. The advantage of this device in the competition is the presence of Android 8.1 Oreo. Clones usually don't get updates, but with this latest version, Blackview X won't be outdated soon.
8 UMIDIGI Z2 and One
But UMIDIGI is preparing two clones at once: UMIDIGI Z2 and UMIDIGI One. The first of these will be the flagship with a large 6.2-inch display and a notch. The display will have Full HD + resolution and almost no bezels on each side. This device also packs a huge 7000mAh battery. Unfortunately, the back will be different from the iPhone X.So far, little is known about the UMIDIGI One. We just saw its back, which is made of glass and has a vertical dual camera in the upper left corner: in this case, there is a strong resemblance to the original iPX, but not enough to make it indistinguishable from the original. The launch date of the phone is also unknown.
9 Doogee V
Doogee V is the second smartphone in the world to have a fingerprint scanner built into the display (the first is the Vivo X20 Plus UD, and it will take a while for the Vivo Apex to enter the markets), which even the iPX does not support. You just have to touch the display to unlock your phone, which can be more convenient than Apple's Face ID, at least sometimes. And if you don't like this authentication method, the Doogee V also supports facial recognition, even if it's not as secure as the original Face ID. When it comes to clones, Elephone has always shown good skills in imitating the designs of leading flagships. Although the 64 GB model is still not presented on the Russian website of the company. It's a pity, because traditionally Meizu (as well as Apple) does not make slots for memory cards, so there is no other way to expand the memory capacity.
The MX4 battery is quite capacious - as much as 3100 mAh (versus 1810 - in the "six", or 2915 mAh - in the 6 Plus.) Although, in fact, it can withstand a day of active use, like iPhones.
The system is controlled by Android. Perhaps it is because of this that energy is so inefficiently spent, and, in general, a powerful battery quickly runs out.
And again, the price is pleasantly pleasing, almost half less than that of the "American". So on the Russian website meizu.ru this phone in the minimum configuration is offered for 23,990 rubles.
So this handsome man can easily compete with the prototype. And it is likely that in many respects the comparison will not be in favor of the latter.

The Sisley S90 phone from Lenovo is very similar to the iPhone. It can be seen that the developers of the Celestial Empire decided to get their share, from the hitherto unprecedented glory of the "sixes".

The Vibe UI has twice as much RAM as the iPhone - 2 GB. Built-in memory - 16 GB / 32 GB, there is no possibility of using external cards.
The camera is also decent: the main one is designed for 13 MP, and the front one has a whopping 8 MP. Both are equipped with their own flashes.
The battery has an optimal capacity of 2300 mAh. Again, it can barely withstand a day of active use.
Speaking of colors, the typical three colors for smartphones were again proposed.
