Dying underprovider. That, however, naturally, it works on the WiMAX communication standard that never took off. After the advent of fast mobile Internet, in the 3G formats we are familiar with, LTE - Freshtel became not particularly necessary, both for customers and for the owner. In my Serpukhov, the provider’s coverage area has narrowed to a few funny areas on the edge of the city. It would be nice if there was just a coverage area... But the falls wear him out. The scenario is painful: the WiMax signal disappears, well, okay... You call support, leave a complaint-request... What makes them special is their manner of asking “what operating system and browser do you have?” - this is very important, for sure! When the tower is not working! And it “saves a lot of time” for an irritated client. You talk about the operating system... And then the most interesting detail becomes clear. It turns out that technical services deal with the network exclusively from 8:00 to 19:00. If you are unlucky and Freshtel's network drops after 6 pm, then that's it. It is almost guaranteed that they will not have time to immediately resuscitate the network tower or whatever goes down there several times a month, the application will not have time to reach the engineer, so WiMax will only appear back in the air after 8 am. Moreover, the signal will appear sharply! Right at 8:05 or something. That is, in fact, no special accident that is difficult to repair actually happens on the network, it’s just ordinary nonsense. The guy comes at 8 and immediately starts the hung internet. But, nevertheless, even “nonsense”, due to their organization, at Freshtel means more than 13 hours of guaranteed inoperability. This is despite the fact that Freshtel has long been owned by Rostelecom, whose engineers, of course, those who belong to the Rostelecom brand, and not those who are responsible for Freshtel, as expected, work around the clock. As fate would have it, I used a variety of providers, including some that kept falling. The nuance is that I have never seen a provider that is both unstable and serviced by engineers exclusively during the day, and not around the clock.
This is an old review, but I didn’t delete it so that it was clearly visible what to compare with from my new review of this store.
Some time ago I learned about a new natural food store called Fresh and decided to order there for the sake of variety.
The order itself is very convenient. Plus I really liked the site design.
I ordered a lot of different things to try: meat products, dairy products, vegetables, fish.
Unfortunately, for some reason the order confirmation did not arrive by email from them, so the exact original order was not saved. By the way, I didn’t find my personal account on the website, which is also very inconvenient, because... sometimes I need to look at what I ordered, for example, if I want to change something.
I placed the order on Friday late in the evening, but they called me back only on Monday. A nice girl told me that they had received my order (the confirmation letter, as I wrote above, did not arrive and it was unknown whether my order had even gone through). Also, a nice girl informed me that the order would not include potatoes, which I ordered, because... it ran out (though it was in stock on the website both on Friday and Monday). And also no dairy products, it will be on Tuesday and no beef, it will be on Wednesday. Despite the fact that on their website in the delivery section it literally says the following: “Order delivery within 12 hours. You won’t have to wait long. As a rule, we can deliver your order on the same day.”
Also amused: “In real time. You can track the order fulfillment on our website in real time.” I still couldn’t find my personal account on the website.
This is how I think the guys work. As a result, they promised to deliver the order after it was fully stocked (without potatoes).
On the day of delivery, the driver called and agreed on a time. He arrived on time, brought everything, but said that he did not have change for 5,000 rubles. (the order was for approximately 3600). He groaned and said that he would have to go change it. I don’t know which of us had to “go change” (by the way, I was 9 months pregnant at that moment), but then the driver remembered that he had a card payment terminal in his car and ran after it (it’s good that there were money).
I paid, the driver left and I began to examine the products I had brought.

The bags are paper, eco-friendly, which made me happy.
Dairy products:
The milk turned out to be sour and not cold, like other products. From which I concluded that their car is not equipped with a refrigerator. The milk went straight into the trash can. I tried the yogurt and curd cheese with caution, but they were quite normal in freshness and taste. Yogurt contains a lot of fruit.
Various honeys:
The honey is quite tasty and similar to natural honey, although I am not an expert in this matter.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the month and year of collection were not indicated, because... The label most likely contains the date of packaging, because... No honey is collected in May.
The compote is very tasty and concentrated. I even diluted it with a little water, because... sweet beyond belief.
I also liked the potato zrazy with mushrooms. Although my husband said that it was not tasty, because... They obviously forgot to salt the potatoes. But my perverted “pregnant” taste liked them.
Beef ribs, like all meat products, are wrapped in paper. The ribs have a lot of meat and little fat, which is very good. Unfortunately, the meat smelled stale, like all meat products, and was somehow sticky. The order also included minced meat and chicken breast. They followed the meat into the trash heap.
In total, we had to throw out almost everything from the order. It's a shame, because... "organic" products are not cheap at all.
I was upset and called the store and complained to the manager about the quality of their products. An hour later, a young man named Ilya called me back and offered to exchange these products with the next order or return the money to the card. Frankly, the desire to buy in this store disappeared forever, so I, of course, asked for a refund for the stale products.
The money for milk and meat products returned to the card after about a week. By the way, I was allowed to dispose of the rotten food at my own discretion. Although I suggested that they take them for examination, because... I don't think they really believed me. Ilya assured that all the food was brought to them today and everything was fresh. Perhaps the driver drove them for a long time on a warm May day before getting to me.
Thank you guys so much for being honest about this.
This is such a sad long post.
P.S. My husband also smelled these products and told me to throw them away (This is for those who decided that my “pregnant” nose had let me down). ;)

I would like to tell you about the online eco-market 4fresh, which I recently discovered.
I'll start with the positives.
The choice is simply huge; perhaps, there is EVERYTHING that relates to organic, eco- and other healthy lifestyle accessories. Many goods are not available at all in Krasnoyarsk.
The store is serious, has several departments within itself. A convenient website, non-trivial texts, a breathtakingly beautiful branded magazine, which is sent along with the order for free. A lot of interesting features, from the scale in your personal account “Since such and such a date you have invested so many rubles in your health” to a sticker on the box that tells about your desire to become a kite (so that it can be recycled). There is so much love in all of this :).
Prices need to be compared, I’ll share my observations:
Spelled pasta “Smart Mom” at 4fresh - 95 rubles, in Krasnoyarsk stores - 110 rubles. (hereinafter via // price in Krasnoyarsk stores).
Bite bars (45 g) – 88 rub. (+often there are discounts on them) // 95 rub.
Flax flax bars – 33 rub. // 36 rub.
Healthy granola “Fitness” from Nastin Slastin (250 g) - 212 rub. // 212 rub.
Kozinak from spelled with cocoa – 50 rub. // 48 rub.
Coconut chips – 90 rub. // 89 rub.
Cosmetics from Organic Kitchen - most jars cost 90 rubles, and in Krasnoyarsk "Elcity" - about 70 rubles. (without promotion).
Cosmetics "Spivak" - some at the same prices as on the official website, some are a little more expensive (within 2-10 rubles), but taking into account the fact that there is no branded store in Krasnoyarsk, it is more convenient to buy here, than to negotiate with representatives of Spivak about transferring the order.
Now comes the fun part. How to reduce the cost of your order:
1) For your first order, you can find a promotional code for a 5% discount on the Internet (who needs it, write to me in a PM, I’ll tell you more specifically where to find it). The next time you order, you will find a new promotional code on the cover of the company magazine.
2) On the site you can write short reviews about products, not necessarily those purchased on 4fresh. 1 review = 2 points = 2 rubles. Points are awarded immediately. They can be used to pay for purchases at an unlimited percentage. The promotional code is combined with points. First, apply the promotional code, then write off points.
3) For each order, 3% of the purchase amount is returned (more purchases - more percentage) immediately when you receive the parcel. These points can also be used to pay.
My experience shows that it is more profitable to buy on 4fresh. Plus, you can choose a gift with every order! Well, isn't this impudence :)?

The company cares about reducing its environmental footprint, so there is no bubble wrap or tape in the parcels. Bags and jars are carefully and heartily packed using craft paper. Everything arrives safe and sound.

The order is not sent immediately, but after 4-5 days. Plus, the order takes about another week to reach Krasnoyarsk. Not the fastest delivery.
I'm very glad that I found 4fresh. Perhaps one of the most convenient and interesting stores.
