And oh yes, that day has come! From numerous reviews, I realized that in the summer of 2014 it was good to take a device with an 8-core MTK 6592 processor, with a 4-core Mali 450 MP video card, at least 2 G of RAM. I also wanted Internet at a speed of 4 G, a high-quality built-in camera, a slot for a memory card, and a bigger battery. Why not Samsung with its Snapdragon? Because there is already one, I am very critical of him. Snapdragon 800 series with a 4-core processor with a frequency of up to 2400 GHz literally sucks out the battery, one has only to load it with a more or less complex program. Plus, in the summer, the palm warms up very significantly. There is no memory card, the battery is built-in and it is impossible to quickly replace it yourself without the services of a service. But it also does not work to charge the battery in 10 minutes! And there is no slot for a memory card, that's something!! For 25000 rubles!!!

Therefore, the processor from MTK suited me more as a consumer. 28 nm process technology with the ability to simultaneously work all 8 cores (Snapdragon's cores turn on sequentially, and even at different speeds!) allows you to economically and quickly flip through different browsers simultaneously, but without unnecessary loss of energy. But a significant disadvantage of this chip was the lack of support for high-speed Internet LTE 4G on a SIM card.

My favorite MTK 6592 processor with 4G support!! Yes, even with a good 13 megapixel camera, a capacious 2500 mA battery, in a convenient classic case with an economical but sufficient 320 pix / inch screen. According to the An-tu-tu test, he took an honorable 33,600 points, surpassing absolutely everyone in the speed of calculating integers and floating point, slightly losing to the leaders only in the performance of the video card. How did the old processor support 4G? In a very elegant way! Lenovo added another MTK 6290 processor to help it, thanks to its economical operation in 3G and 4G mode, the battery is consumed very economically!

Added to this is a very high quality software from Lenovo. Yes, of course, Android 4.4, but modified by Lenovo with a special antivirus optimizer that not only kills viruses, but also cleans RAM, closes unnecessary running applications, and does a lot more to save battery and speed up programs. The photo-video-camera interface deserves special praise. It is not enough to say that it is made conveniently, purely professional options for working with the camera have been added, as on modern Sony cameras. Plus the ability to shoot in complete darkness thanks to a super-powerful dual LED flash, a highly sensitive matrix with an aperture of 1.8!

There is only one SIM card slot, in the center right under the camera, next to it is a slot for a micro SD memory card up to 32 GB. The phone itself has 16 GB of memory, of which about 3 GB is used for the operating system. Opening the back cover is not very convenient, it is fastened tightly, it is better to put a thin plastic pick into the slot beforehand (it's hard to stick a nail!). But the lid is held like a glove, and you can’t say that it is removable. I did not really like its smooth polished surface, I prefer more elastic lids with leather embossing. The battery is charged as standard, within 4-6 hours. The micro USB slot is made of high quality and reliable, on the top side panel, next to the 3.5 mm headset jack. On the right side panel there is a volume rocker (shooting on the camera), and a power key. It seemed convenient, to control the work the phone can be held with one hand and operated with only one thumb. The left and bottom side panels are not loaded with anything.

The sound of the external speaker is quite loud and clear, well audible in a noisy street. The sound in the headphones is not bad, but with the help of a loadable equalizer, you can achieve the perfect sound. The sensitivity of the cellular antenna is very commendable, the phone allows you to talk in iron elevators, and in the subway, in places where other phones did not work. Very bright flashlight thanks to dual LED flash. And yes, the phone is very fast! The most complex modern games that require maximum response speed under maximum graphics load, such as CSR rasing, Real rasing 3, etc. fly, which allows you to become a real champion! The speed of the internal memory is approaching 20 Mbps, measured when downloading and uploading on a computer. In general, it should be noted that the smartphone has a very high performance, which is especially noticeable when working on devices from other brands. And a very sensitive touchscreen with good picture quality. I also note the high-quality work of all sensors, from the proximity and light sensor, to the compass and the GPS module. The GPS module was especially pleased with the fast determination of coordinates and good interaction with satellites and electronic maps.

The oleophobic coating of the branded screen film was slightly rubbed off, there were scratches on the back cover of the case, and two marks on the metal rim from hard falls on the tile from the height of the ear.
