Drag the texture of asphalt or other similar rough surface into and in a new layer create any text caption (use any font you like). The lettering should be positioned over the asphalt texture.

So, use Ctrl to select the paint layer and copy it with Ctrl + C. Again, click on the layer mask thumbnail (and don't care that there is no longer a white square, but asphalt inserted). Go to the Channels. The fifth channel has appeared, turn on the visibility eye, select this channel and paste in Ctrl + V.
And again everything turned red, but a little differently:
Go back to the layers palette and deselect with Ctrl + D.

As you can see, the image of paint on the asphalt is rather dull. This can be fixed by setting Brightness and Contrast... Select the top layer with the yellow paint texture, and then go to the menu in the control panel: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Brightness / Contrast...
