5) Without sufficient experience, it is better not to change other important program settings. By default, the utility will attempt to disinfect infected files and place incurable files in quarantine.

Note: If system files have been infected on the computer, they will be detected as a result of the scan and presented as threats. If they are removed, then the Windows system may NOT boot after that. It is possible that this is the reason why it is sometimes advised to check with Dr.Web CureIt only when the Windows operating system is loaded in safe mode.
7) As a result of the fact that the files were quarantined, some application, of which these files were a part, could stop working. You should not try to extract them from there, thus “restoring” the application’s performance.
