Form for filling out a notice to receive a parcel. How to fill out a notice from the mail

1. Receipt on notification

Within a few days after the arrival of the parcel at the department, in your mailbox a notification should appear. On the reverse side, you need to fill in your passport data, the date of receipt of the parcel and the signature, according to the example

If back side the notification will be clean, then everything is the same in free form

Now you can take a notice, passport, and go to your post office.

If the notification does not come for a long time, or you are not initially going to wait for it, go to the next item.

2. Self-print of the notice

You saw by tracking the track number that the parcel arrived at the department. If you have a printer, you can print the notice yourself. To do this, click on the link "fill out the notification" and enter your data, or fill in the fields on the page https://www.pochta.ru/form?type=F22

Then download and print the form, manually fill in the date of receipt, surname, signature, and you can go to the post office. Don't forget to bring your passport.

3. Receiving by the number of the shipment

If you don't have a printer, just write down the shipment number on a piece of paper. Try to write clearly and avoid mistakes. At the department, give a piece of paper with a number and show your passport (page with your last name). The operator will give you a notification form, which you will need to fill out in the image and likeness of item 1.

4. Receive by SMS

If you received a message that says about the arrival of the parcel, as well as the site number, do not delete it, take your passport and go to the post office. The operator will need to say the section number (or show an SMS) and show the passport to open form... You may need to provide your address as well.

5. Home delivery

Useful Tips

If you want to automate the tracking process, register on the website www.pochta.ru and in personal account select "Notification by e-mail"-" Only arrival. "Now the numbers of the parcels entered by you on the site will be saved, and upon their arrival at the department you will receive a notification by e-mail.

To save time and hassle, try to get to the post office when the queues are minimal. The largest queues are usually on weekdays after business hours (17:00).

Do not delay receiving. According to the new rules, the storage period for domestic Russian shipments is 15 days (but international ones are still 1 month).

Parcels are not handed out to outsiders, even if they are a close relative and they have the recipient's passport. If it is not possible to pick up the parcel in person, you need to make a power of attorney to receive mail.

Also, parcels are not issued only by name and address, you need either a notification, or a track number, or a site number (if an SMS has arrived). A passport is required in any case.

In Russia, probably only the lazy one does not scold our mail. Everything about her is wrong. Meanwhile, if we turn to the figures, the picture turns out to be different. With the adoption of the compulsory tracking law foreign parcels, I personally rate the work of "Russian Post" on a solid four (taking into account our realities, of course).

But robots do not work for us at the post office and holidays, especially on New Year's Eve, affect the work of mail not in better side since the load increases many times over. And the most frequent problem that you may encounter on such days is the lack of notifications and possible risk sending the parcel back to the sender. Well, the protracted waiting for the parcel is not the most pleasant experience, so we will correct the situation.

As I already noted, with tracking and reporting in 2017, everything is much better than it was before. Several times the parcel was delivered to me through CDEK, several times the Russian Post sent an SMS stating that the parcel was waiting for me at the local branch. With tracking itself, everything is generally good. But back to the cases when all this did not happen, the parcel arrived at the post office, but information about this did not come.

The most up-to-date information about the movement of the parcel is with the sender. Let's take AliExpress as an example. This information appears on the mail site with a delay. This means that I received a letter with the following content:

Received and good. However, neither this day nor the next there is no notice in the mailbox. Well, it happens. But it is impossible to delay the receipt, especially on holidays. There is a risk, albeit a small one, that the parcel will lie in the post office and go back. The post office will decide that you just did not come for it.

According to information Aliexpress package already at the post office. The data is received by the Russian Post system with a slight delay. Checking how things are going. Go to the mail site and either home page, or from the tracking page enter the tracking number of the parcel. For convenience, so as not to go anywhere once again, I installed a search plugin in my browser that allows you to check the tracking directly from the sender's page. The plugin can be installed on this page. It looks like this:

As a result of a check with an almost 100% result, the following information will appear:

to receive the parcel, you still need a notification with the filled in passport data. Therefore, we follow the link "fill out the notice" and fill out form No. 22 to receive our parcel. The tracking number will already be present there, it remains only to indicate your passport details and registration:

The zip code is automatically filled in after you type the address, and the address field as you type offers options for filling in the address. After filling in all the fields, press the button "Download the form" and get the completed form, in which you just need to put a number and sign.

You can take a notice and stamp on the post office for a parcel. On holidays, I used this procedure three times. A pleasant feature of my particular department is that these forms must be entered into the computer and the employee who draws up the notices takes them from me. He also brings the package, so I always walk past the line with this piece of paper. And on holidays there is a decent line at the post office.

By the way, for those who have read to the end. A few of the same figures from the Mosigra report, which I spoke about at the beginning of the article.

A document is understood that carries a certain set of data about the sender and recipient of the parcel. According to the established work regulations, the notification is drawn up in the form №22. The speed of sending the parcel depends on how correctly the document is filled in by the recipient. Therefore, the question is relevant: how to fill out, the sample will only come in handy. If you do not rush and carefully read the paragraphs of the document, mistakes will not happen.

When registering a parcel at the post office of Russia, the sender fills in the basic data about the recipient (full name, address with the index). When the shipment is delivered to the designated branch, the postal officer fills out the front of the Form 22.

The front side of the postal notice contains:

  • branch stamp in the upper right corner;
  • serial number of the document;
  • Full name of the recipient specified by the sender;
  • full address of the recipient;
  • type of receipt (letter, notification, parcel post, parcel or postal order);
  • type of delivery (registered, with a declared value, ordinary, simple, expedited);
  • identification number of the parcel;
  • cargo weight;
  • declared value;
  • the address of the branch where the parcel can be received.

And at the bottom of the page it has a warning that if the parcel remains in the mail longer established by law term, a penalty will be charged for its storage. The document is delivered by the postman and can be handed over personally or dropped into the mailbox.

How to fill out a Russian post notice according to the sample

Having received the document from the hands postal worker or when you find it in your mailbox, it is important to fill in the reverse side correctly. You can fill out directly at the department, the main thing is that the recipient has a passport or other identity document with him. If you carry out filling at home, it will help to sort out the incomprehensible moments electronic sample... So, on the reverse side of the mail notification, the recipient enters the data:

  • the type of document presented (passport, less often a driver's or service license);
  • series and number of the document, date of issue and the issuing authority;
  • a signature similar to that in the document;
  • date.

If it comes on the receipt of a money order, a parcel without an address (with the mark "a / c No. ____, on demand"), or if the address indicated by the sender is not official, you must indicate the address of registration. All columns are filled out in full accordance with the document.

Secondary notice

If the primary mail notification for some reason did not reach the recipient, the post office is issued new document- secondary notification. The form remains the same (# 22), but this time the document has a tear-off receipt. This was done in order to receive the addressee's signature and date when handing over the notice personally. This will indicate that the recipient is informed about the cargo awaiting him. If it is not possible to personally meet with the addressee, the postman lowers the secondary notice in post office box, which indicates a tear-off receipt.

If the recipient does not appear for the parcel within 30 days, it is sent back. In a situation when the sender also refuses to pick up the parcel, the cargo is transported to a specialized warehouse of the postal service.

How easy the process of receiving the parcel will go depends on the timely receipt of the notification and its correct filling. In order not to waste too much time rewriting the data again, it is better to fill in everything, guided by the sample.

A notice from the Post is a receipt by which you can send or receive a parcel sent to your name and address. It consists of 2 parts:

Front: This is completed by the sender and includes your name, address and brief characteristics cargo (weight and city of departure);
the downside: you have to fill it out.

Correct filling of the notice

In order to receive or send the parcel without any problems, do not forget to take your passport with you - the operators will also ask for it to make sure that you are you. Regardless of whether you are the sender or the recipient, you can see a sample notice right at the branch. Also, the Post staff will be able to help you if you have any difficulties. You need to fill out the notice carefully and without errors so that the parcel reaches the addressee without problems.

If you are sending a parcel, you will need to fill in the front. You need to indicate on it:

Your last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence, nature of the cargo and category of shipment: plain letter, registered letter, parcel post, parcel, translation. The declared value (the amount for which you want to insure the parcel in case of loss) and cash on delivery (the amount that the recipient must pay you in case of a purchase) are also indicated. Remember: the higher the declared value, the higher the shipping cost will come out, as the Post takes a small percentage for insuring the shipment.
last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence of the recipient. This field must be filled out especially carefully, otherwise the recipient will not be able to pick up the parcel. You need to indicate the address of actual residence, since the notification itself will come to it.

If you received a package

If you need to receive a parcel, then wait for the notification and go with it to the address indicated on the front side post office- you don't need anything else from the front side. Turn over the notice, open the passport and fill in the required lines: number, passport series, place and date of issue, address of actual place of residence, date of receipt and sign with a decryption.

Secondary notice of parcel or letter

In addition to the usual notification, there is a notification f 22- this is the so-called secondary notification, which is brought to you if you did not pick it up within a week after the parcel arrived at the department. It serves as a guarantee that you know about the parcel, it is filled in exactly the same way as the usual one.

Almost all residents of the country at least once in their life received a notification from the postal service that a parcel had arrived. Such notifications are sent by mail, that is, you can see them in your mailbox. What is evidenced by this notice? What must be done to receive the shipment declared in the notification? Can I refuse to receive a parcel? We will consider all these questions in this article, and also talk about how to fill out a mail notification - many people face the problem of entering information correctly.

What does the postal notice indicate?

The notification is sent to the recipient postal service in order to inform him that a parcel awaits him at the appropriate department. The formation of such a notification is made at most the next day by the company's employees after the corresponding item appears on the shelves of the post office. On the front side of the form, the data of the recipient and information about the parcel itself are recorded (the value declared by the sender and other parameters of the shipment, for example, the cost of delivery). What to do with the information form?

Recipient's actions after receiving a notification

After a person receives a notification of the parcel, he needs to do the following:

  • Make sure that the notification is really intended for him - on the front side of the form there is information about the recipient (name and address).
  • Fill in the form - the fields for the recipient are located on the back of the sheet; you can complete this simple task at home, or, directly, at the post office, where you should receive the shipment (how to fill out the notification of the Russian post will be described later).
  • Go to the post office - the address and working period are indicated on the form itself, taking with you the passport (of the person in whose name the parcel was received) and the form.

How do I fill out a mailing notice?

The process of entering the recipient's data into the unified notification form (form No. 22) about the shipment is quite simple, however, it causes a number of difficulties. Therefore, you should talk in more detail about how to fill out a postal notice in such a way that there are no claims against it from the postal service employees.

  • Only those fields that are located under the offer "To be filled in by the recipient" are subject to filling. This block with fields for filling is located at the very top reverse side notifications.
  • Only two lines are mandatory filled in, the rest are recorded only in some cases. We are talking about the information specified in the recipient's identity card - the first two lines must be filled with data in any case: the name of the document, its unique identifiers (series, number, date of issue), as well as the name of the department that issued the passport (also should be indicated, although it is not indicated on the form).
  • The field "registered" is filled in with data only if we are talking about money order or sending a notification about the need to receive a parcel at the place of work or study.
  • Also, at the bottom of the form, you should indicate the date when the parcel was accepted. This field does not need to be filled in in advance - if the postal employee notices that the date is not up-to-date, then questions may arise with the delivery of the parcel. Therefore, it is better to put down the date before going to the post office, if you are really sure that you will get there, or directly at the office. The receipt must be signed with the date.
  • You need to fill out the form in blue ink, by hand. The letters should be as legible as possible. Otherwise, difficulties may arise.

Is it obligatory to receive a parcel?

Whether or not the shipment is received is up to the person to whom it is intended. After receiving a postal notification, you can simply ignore it. At the same time, do not be alarmed when a few days later a new form with the name "Secondary notice" appears in the mailbox. In terms of content, it is identical: it contains the name "Mail Notice", number, information about the recipient, etc. He, in turn, can also refuse the returned box. Then the fate of the parcel is decided - it will be sent to a special storage.

In addition, if the person whose name is spelled out in the notification of the shipment is not going to receive it and the question of how to fill out the mail notification does not bother him, then you can also contact the office where this box is located and officially refuse to receive it.
