You can use the Promised Payment service as often as the subscriber wishes, however, you can order a new Promised Payment only when the previous one has been paid.
Information about the ordered "Promised Payment" services is displayed in the user's personal account in the "Information" section in the "Credited Payments and Adjustments" utility.
If, within three days from the moment of ordering the Promised Payment service, the payment is not confirmed by actual payment, the amount of the Promised Payment will be debited from the subscriber's personal account.

For decades, we have become accustomed to making payments on receipts. But progress does not stand still, and not so long ago Rostelecom completely abandoned paper receipts, which were previously regularly sent to landline phone users. Some subscribers were at a loss, not understanding how to pay for the phone without a paper receipt.

There are several payment options for services, each of them can be used by any Rostelecom subscriber:
